Despite waiting a very long time to get my doors they did a great job. The doors look fantastic and the quality is excellent. The salesman, Jay, was terrific and the installers did a great job. Overall I am very pleased.

My new windows have just been installed and I couldnt be happier - This has been an A+ experience from beginning to end. My salesperson AJ Bennett - was professional, gave a clear presentation and best of all no pressure sales, after checking out a few other companies decided that the prices were on target and their reviews were all top notch. The ladies is the front office kept me informed each step of the way with weekly emails and phone calls if need me. The installer Eric did a great job and was courteous and I was impressed by the workmanship. I would definitely recommend Window Universe.

Terrible customer service cheap products. I have a French door spent over $3k I can see right under it. Install crew was nice but the rest of the process and the quality is sub par with the exception of the guys who install they are just working with a bad product. The 21 windows look ok. Shop around do yourself a favor.

Absolutely terrible service. I had 7 windows replaced by this company and it was quoted as a one day job, the job ended up taking two days to complete and the company didnt seem to care. The quality of the windows installed was low and one of the installed windows was cracked within an hour of the installer leaving. The sales person I worked with disappeared off the face of the earth and stopped answering calls/emails, and the company started giving me the runaround about replacing the broken window. They showed up to all of their installation appointments late and didnt seem to care that I was incredibly dissatisfied with their work.If you can avoid this company, do so.
