TLDR: These folks are AMAZING! If you want a breathtakingly beautiful custom ring, STEPHANIE IS THE BEST, hands down.They worked with my fiance and I designing the ring of my dreams. Stephanie collaborated with us through email, patiently answered an endless list of questions from me, tweaked the design numerous times to suit my picky taste, and gave me helpful tips and feedback about which design aspects would best suit my life and the wedding band styles I wanted. I have a toddler and I am a nurse, but I wanted to be able to wear my ring everyday and not only for special occasions. Even though I saw digital images of it, the ring in real life is STUNNING. I would never go anywhere else. Ever.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Identity Diamonds and the owner Amelie for the sapphire engagement ring. Their ethical selection of rings are amazing and just the style he knew i would like. He said that the nervewracking process of buying an engagement ring was wonderful with her. Goodies like a discreet ring box were included as well! I got it poorly bent and when I sent it for the cleaning, they got it all fixed up. My husband and I visited several three jewelers to look at rings together to get an idea on what I like. We had anywhere from a bad experience to an OK experience at those three places. After my husband knew what I liked, he did extensive research on jewelers here in Austin and found Amelie and Identity Diamonds and I am so glad he did. I was not involved in the process but he said that she was so patient and kind. Trust me, my husband asks a lot of questions and wants to know the entire process on how rings are made, where the gold comes from, etc. so I know she was a very patient woman. They custom designed an engagement ring that would match my moms wedding band and it was perfect! The ring was too big and we had to take it in to be sized after being engaged and she kept in constant communication with us on the timeline of the ring being done. We loved the entire process with her that we bought my husbands wedding band from her too. We did not shop around as we knew working with Amelie was the only person we wanted to shop with. She is a local business here in Austin and top notch!

Amelie of Identity diamonds is an absolute angel. She helped my now fiancé and I create the perfect ring and answered the million questions we had about diamonds vs. lab created diamonds & gemstones and eventually worked with my fiancé to create this beauty. I love that the entire ring is eco friendly made with lab created stones & recycled rose gold. It changes colors & really sparkles in the light, and I have gotten non stop comments on how unique it is! Her customer service is fantastic and I can’t wait to work with her on our wedding bands! (it should also be noted we found her on Instagram and did all of this over DMs/email from across the country- she really is the best!)

The original wedding band I bought my husband was lost under a waterfall during our honeymoon in Fiji. Cool story, yes, but left my husband needing another ring. I contacted Amelie at Identity Diamonds and described the ring my husband wanted. She LISTENED and then came back to us with all kinds of information about the ring materials and durability. She ended up sending us a picture of a ring that we liked even better than what we were describing! So we moved forward with the purchase at a very reasonable price and we received the ring shortly after and LOVE IT! Amelie was quick to respond and such a pleasure to do business with. The absolute best service youll find. After a few horrible experiences with other area jewellers, I found Identity Diamonds. I had some unique requests and a very tight deadline of less than a week. She got creative and came up with a unique solution that ended up saving the day. When I first walked in I thought there was no way she could accommodate my request with such a small selection. My first impression was wrong as she has a huge inventory of items that she was able to walk me through on the computer. It wasnt anything like when I had tried to design and order jewellery online. Instead, I had Amelie, a professional jewellery designer, there to guide me and recommend options. You have definitely won a customer for life!
