I’ve been going to honey for years and each time has been great up until 2 weeks ago. Surprisingly there wasn’t a line. The issue I have is, I was never greeted. If it was busy I’d be more forgiving. You had one job and that was to greet your customer. If that was my first time going, I would’ve opted to buy lashes from e beauty supply store. She was engaging in a conversation with the other customer and employee. She walked over and said “what are you getting today? Again, never said hi, what brings you in today? She has short hair with green dye. Another customer approached and she spoke to her but it was clear she knew her. I shouldn’t have to be a regular of hers to be treated in a welcoming manner. Usually when I’m serviced the experience is good, which is why I tolerate the long line. Hopefully if we cross paths again she’ll have a better attitude.

Good service but I am so sick and tired of waiting 2-3 hours just for some lashes. Been coming here for yrs but goodness this is getting outta hand. The system needs to chg and if Im only getting a lip gloss, brows or lashes I shouldnt have to wait for other people who getting full faces. Their responsibilities should be split where 1 can do the longer clients and other shorter clients. Or do appts. Im definitely going to stop coming this is not professional nor is it ok. As I type this I have been here for over 2 hours and still not serviced. And I came here on my extended lunch break for lashes only

I always have to wait a very long time just to get lashes done. The staff unprofessional always talking ignoring customers. They move very slow

Today will my last day coming here it’s ridiculous!!! How they are never full staff here the wait be almost 2 hours sometimes..i got here at 330 I’m still waiting at 533 this is a very poor business...need to step they game up seriously!!!

I went to this stand yesterday to inquire about a service. The young lady who was there was soooo rude I couldnt believe it. She instantly got frustrated when I began to ask questions about the eyebrow tinting services. I walked away and found another stand who had a more professional employee. The owner should retrain this young lady. Her name was Candace.
