Locksmith called to confirm the appointment and arrived when he said he would. He was very polite, professional. Explained everything including costs. Did the work quickly, quietly, and efficiently. He was also masked and fully vaxxed which I especially appreciated and said so.

I was concerned that getting someone come downtown on a Sunday…during a Ravens games would be $$$$$ but the team quoted a very reasonable price to get someone out within the hour (!!!) to open my door and get it re-keyed, which I’d been meaning to do.Benjamin was the best- so friendly and professional. Benjamin came out to my house at 9:30PM on a Sunday after spending 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to trouble shoot the locked bathroom door. My 6 year old daughter had locked herself inside and between several adults on the outside and her on the inside couldnt get her freed. After his arrival, he had the door unlocked in less than 3 minutes and the broken knob off shortly thereafter. He was kind and empathetic in a stressful situation and quickly and professionally took care of the job at hand. Definitely recommend and will use his services in the future.

Extremely unprofessional service. I applied online through their website to get a 10% discount but did not get email, call or text for several days and had to call them to get any service. When I did arrive early to the appointed time, the person to help me left to eat breakfast and caused me to wait an extra 30 minutes from the appointment. I dont understand why they couldnt eat breakfast earlier or appointed the service at a different time. When I entered the store I see signs of no mask no service throughout the store but no employees were wearing mask or mandating customers to wear a mask. The manager could careless for your safety during the pandemic. When I asked to only open the safe, an employee kept prompting me that I can change the code when I never asked to have it changed or even asked to have it changed and even asked me twice as if Im deaf. Go somewhere else for real professional service that cares about what the customer safety and needs during the pandemic.

My 2008 Altima keypad was serviced by a mobile technician and it stop working the next day. I reached out to the tech to let him know the problem he came out he had it working then 2 days later it stop working now Iam unabled to locate or communicate with the technician because the phones are disconnected.

After a death in the family we had 6 safes that needed opening. We didnt have all the keys &/or combinations. Ben was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to access 3 of the safes without drilling so we could continue to use them. We are very happy with the service Advanced Security provided. Be aware!! Worst Access Control System!! I spent 6 grands for access control system about two years ago. However, about a month ago, I cannot access my software. The technician come and try to fix it, but he can not do anything. The technician confirm that this is not my fault. Nevertheless, now they just tell me I need to pay $5000 for new system again. It has been only two year that I installed access control system. This is something that I do not have to pay. So, I just ask them discount, but they deny. This is the way how they make a money.

The customer service was not good. I reached out to the company via email and I got a response the next morning which was good. The rep I spoke with was Crystal she had me send pictures of the key lock i wanted replaced. She said she would call me back to let me know if they could replace the lock. I sent the pictures 30 minutes later which was around 9:30 am. After waiting all day I called her back around 4:30 or 5:30pm to see if they would change out the lock. She said they could she asked me to pay a deposit and I did. She told me the lock would be in following week they would call and set up an appointment. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I thought they was trying to steal my money so I called and Crystal answered and I asked about the lock and she states it has not come in yet. I asked why wasnt I informed its been a week. I get excuses about her being off for 2 days the week before and 2 days of the current week. Thats not my problem all I ask is for a little communication so I wont think the company is a fraud. I finally get my appointment the technician get five stars he was professional on time and fast his name was Elmer. If it wasnt for the customer service rep hands down they would have got 5 stars from me. Appreciate your customers so they can be advertisement and returning customers.
