Giants is a wonderful store to shop at they show you love and respect and help you when you need some assistance

Their customer service staff is professional. The cashiers are helpful and courteous. I purchase an item, returned it because it was not fresh. Was not only given a refund without question, but a coupon for the item free, at a time of my chosing.

This store was very clean and well stocked up. There was more than enough cashier to help you out.

I truly love this location. Its always clean, not too busy no matter what day you go and the store seems to be well stocked each time I visit.The only issue I have is that I always use the self check out line and sometimes the as I ring up I have to move the bags over to add more food. That will throw off the machine so I would have to get assistance from a worker to reset it. They always have a person at the self check out to help with such issues but they are not always attentive and Im left standing there waiting.Over all the store gets a high 8 out off 10 in my book. Safe location and you will always meet someone with a good story to tell.

Well stocked and clean also the cashiers are friendly but the prices are too much/high.

O got a deal on toilet paper and I got $800 cash from my card without having to pay atm fee. I just went through self service and rung up one thing at a time and got $100 cash back 8 times. I always save money here by being able to do that.

I can always find the items I want and need here, as opposed to Safeway, which is closer to my home. I have never had an issue in this store. I have not visited recently, but plan to do so this week. The bakery and produce items are always fresh. This store is the only one in my area where I can find fresh mustard and turnip greens.

Very organized and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. They only get 3 out of 5 because if you buy a money order there, you get a western union one which barley anywhere takes. I was told that they cant take them back or cash them because their has been fraud through the western union money orders. Why sell them if they have fraudulent activity and you cant cash them even with a receipt?

I like the supermarket alot. Variety is good. It has a odor problem of fish at night. However its a great place to find groceries

They have no good vegan or organic options. The only good thing is the customer service from the employees

1st let me mention that I have Multiple Sclerosis, & Im in a cute pink wheelchair. ☺. Each time I have adventure to Giants on 601 E. 33rd Street in Waverly. I had a youngmen staffers to assist me. They were so respectful, helpful & we had pleasant conversations. Those experiences were truly wonderful! Thank you Giants for hand picking your ideal staff & the cashiers are sweet too. 😊

This is a nice Giants. Big shout out to Sarah in the Seafood department for her excellent customer service, this young lady needs a raise. The line was long and she took care of everyone. If it was me, by myself, I wouldve screamed. Hubby enjoyed his steamed crabs.

Prices are too high. A great store to have in the neighborhood. Convient.

Clean and welcoming local grocery store. Depending on your visit time and use of self check out easy in , easy shopping and easy exit! Very competitive pricing and very competent security so I very rarely notice any shop lifting or security problems!!! Dont test them! Which makes vising very comfortable.

Poorly stocked, prices rising 5-6 times inflation, poorly staffed. Quite possibly the most awful grocery store in Maryland.

Ive never seen the staff wipe off the machine where you slide your card never seen them wipe off anything... But yet it says in the advertisement theyre supposed to wipe off after every customer they dont

Produce and flowers last a really long time, items are always well stocked, staff is very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that staff wear masks and clean checkout lanes in between shoppers. Thank you so much! Really appreciate you!

Very clean and good service

Im an out od towner who visited here once before but was quite frustrated with this Wednesday morning visit. First the cashier, assured me she used some coupons that were attached to my products. Which she clearly removed but did not show on the receipt. At least two other items rang up incorrectly at a higher price. I checked my receipt more than once because sometimes its not the other person, it could have been an overlook on my part... but it was not. The young lady however who took them all back for me was very helpful and kind and then I stopped by Safeway.

Always a well stocked market and good shopping experience. It can be crowded at checkout on occasion.

Very clean with all shelves stock for your convenience.Cashiers are polite and fast at getting you out.

The seafood looked old and bad as one the other meats the service was bad ..i stepped in something sticky and nasty in parking lot.😝 they can do better then this I m sure.

Nice and clean. It has a variety of salad dressings, which I love. The self checkout customer service was exceptional, perfect. I love this particular store.

The stockers at Giant go out of their way to help me find what I need. The dairy stocker, Bobby, will go searching in the back for the yogurt I buy, and if there isn’t any in stock, he orders it for me. The checkout clerks are friendly and let me bag my own groceries, if I ask. I love the selection of produce, and specialty Italian and Latino items they keep on the shelves. Thanks, Giant!

2 pm EST.I went to Giants store located at 601 33rd street, baltimore, md 21218 and i was nearly arrested for giving a person social distancing space because of another customer cutting in line in front of me. Giants staff felt that i was in the wrong for social distancing. Giants is a huge disappointment and i demand Justice for the humiliation of their staffs lies about me and my huge loss of over $230 of big sales in their store.

This particular Giant has everything I need. They usually have great deals. The store is also always clean.

When you go to a grocery store enough times everything seems familiar and stale. It has all the basics anything you would need. Certain brands dominate the shelves of its designated aisle. But this is true about most grocery stores. I dont know what it takes to run , stock, and order or what goes into a operating a supermarket but I would like new items and not just from the same brands but mix it up and get stuff from other places , that would be cool. Maybe they already do this ,then make it known that this is a new item so it doesnt go overlooked.

For this Giant to be gigantic it always feels lacking in products and merchandising.

Well they have good variety but at some places it is mismanaged. Glass doors of fridge are left open. I don’t know when in every Giant the grapes and prunes packet are thrown up on each other which squashes the most grapes.People working at Giant have to be requested two three times to come if assistance is required.

After the cashier hit me it the baggage carousel, and nothing was done. I see what type of store this is, lost a customer!

Well organized and generally friendly staff. Very clean and well stocked. Best to go during the day. The last couple hours, the staff seem fairly disinterested and arent super helpful. I get it. I work late shifts as well. We all want to go home. I still always great people with a smile... You should as well.

No long lines for checkout. Clean, good variety. Missing the plant based meat section though.

Great experience over all, they were out of some things but that was expected being sooo close to Thanksgiving and the store had other items to make up the difference the customer service was awesome great prices and products I will be back again.

I love Giant foods they have an interesting mixture of foods and a great International section you can find a lot of good things on sale and if you have the bonus card you can save so much money. You need more seaweed snack foods though

They have a good liquor store, small pharmacy, great bakery, fresh seafood market, fresh vegetables, etc. The staff also was not annoying, very fast to accommodate customers. I strongly recommend this place.

I enjoy shopping at my neighborhood Giant.Their produce is fresh and well-stocked.The Vegan options are becoming more available. The produce team is polite, always greets me when I shop and checks the back storage if an item has run out.The management is very receptive to my prior feedback regarding more Vegan/Plant-based options and he listened.🌞🌞🌞🌞🦋

Service attendants where they should have when we had any question concerning details of inventory location of specific items we were looking for. The store was clean and attendants gave great service including cashiers.Still clean and organized. Manager Randy shows her fairness and honesty. A peaceful and welcoming place.
