Everythings great except the cashier, and deli department. People are waiting, and they talk alot with each other. And need more faster in Deli department!

This is a terrible company they are unprofessional John messed up my paycheck & shorted me then when you report that your paycheck is messed up nobody cares they tell you to wait until the following week kelli who is also another manager stated it’s out of their hands so if anybody works here beware that if they mess up your check they won’t help you they will just give you the run around! So glad i left this trash job

Unprofessional people who don’t want to hold themselves liable for TWO CARTS hitting my car. Ridiculous and terrible customer service. If you guys are hiring parcel why is no one organizing carts!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are about 20 carts spread throughout the parking lot and no one thinks it’s necessary to check to make sure these things are secure. Terrible!!!!

Great prices on all items... and you don’t need a club card to get the savingsThey carrie my favorite chili starter. Tabasco brand. Shhh. Don’t tell anyone my secret.The seafood section is LEGIT. They’ll steam your shrimp on the spot with the perfect amount of old bay. Which is a staple in MDThe bakery is amazing too. The donuts are sooooo fresh and delish. Better tasting than any chain and better priced than some artisanal donut shop.

Very convenient store. They get a ton of foot traffic. Its a small grocery store, so I wouldnt recommend doing all your main grocery shopping here. But it is perfect for going to grab some last-minute ingredients you forgot. And they have really good deals on heat it and eat it dinners fresh dinners between the bakery and the seafood area.

It is close to my homeIt has many things that I need. The butchers in the meat department are wonderful. They will cut your meats the way you like it. The fruits and vegetables are always nice and firm. The prices are also reasonable.

Shoppers is my favorite store but theres a cashier named Silvia that acts like she doesnt want to serve people. She catches an attitude every time customers come in her line. She yells telling people theres other cashiers here besides me. #poorcustomerservice

Every time I come here its just the worst customer service experience.. 13 years Ive come here..Some days when I just want the great customer service experience I will take that extra drive to columbia or Sykesville..Though its far I have never had someone wait on me woth am attitude or even. argue with me when Im trying to explain in the check out what the register monitor was saying.. This was my last day there at shoppers.. People at shoppers one, should be grateful they have a job especially during this time.. But always give excellent customer service!!! if they hate working with people they should become a janitor that way yhey wont have tp deal with customers... know one should have to experience this

Seen moldy foods(cheese,old milk, old meats)/products on shelves multiple times, not the best produce either. Most of the Store associates have bad attitudes outside of two of the older cashiers and the security guards. This market is very convenient but if it weren’t so close I wouldn’t be going here honestly. Y’all could step y’all cookies up just a tad bit

This is my fav market.. I wont shop anywhere else for 6 yrs now and i moved all the way across the other side of Baltimore and still come to this SHOPPERS on the bus lol But all the employees are super nice and helpful its shelves are always stocked and fresh neat and clean

Overall not a bad place to shop. You have to pick and chose the times you shop as sometimes they can be very crowded. Sunday’s are probably the busiest day of all. Due to the location fresh fish and fresh vegetables are not the greatest quality but if you pick through you may be able to find some great picks.

Love the store. Cashiers have been there a long time. They greet you and pass a few words to you while you are checking out. Recently I purchased chicken for funeral. People enjoyed chicken and asked where I got it.

I shop here maybe once or twice a month, just when I really need something, and the customers are nice. Customer service, however, is not always the friendliest face in the store and usually the workers (or store associates I guess) dont really know where everything is. Its nice and cool in the summer though which helps if you walk to the store. Overall its a wonderful place to shop and I love the variety.

Every time I come to this store I am openly treated like a thief by staff. I’ve complained to the manager at least three times and each time nothing seemed to be done. I finally called corporate last Friday to complain and was told that I would be contacted within three days or less. No one has called me yet...today is Thursday.Even more upsetting is the fact that a few other people have already complained in their Google review about the lack of professionalism they’ve experienced or received at this same store. So, my question is: “Why isn’t the person in charge of this business doing anything to correct this problem?” Are they not aware that their staff is making their business look bad? Or, do they simply not care? I’ll tell you what. If you have a car, take your money elsewhere. We as customers deserve better from a place that wouldn’t even be in business if it wasn’t for our participation.

Good for dry good and cleaning supplies. Their produce can be touch and go. Their grab and go chicken and fish fresh lunches/meals are nicely priced.

Shoppers Market, makes you come back more and more, whatever you need they have it, the cashiers are very pleasant, they are always willing to help if you did not find what you want. They have the right thing shoppers because you do love shopping there

Their produce arent as good as they used to be. Ive purchased items (not on sale) to get home and see they were expired. Ive pointed out expired jars (2plus yrs old) to employees.Best time to go on the weekends are 7/8 am, for less crowd

I do shop here occasionally, but customer service is always next to nonexistent. Just today, I had a very simple request, but the customer service person acted like she couldnt be bothered to help. I had things I needed to buy too, but if theyre not going to help, and theyre expensive, why should I (or anyone) really bother.Theres are better stores less than a block away, so dont waste your time.

I hate this location with a PASSION. Always long lines, never have any express lanes opened and the inconsiderate shoppers there always paying for 30 items in various ways, holding up the line.

I stop down here on several occasions during the holiday to pick up some last-minute items. I have always liked shopping at other local stores, but I turn to this location when in need of an item that was not found at the other stores. This location appears to have fresh fruits and vegetables. The meat dept is clean and never had any bad service from anyone from here. My only complaint is that in on instance I bought chicken that they marked down for dinner and it was spoiled.

Had to use the restroom while shopping today, absolutely disgusting. Makes me not want to shop here, so dirty and nasty. Looks like it’s never cleaned...

Clean place with great prices that sometimes beat the prices of the Great Wall supermarket across the street. The security guard and cashiers are delightful to interact with and a kind face who will say hello.

Very poor customer service in the seafood department.. I always say hello how are you and I never get a hi or how may I help you.. so today I do the same thing.. hello how are you.. the man just looks at me ..so I say may I have a half a pond of your steam shrimp..this guy then rolls his eyes and Huffs and puffs... Every time I come here I get the same poor customer service!!!!! I work hard..I have long days but I never show poor customer service.. if you hate your job go somewhere else.. oh by the way his name is Jerry.. I hope shoppers you address this.. And its not me its Everyone in line!!!

This market was the worst, chicken was freezer burnt, corn was freezer burnt, this was absolutely the worst market Ive ever been in....I thought being in the county it would be good but mondawmin location is waaaay better...they need new management in this location and the dm or gm needs to visit this store, they need to be shut down or closed down to start over under new management...something needs to be done. I rather travel across town to go to the Mondawmin location...if I could give 0 stars I would..

The market is clean, well stocked, and stays to late evening. Also near Sams Club, gas stations,banks . It is near to everything... even alcoholic beverages.

They are a little pricey but ok...go to the deli and try the maryland style shrimp salad it is sooooo good

Today I bought 4lbs of snow crab legs, I know they aren’t the best smelling crabs but these smelt a lot funkier than usual, when I went to eat them with my family something didn’t smell right, I picked up one of the legs and it reeked of bleach, and others smelt like weird chemicals. My mother- in- law now has horrible stomach pains. This was a horrible experience no more seafood from shoppers
