Great coffee. Fast service and cool spot to get some work done. I got an iced oat milk latte and it was delicious. Breakfast tacos are only available on weekends.

Absolutely loved the coffee here. The pastries were fresh and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I usually like to get my items ‘to go’ but the ambiance of this place made it impossible for me to leave. The location of the place is great as well. A great place to grab a bite to eat after visiting the central library.

I used to live in LA and loved this place. I am so excited that it opened a location in Austin. By far this will be the best coffee you can get downtown, totally worth it.

AMEN TO THE BEST COFFEE SHOP OPENING IN AUSTIN! I loved walking over to this shop back in Silverlake. I feel like I won the coffee jackpot having it so close to work! This location is nestled in quaint little street across from Polvos and Happy Chick. They have the best darn nitro brew that I have ever tasted! It has the perfect creamy top. I also snagged a bag of beans -Summer Solstice. Made with blood orange, melon, and turbinado Sugar. They have pastries from Easy Tiger and Odd Duck. I picked up the mushroom and goat cheese puff pastry from Odd Duck today. The perfect amount of sweet, savory, and flaky! Current seasonal drink that I will have to try is the Limelight, made with cold brew, lime, and seltzer. Until next time yall!

After grabbing a couple of breakfast tacos at the farmers market, we stopped for an excellent latte and cappuccino.

The highest quality of coffee with the best baristas in the city = a coffee experience worth remembering!I just had the most delicious flat white! The service was speedy and friendly, the atmosphere was lively, but not loud, and the location is nestled between the walking bridge and the downtown bustle.I have nothing but good things to say! I cant wait to see more locations in Austin!

Cool space! Enjoyed the special drink “Roadrunner” that’s only found at their Austin location. Tables aren’t good for large groups but if you want to catch up with a friend and see the beautiful mural, nice place to check out.

Thought I’d try this place out since it’s new and near my work. Loved the wall tiles but other than that it lives on the same generic level as a Starbucks. After waiting 15 minutes for coffee to be a drinkable temperature, either the brew temp or roasting left the coffee with little taste.The place also doesn’t accept any type of NFC payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc). Even the small local coffee shops I go to have made that switch. Just a minor inconvenience though.My recommendation: Royal Blue and Juan Pelota are a block away - I personally enjoy their coffee better.

Finally we got an Intelligentsia cafe in Austin. I love their pour overs. Atmosphere is very well thought out. This is the supreme cafe experience, with knowledgeable and helpful staff and well made coffee. A must if you’re in the area.

Took me a while to try Intelligentsia out. The large Coffee sign on the outside is a bit generic, and besides, there are a number of good coffee signs in the area already, but Intelligentsia has become a favourite recently. Their coffee, and french pastries are excellent - their iced coffee is definitely the best around. And whats particularly attracted me in the last few weeks has been how they have handled the Covid-19 problem. Whilst places like Merit have been slapdash, Intelligentsia provide better food and drinks, and make me feel safer. Thanks!

Great coffee or espressos

I’m a former Chicagoan and was thrilled to see an intelligentsia in Austin. Honestly, it’s the same great coffee but without the pretentious barista. A+

I get coffee here every week day. Great coffee would be the last luxury I would give up. The baristas are consistently great and friendly. I get the mocha cause they are not over sweet.

The seating is designed so you don’t hang out for a long time but I love that it opens at 6a and the espresso is good.

Absolutely LOVE their matcha on tap and when I come in I always buy four of have them fill up a big container I have just so I don’t have to drive back n forth everyday but when I went in they ran out of matcha in the keg so a girl hand made it (they have hand made it for me before and it tasted the same as the matcha on tap) but she did not mix it well it was all grainy and straight powder at the bottom and tasted completely gross like starbucks matcha so i’m disappointed in that not sure as to why it turned out different but I paid $40 for my matcha to taste horrible

Their mocha has a truffle taste to it... I’ve never had it anywhere else.

Coffee seems good. Quite a small portion though, which is disappointing. Not a lot of seating, so isnt going to be a good place to get work done.
