The only good thing about my visit was Rachel. 7 people showed up for their Covid booster appointments, but the shot-giver had left for the day. :/ While juggling the phone, a customer whose wife was in crisis, AND filling prescriptions, Rachel was cheerful and friendly. Even though the pharmacy was terribly understaffed, she said she would do her best to give the shots herself, if we didnt mind waiting. We all waited. After the pharmacy closed, she stayed after to give us all our shots. Pay Rachel, and all your staff more, and maybe youll have more staff and a rating higher than 2 stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. Pharmacy is awful. Always long lines. Called in prescription gets there not ready. Pharmacy Staff acts like they dont care. The store itself is dirty.. The worse CVS ever. I gotta find a better pharmacy near me.

Called pharmacy repeatedly beginning at 4:25 pm. Pharmacy machine said pharmacy was closed and would reopen next dat although store hours listed were until 10pm. Called store front desk and the store rep said pharmacy was open and offered to transfer me. After being on hold after transfer for 50 minutes, I used another phone to call store back to let them know I had been on hold 50 minutes and to see if he could go back to pharmacy to see if they could answer. Explained to representative that my husband was very ill and I needed his medication transferred to a pharmacy closer to where I currently was . He said he wasn’t walking back the pharmacy, could do nothing to help me. As I was pleading within and trying to explain my urgency, he became more rude and said, I cannot help you. I have no control over pharmacy and can’t make them do anything. As I was explaining I did not want him to “make them” do anything nor did I think he had any control over pharmacy he basically said “look I’m busy” I asked for his name which he initially said too quickly I asked him to repeat it. He loudly said his name into the phone and said go ahead and report me which I did not even say I was doing making me think maybe he has been reported before. . I usually do not write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. I did call customer relations and reported him. Am now on phone waiting on pharmacy

If I could give them no stars I definitely would. This is truly the worse CVS ever. How you a pharmacy and never open or you are closing early knowing that folks need to get there medicine. Dont try and call them either because you will be waiting forever just to speak to someone in the pharmacy department. This is just poor customer service. I only use CVS because of my insurance but believe me if I could go to another pharmacy I would and never use CVS ever again. #DoBetter

Window lines are always so long or either closed , you call it’s says you can pick up your medicine then the line inside is so long you wait damn near 30 mins to get to the front for them to say your meds are not ready give us 20 mins that turns into a hour then you have to get back in the long line …. Ridiculous!!!!!

This is not on...this is the third time my handicapped wife has tried to get her blood pressure medication from this lot. And 3 times the drive through has been closed (at different times of the day and on different days) this is not on CVS my wife was left with on days worth of medication for a life threatening condition. When she called she was told she would have to come in for it...what part of handicapped dont you understand. She is unable to walk...

This place needs to hire more workers. Super duper slow. I called 2 hours ago and was told that my prescription will be available in 2 hours. Arrived there 4 hours after I called. In line for almost an hour, and when its my turn, med wasn’t ready. Needs to be verified by Pharmacist. After few minutes of waiting, I approached the counter again, and the pharmacist said she doesn’t know about the prescription. I have to wait again coz someone has to look. And finally when i got the medicine, it was a wrong medicine! This place doesn’t deserve even 1 star!

I went to get my pills. I call ahead and fill the order a couple hours earlier. I do this even though they are on auto refill because this CVS is the absolute worse pharmacy on the face of the planet. I get there, they are not ready. They need 20 minutes. Grab a parking spot for 25 minutes and get back in line. Takes 35 minutes to get back to the window. I pulled out of line and check my bag. Wish i did this before i lost my place. Missing one script. Fine back in line to get the other. It figures because there is always some issue with this place. 50 minutes in line again and the lady says my pills were not refilled by my doctor. So even though i called them in on the automatic line. Even though I have my doctor refill all my prescriptions every month even if i dont need refills yet because he knows how horrible this place is. Even though my bottle says I have one refill left. Even though they have mine and my wifes number in the computer. Even though you know this is a life saving drug. And even though I tell the lady all this and that I need the pills for tonight. Sorry sir we cant help you. This isnt a milkshake or a lotto ticket. These are my pills. I really try to stay ahead of their BS too. But try as I may, they finally got me. I will never step foot in a CVS ever again.

I came with a prescription for an albuterol inhaler. The prescription specifically said pro air inhaler or equivalent, with permission to substitute. I asked for the Ventolin inhaler and the pharmacist flat out refused stating I needed to get an entire new prescription. I pointed out that the prescription said you could substitute on it. I only got the dumb stare and they refused to honor what the prescription said. They could not even explain why just said no.

Horrible pharmacy.....I’ve been calling and waiting for my prescription for 3 days just for them to finally tell me after 3 days that in order for me to get my prescription I have to come in before they can mix it and make it and then the customer rep hung up on me. Will not be using this location EVER AGAIN! I didn’t get know information letting me know that I needed to come in store just for them to even make the prescription.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. The lines are always incredibly long and youll see the employees in the back laughing and having a good time instead of being efficient. They are all a lazy bunch. 1 star is far too generous for a pharmacy this bad. Giant pharmacy down the road has a much smaller pharmacy space but they are much faster. Avoid this pharmacy like the plauge it is.

Went in the drive thru for the household essentials promotion due to the current pandemic and asked for an Ace bandage. The lady was super nice.. but then the pharmacist comes over with such attitude and she tells me to come in and find it. I even showed her a picture and she still didn’t help me find it. Ended up getting the wrong thing. Clearly she didn’t care about her customers. Such attitude, no help at all, wasted my time, wasted my money and I risked going into the store for nothing.

After charging me the wrong copay, making me wait through the entire drop off line to attempt to correct it, then making me go all the way to the back of the pickup line again to pay for it, the pharmacist called me sir despite very obviously being female and refused to apologize.Customer service aside, the whole place is dingy and painfully humid. I will certainly not be coming back.

I’ve waited in the drive thru line 2x with not one associate coming to the window or even acknowledging the customers. Why have a drive thru if it’s barely even open? At least least put a closed sign in the window. That is basic customer service. I will be contacting upper management.

Like others have said, they never answer the phone. It always rings and it kicks you back to the main menu.They never have the prescriptions ready on time. Never. Not once have I gone to pick up my prescription AFTER the pick-up time and they havent told me, Its not QUITE ready yet, can you wait 15 minutes? I already waited 30 minutes in the backup of cars at the pick up window, no, I dont want to wait another 15 minutes for something that should have been ready at the pick-up time.Just go to a pharmacy that has it together, cause this one doesnt.

I wish I could take away ALL stars!! I knew I would be coming since I had a dr appt & would get refills. I was at the Falls road location last week & needed to do an exchange on the makeup I bought that day. I figured, Id do it at this location since I knew Id be getting at least one prescription filled. Huge mistake! I brought back the makeup I needed to exchange & went to find the one I needed. While at the makeup section I began looking & the security personnel even started helping me, or so I thought. I go to do my exchange & the cashier got a phone call, his manager was coming up. No problem, I said. He arrives, scans my receipt & the items & says theyre not coming up. THE PRODUCT I JUST TOOK OFF THE SHELF WAS NOT SCANNING. I tried to explain I dont know how because I just got it off the shelf & I dont know whats wrong with the receipt. He gets loud & says its not coming up! Loudly says, my receipt, the item I want to get, AND the item Im returning arent scanning. Long story short, he refused to give me an exchange & gave me back the merchandise I could not use. I get his name for the complaint, go to the back to wait for my prescription, and begin writing my complaint on my phone when the same security guard tells me the manager says Im no longer welcome in the store & I have to leave. What?! Why?! She says he said you were stealing & have to leave, Ive been banned from the store. Now everyone at the pharmacy line is looking at me. I go up front to speak to him & he says he didnt say any of that. I look at her she says well maybe he didnt say that. Im like, what?! Whats happening here?! Then he says if you say you werent stealing, then you werent stealing. I told him, I was not stealing. He says well I guess you dont have any problems. I say yes, I do, you just accused me of stealing twice in front of two groups of people, I have merchandise I cant use & Im banned from the store where I get my prescriptions. He says youre not banned from the store. It just looked like I was stealing from the camera. Again, What?! So, you ARE accusing me of stealing. After paying for my prescription, I go to my car, call & make my complaint. Ive never been more insulted, humiliated, embarrassed, and angry in my life! I then drive 10 miles out of the way to go to the CVS on Falls road. I speak to the manager, and explain what just happened to me at the other location. He apologizes, scans both my receipt & the makeup, no problems. I get the return, go get the right one, go to the cashier, she rings me up. Im out the door in less than 10 minutes. I will NEVER go to the CVS on Baltimore National Pike ever again. The contracted security is unprofessional, the manager on duty, Derrick, is rude, & their customer service is horrible! Id rather drive 10 miles out of the way to go to the Falls Road location & will do so from now on. Their customer service is better, the staff-at the front & the pharmacy- are more professional, and they dont accuse folks of stealing then make up stories as they go along.

I showed up to this pharmacy and left my prescriptions and then I was told it would be a 1 and a 1/2 hour wait. I ended up coming back after about 2 and a 1/2 hours to pick up my prescriptions. When I showed up I was told that I have to wait 15 more minutes so I said OK no problem and I waited in the parking lot. I ended up waiting 20 more minutes with a rude and incompetent staff that couldnt even understand a birthday layout 03/04/1997. They ask me what my date of birth was like 7 different times. Now I understand both sides of the spectrum because I was also in customer service related jobs before but I have to say this was poor service. It was busy and I get that but you Cant promise a customer a certain time and then not follow through with it.

My husband and I have been coming here for 20 years at the pharmacy. The past couple of years has been awful customer service. I use the app to fill prescriptions which ends up always being a problem. I put my order in 2 days ago and they didn’t fill the one medication that’s has 2 refills. They said it expired. Ok. That’s fine- so how come no one called to tell us. We find out when we go to pick it up. So my husband is supposed to go with out his heart meds because your too lazy to call us. We will be pulling all our medications out of there. I have never been treated this way at any other cvs. And Walgreens is very clean and friendly. 20 plus people working behind the counter and they have attitudes. This cvs is very rude and dirty. What happend to this store? We used to love going in there. Now everytime we leave- we leave angry. Not worth it. Thanks for caring CVS. You have done a great job helping us (sarcasm). I’m calling now to get the ball rolling at New pharmacy. Hopefully for the future you can train your team to be friendly. If you don’t like your job then go get a different one, don’t take it out on the customers. With out the customers you don’t have a job.

The pharmacists are always so rude! Ive never had a good experience here. Picked up medicine for my childs ear infection that was the wrong medication (thank God I had enough sense to read the label) and then when I went back they gave me medication that wasnt mixed just powder. It clearly said in bold print on the bottle to mix before I got it. Whenever I call to even see if prescriptions are ready the pharmacists are always so rude and sassy. I can not stand going here for medications!! Definitely hoping I can switch to Walgreens or something.

This is the worst drug store I have ever been to. They have given the wrong dosage of medication on multiple occasions. There is always really long lines. The care nothing about HIPPA and even when you take your concern to corporate nothing changes.Today I finally was able to get from my house to get my medication from this location today and guess what .... I couldnt get anywhere close. The snow was up to my knees and they could have even just shovel a pathway or something. This location disgust me. They only get one star because there is no option for zero stars.

Called there yesterday around 1 pm to fill a prescription. Went in at 8 pm to pick it up and they tell me then that there was a hold with my insurance and it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. (I take these meds 4x a day for an autoimmune disorder) They then tell me it will be ready first thing in the morning. I go back the next day at 12:00 pm and they first tell me i dont have another refill for another month (which is wrong). After checking again, they then tell me I needed to wait 15 mins for it to be filled. (Which means it never got done in the morning) Please, if you have life sustaining meds DO NOT fill them here.

I dont like CVS at all but i have to use it per my work insurance. The staff is way lest than pleasant. Monya who works the counter just had a conversation with a female that was on her phone talking loudly in line for five minutes. Most businesses require you to get off the phone to be served. Besides the embarrassing conversation she was having...Monya felt the need to congratulate her for being from Brooklyn. She could see that I was pissed so she gave me even worse service after that. This CVS needs help.

Answered the phone and then hung up on me. I called back and then the answering service said they were closed. Meds are never ready on time. They put my meds in a large bag didnt tell me they were out of stock on one of them wrote on the from of another prescription out of stock another location has it, didnt tell me to my face Im thinking I have everything. Always come to the drivethru window- they give great service , have my perscriptions ahead of time , process each person quickly. never been inside but i like the pharmacists and the fact they r open 24/7 is a huge plus.

Went in to get some pads and tampons a few weeks ago and the cashier Joel, was completely rude. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke so rudely sarcastic to a patient I would be fired. If you dont like your job dont work there. He told me that I didnt know my own phone number that I have had for 11 years the only cellphone number I have ever had, when I was trying to use my extra care bucks. I used them back home in Oklahoma just fine with no issues. He basically kept making jokes and calling me dumb in so many words my father was with me and has to stay calm. I will be calling corporate to complain. I hate it when ppl dont like their job so the take it out on you.

I dont know what it is with Cvs , but they seriously need to work on their customer service. This particular branch isnt as bad as the one in Randallstown. I would say that its less attitude at this location. The wait time is long , but that is the usual wait time that comes with Cvs.

This pharmacy is poorly run. There are 9 people behind the counter and Ive still be waiting for 30mins in line. Not only that I called yesterday to say I needed my prescription ready by 11am, its almost 1pm. Now Im told that I have to wait 15 mins for them to fill it.
