Stereotyping - no customer services because we did not dress up appropriately?!My wife and I went to purchase wedding bands. Its a hot rainy day so that we just dress casually with T-shirts and sport pants. The Asian lady in the front was very nice and told us where is the wedding bands sections and stated that someone will come and help us there. We picked the one we liked but we kept standing there watching others got help but not us. We saw people came in later and got help but not us. We saw employees standing around and not even saying Hi or giving us eye contacts. Such a horrible experience. Very insulting. I told my wife to go and for sure we can purchase wedding bands somewhere else. What a cheap way to treat your customers just by their appearance.
