Absolutely outstanding work by Advanced Security!!! I had a locksmith from Thumbtack that was a no show on a door repair and lock replacement. I was freaking out because the door had to be done today. I turned to my Google for relief. Advanced Security popped up in my results. I looked at the Google Reviews, I read Yelp...I called. Someone answered the phone and within 30 minutes. My hero Josh was pulled into the driveway. The lock was a pain in the neck on an 80 year old door. He not only got it installed and the door shutting and working. He tested it like 25 times to make sure it closed and opened without a problem. Outfreakingstanding! This is how business is supposed to WORK!!!!Very happy customer! 😀😁

Called for an emergency visit and when I asked for the approximate timeline (today, tomorrow, 1 hour, 2022?) the woman combatively insisted that she wouldnt give me a timeline until I paid her the $150 for the visit.What kind of horrible model is that? Pay us and well let you know

After my moving company failed I called advanced security safe and lock and they were incredible. Pros with the right equipment, a great can do attitude, quick, clean and efficient. Moved ann800 lb safe without a dent or scratch. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with a GSA grade safe at our National Guard armory. There was no combo for a locked safe that had very important items in it. We had a tech named Ben come to our house after it was broken into. He was super friendly, quick, and efficient. He tested all the keys to make sure they all worked before he left. They had a sign outside their door with Be Back in 5 Minutes. Customers complained and we waited well over 15 minutes and still after knocking on the door the two people working dont come to the door. Dont give these people any business.
