Rashard is the most helpful, positive employee I have ever dealt with in any Walgreens. He would go above and beyond what he was required to help any patron there. His positive attitude selfless behavior is one we could all learn from especially in a society like ours. He should be the CEO in my opinion. I go there frequently for my meds and if theres an issue he will help immediately. Not making you wait. Even when I needed an item that was locked up. He would practically fly over just so I wouldnt have to wait. That man should get a reward and raise for customer support and values. He a good example of what good manager should be!

Pharmacy is trash. First tech saw my prescription as I brought it in to be filled and yelled at her coworker DO WE HAVE [my prescription]? Im glad it wasnt something embarrassing that I needed because wow, that was so unprofessional. I had to come back twice before my prescription was ready to be picked up because they completely stop operations for lunch and the third tech to help me had on a pin that read educated drug dealer. That image juxtaposed with the certificate they had displayed promising to fight the meth epidemic happening right now was classless to say the least.

Pharmacy has a lot of problems. Refills are difficult to obtain. I have residence in Florida and changed my app to Baltimore store preference. Requested refills and twice the were filled in Florida, even though I specified Baltimore. Has taken 5 days for them to get my husband’s usual meds refilled. They completely close down for lunch so be careful about stopping in.

Terrible manager on duty , I was there waiting for my pictures since I leave 1 hour/ half away I had to wait for Ebony , the manager on shift and then she took her time , had an attitude and no customer service skills , made me wait even more took her sweet time and decided to do other pictures that where for tomorrow instead of doing mine as courtesy because I was there standing , everyone else on the store including the security lady were nice and courteous but the manager had a power trip attitude .

I called to find out if ONE product was in stock. I was transferred 3 times and it took over 10 minutes and I had to explain what I was looking for every time I was transferred. It would have been much faster for the first person who answered to just walk over and check...

The pharmacy personal are considerate and knowledgeable. Really on the ball!! The store is bright and clean. The salesperson the other day helped me with coupons to see how to get the most off. The have Spanish speaking employees.

Really has to be the worst pharmacy in Baltimore. Completely ignorant and indifferent staff. I went a week ago to refill a prescription and waited over 15 mins for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Spent another 5 minutes repeating my phone number and address over and over again to someone who might have a 3rd grade education. Received an automated call days later telling me my prescription is ready to pickup. I leave work and wait another 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me despite NO ONE being in line. Rather than just check the bin for my prescription, this idiot pharmacist searches for name in her database, having me repeat every piece of contact information possible. She has no record of the prescription and says I didnt get an automated call. I play the voicemail and she then hands me off to another genius who says my number was mistakenly associated with another person! This all seems ridiculous and I ask where exactly is my prescription. A third genius comes in and wants to know the exact day i brought the prescription in. I have absolutely no idea nor do I think it would have made a difference. I tell thank them for wasting my time and tell them not to bother any further as Ill go to a competent pharmacy to fill the prescription. Complete idiots.

I am giving the photo staff a 5 star rating, all because of David.He was above and beyond helpful when I needed to make a photo book. Multiple customers came in at the same time, photo ringing off the hook, and he still multi-tasked with grace and poise.

See 42 U.S.C.1396o(e).Some Michigan Medicaid recipients must pay co-payments for each prescription that they getfilled at a pharmacy. The co-payments range from $1.00 to $3.00 per prescription. Avoid coming to this pharmacy - especially the drive through unless youre ok with sitting there for no joke 20 minutes.The pharmacy techs dont have the confidence to tell someone to move around if their script isnt ready. Unfortunately because of the tight lot there isnt enough room to leave the queue.. youre stuck until the car moves in front of you.

The pharmacist violated several HIPAA policies and refused treatment for medication that I have been getting filled at walhgreens for years. I am a disabled veteran and he asked questions that he had no rights to ask what so ever.He crossed the line several times in the matter of 10 minutes and should choose a different line of profession. Something that would suite him better like embalming dead people! He is unprofessional and should never work with customers or in the customer service field.

Walgreens Pharmacy on Eastern Ave has to be one of the worst pharmacies in Baltimore. The pleasure the staff takes in acting as evil gatekeepers barring anyone from access to medication is really the icing on top of never being able to successfully fill a prescription. To say there is a lack of customer service is an understatement. Regardless of the time of day you visit the pharmacy, youll find a collection of poor souls desperately lingering with a dimming hope that theyll be granted access to medication. Every problem Ive had filling prescriptions has been a direct result of laziness on the part of employees rather than a problem with my doctor or insurance. However youll never even get a polite smile from the staff who must get some sort of bonus for preventing people from filling their prescriptions. If you have an alternative, avoid this pharmacy and Walgreens altogether.
