First time in. Very welcoming and calming atmosphere. Right temperature, great aroma, awesome music, perfect acoustics to accommodate a lot of people without it being loud. Service was great.

I am a regular a this coffeeshop and although I am not a fan of their coffee but I really like the vibe. I usually get an iced chai and get a wifi card to get some work done.Today I came together with someone and I bought a diet coke for myself and a cupcake for them. I asked for two wifi cards and the barista told me I could not get more than one wifi card per person. I explained I bought two items for me and someone else.I understand its policy and although I offered my friend to pay for the cupcake, the barista disregarded me before I could.In general, he was very rude and unprofessional. He just told me to leave and waved me away. I love this place but if you are going to start micro-managing your wifi usage, I really dont feel welcomed. I dont want to discriminate against the other baristas since I have always gotten several wifi cards before when I bring friends, so I attached a picture of the person since I didnt get his name.

Great coffee, tacos, pastries and super cool atmosphere to work. They have good music playing and really neat spaces for lots of folks. The bar with the window views are my favorite! Staff are really friendly!

A spacious and unique coffee shop that includes areas to study. A lot of thought went into the design and decor of this space! Very beautiful—some parts remind one of home studies, some of older libraries. The coffee itself is pretty good as well. Maybe not the best ever, but definitely good, smooth stuff. The employees are very hospitable and welcoming. A generally upbeat and memorable experience! Come by for a quick cup or to get some work done!

I like the ambiance of this place. It felt cozy, and not crowded and it was still bright with a lot of natural light. They have a small library section that I particularly enjoyed.

Ill be honest, this coffee shop is so dang good. Ive been in here everyday for the past 2 weeks and every visit, Im greeted with a smile from the baristas and a coffee that would make me smile, even on some of my worst days. Love it here 💕

Very pleasant ambience, and the interior is spacious. It is within an academic, college, circle in the Northern-Central part of the city of Austin.Their coffee beans are roasted too dark, both for making espressos and also for their brew coffee. Strange. Poodle and staff very friendly and gracious. Restrooms are for any gender, but the door lock didnt work, and i got dazzled(!) But very clean...Oh! The Banana Bread was what i went back for, mainly. Oh, and they offer some decent Tamales. Actually, all the food i tasted within Austin, TX was delicious. I think it is somehow related to the good, stable economy there, in spite of the SARS-Co-2 epidemic (which is waning...).

Decided to go to Bennu coffee on a Sunday morning to get my mocha fix. Lovely coffee shop! The space is big and there is a lot of seat area even though it’s limited right now due to Covid. The menu is great, my favorite thing about it is that they have a lot of specialty mochas and they have oat milk, which oat milk mochas are my favorite latte to drink. The decor is pleasant as well and I just adore the Bennu logo too. I can see myself being a regular here often.

Ok, this was my secret coffeehouse in Austin, TX... but it deserves to be known by word of mouth, etc.Watch out that the coffee beans are roasted dark, even though the staff calls it medium roast... But its still tasty, and the compliments ate great there.A restful place, site, with lots of college students frequently there, studying... Wear ear muffs, or youll get am earful of bombastic music, whether you wanted it or not. Noise/stress is the American way...

Love this location! The new management has been amazing and the vibes are perfect for studying, work, whatever you need. Absolutely recommend.

Love this coffee shop. The decor and staff make it so welcoming and comfortable. They held strict safety guidelines during Covid that made me feel safe to study here. The options to sit outside are amazing as well. The staff is always friendly. Admittedly its not the best coffee in Austin but its good enough to sit for three hours and study in such a lovely environment.

Coffee is good but the service experience leaves a lot to be desired. Understaffing and no ordering system leads to lots of confusion and delays. Icing on the cake is when you have to tell the server how much you want to tip since they keep the screen behind the glass. But hey, they have Rockstar Bagels so Ill probably keep coming back.

The vibe of this place is my favorite in all of Austin. I just wish they opened sooner.

Bennu is one of my favorite coffees shops. The Don Quixote is the best! The baristas are always kind, and I love the interior style along with the artwork they display on the walls to help support artists.

Good place to enjoy coffee or tea and do some work on laptop. WiFi code works for 3 hours after purchasing anything. There are also hot meals and pizza in menu. I especially like the creative and stylish interior of this coffee shop. After closing time, I sat in the small park across the street and WiFi was still good there. The park itself and the neighborhood around are also pretty

It is such a nice coffee shop if they modify one thing. Most of the people come here for working or studying. The music in the background is such a nuisance. If they have to play it, it should be toned down to a level that one cannot hear it with ear plugs which is not the case. I hope that you guys work on this!

The coffee is legit, service is friendly but the shop is GORGEOUS. The proof is in the details. Perfectly curated art, loads of old books that spark curiosity, even down to the lamps on the bar - it begs to be sat down and cozied up in.The steps theyve taken to make it COVID safe genuinely do feel safe. Plexi glass dividers between common areas, mask reminders, the staff is masked up and cleaning frequently. PLUS theres outdoor seating if thats more your speed.Highly, highly recommend.

Great little coffee shop, very spacious with comfortable seating and great coffee options. They were very good with ensuring people kept their masks on with complete coverage of their nose and mouth. I felt very safe during the pandemic to come here and enjoy a great workspace / coffee shop with a great balance of both experience and safety in mind.

Such a spacious coffee shop which is great for doing online school and class work. The coffee was absolutely delicious! However, I do not recommend the tamales.

Beautiful location, convenient and good parking. When I went there was only one barista and a huge line. The espresso was undrinkable by itself.

Lots of tables and access to outlets. Drinks were ok and pastries were sold out @ 2pm. Bathrooms are for “all genders” with common area with sinks.

I love the original and this apple didnt fall far from the tree. They have amazing coffee and the staff is superb.

I like the decor and the drinks, however unlike most other restaurants or coffee shops with indoor seating, they require your mask only be pulled down momentarily to eat or drink. Not a comfortable place to spend a few hours as you must wear a mask even when seated.

This place is a great coffee shop super cool, would come here all the time and purchase something every time. Unfortunately with their new rule of having to purchase something to receive your 3 hour WiFi code the employees have lost their customer service and just seem grouchy all the time. I don’t feel like I am in a relaxed coffee shop anymore I feel like I am at the DMV following strict guidelines. Anyways it was good while it lasted! On to find a new coffee gem in the Austin area!

Ok coffee, great atmosphere

So cute! I really wish they werent using so many plastic disposable single items though :( like silverware and cups. I know its covered but there must be some sort of sanitary environmentally-friendly work around. If we ordered iced coffee for here, why serve it in a plastic single-use cup? Great location, amazing decor, brand new, great mochas. Definitely deserves to be checked out good for café studying/working.

Im so sorry, maybe I just had an inexperienced barista. I had a vanilla latte with 2 espresso shots. It was horrid. Thin, flavorless, couldnt taste much espresso, no creaminess at all.

I have been coming to this coffee shop 2-3 times a week for the last few months, and really enjoy the atmosphere and work environment. However, recently they started making people purchase a menu item in order to receive a Wi-Fi code, which I completely understand. I can image it is frustrating to have people come in and not pay for anything and just take up space in the café, especially with limited seating due to COVID-19. With that being said, I feel like they have become too strict about this rule. I came in and bought a $5 cup of tea and asked for 2 Wi-Fi codes, and was told I was only allowed one. I wanted to get Wi-Fi on my laptop and cell-phone, and the code only works for one device. So I would have had to make an entire other purchase just to get another code. They also only last for 3 hours so I image when that runs out they expect you to buy something else. I really like this place, so I hope that they update this policy. Otherwise, I will probably just start trying out new coffee shops around Austin.

The coffee is good and they have lots of food options like tacos, tamales (Tamale Addiction), pastries (Quacks), cookies, and bagels (Rock Star). The tamales are especially good.
