Bukky, the head pharmacist, excels in professionalism. She demonstrates outstanding customer service. I believe she does her best to run a top-rate pharmacy.The problem with this pharmacy likely lies with Corporate. The pharmacy’s computer system has crashed twice in the last four times I have sought refills (for hours on end). This pharmacy has also inexplicably switched manufacturers of medication on me several times.I now get most of my medication refilled elsewhere. Again, the staff here has only been courteous and kind. However, Walgreens Corporate and IT need a big overhaul.

This Walgreens is awesome. Clean with good customer service. But I really want to rave about the woman who administered my Covid vaccine. She was professional, kind, and obviously intelligent. Her, along with the pharmacy staff, made the experience far more comfortable for me than it would have otherwise been.Thank you to the staff of this Walgreens. And thank you to all the medical professionals putting in the extra energy to be kind while helping customers. Your effort is appreciated

The pharmacy staff are very professional.Unfortunately, I was scheduled for a flu shot this morning, and was told their computer system is down. My options: I could come back later if the system came back up (they would call me), or I could do a walk in, or re-schedule.Seems that there is a persistent problem with their system connectivity. This has been reported in other reviews over the past few weeks.This is inconvenient and prevents the pharmacists from doing their job.Walgreens corporate needs to do a better job.

Love the convenience and employees of this place, but often closed during open hours. Opened at 8am, but Im here at 8:50am and they have locked doors. Last week I swung by an hour before their posted hours said they closed and the doors were already locked. Frustrating inconsistency.

So, as I wait to get my 2nd COVID shot, I think this is the best time to write my review.Our appointment was fir 930AM. We were on time. At 1010, we are still waiting. We were the 1st appointments, so they are not backed up. As the line gets longer, and the 3 employees walk back and forth behind the pharmacy counter, my husband and I are getting more and more irritated by the second!!!

I’m here at 8:00 AM on July 3 and they’re not even open yet!!! Should have better quality people working here.

It’s a decent pharmacy, and the staff is pretty nice, especially the pharmacists, but they seem to have issues keeping things in stock and a lot of the products are locked. Like, I don’t really want to have to get someone to unlock a cabinet just so I can buy toothpaste.

I love the convenience of this location. The regular staff working during weekdays have been awesome by always greeting me and asking updates on my family throughout Pandemic which is nice touch as a neighborhood customer. They always take the time to answer my questions and assistance with me with my many purchases for myself & family members care packets.

The people at the pharmacy are very nice and friendly. I took away a star because they dont have a public restroom even though they have bathroom signs outside the restrooms.

A place I came and shop often, but now I am leaving a 2-star feedback as their early closure. Not the first time, but happening very very often, this Walgreens simply shut their door when they expect no customers in the evening.I will come back and check this situation more often; if fixed, the location worth 4 stars; if not, I will downgrade it to 1 star due to its awful customer service experience.

Ms. Jada the pharmacist was very kind, compassionate, and understanding. She was very professional and answered all of the questions I had in reference to my medications.She was alone during that time period and was considerate, calm and patient. She’s a wonderful multitasker. I will keep coming back!The store is very nice, clean and organized. The sales staff is very friendly and will assist you in finding anything you need.

Generally I like this store, but their commitment to keeping customers and employees safe has weakened. There use to be a dispenser of sanitizer on a card board stand at the entrance. No longer. So, is the pandemic over? I think not. Will check out other pharmacies.

Since the change in employee and apparent managers that work this store, been in store multiple times and and never had a problem until tonight. Ghetto and lazy and can’t mask correctly but your going to deny a paying customer a mask. Last time you’ll see me paying the high prices of Walgreens.

Get it together Walgreens!! Ever since you took over Rite Aid its a disaster. It’s like the night before a snow storm every day in there!!!

This pharmacy is super convenient to the JHCP Remington office and great for quick trips when we are already headed to the doctor. The store feels new and clean and pleasant to visit and the shelves seem well stocked. Every time we have gone there the people working have been friendly and helpful. On our most recent trip we discovered they have a nice selection of snacks including bean and quinoa chips and things that arent readily available at other markets in the area. We will be returning!

Not sure if I prefer this as the Rite Aid it was or the Walgreens it is now! Time will tell..

I go here because it is close to campus but. Not sure its worth it. The pharmacy never seems to have anything ready and the people actually misspelled my name on my prescription and refuse to fix it!! They even gave me a prescription that required ID and still wouldnt change it in the system. They never seem to have refills on time and they take far too long to actually fill anything for same day pick up. The building itself is depressing and the pharmacy is in a windowless basement. It is not actually a store, just a pharmacy. Id suggest you get set up somewhere else even if it is out of your way. I agree with other reviews saying that it should be taken over my new management. The main pharmacist is hard to understand and is rude unless youre somehow a favorite of his. Very unprofessional. Avoid if possible.

I go here because it is convenient, but wow. It is almost worth not going here. They are so slow and very rude on the phone.Can you give zero stars? This place is so awful. They never have anything ready even if you call to confirm they will say its ready when its not. What is so hard? This should be shut down or taken over by new management.

The pharmacist I had was really sweet. She was swamped, so service was slow, but she was the only one working. It’s a clean and new riteaid. Only drawback is that they weren’t validating parking, so that stinks. Definitely park on the streets.

I was traveling and wasn’t able to fill my prescription before I left and these guys were the bomb! They got my script ready in ten minutes and here was no line.

About half the time i went, they wouldnt have my prescription in stock at all! (and my prescription is a fairly common one!) also, unlike at the CVS on N charles, they dont offer automatic refills. CVS has a great site that lets you place refill orders online for pickup at a specified time. its a lot less of a hassle to establish a refill pickup time on CVSs site and to make a single [somewhat farther] trip than to make repeated trips to this Rite Aid, hoping that theyll happen to have my medically essential prescription in stock.
