The ladies there were both very nice. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and asked if i needed help. The young lady asked a few questions about my skin and picked out my exact color. I was very impressed as she choose the correct color for my skin tone. Great experience all around. Other makeup places no names but sounds like ulta. Haha. Their workers are just too stuck up and just busy talking with their co workers.

There was a young lady there that was extremely pleasant in helping my daughter and myself with the different product lines specially Fenty.

Sephora inside JCPenny has more products for Women than they do for Men... And I believe that is because Women buy more of these products than Men. But if you go to a Sephora store, youll see more Mens products than in a Sephora Inside JCPenny store. Other than that... Everything else is all good.

Something is happening here! Half of the shelves are bare, Im not sure if they are mivjng stuff around or shutting down. But there is alot of emptiness! Not alot of regular products present! It may be due to pandemic situation and low number of shoppers, but products were scarce!

During my visit yesterday I had the pleasure of Leighas expertise. I have always had good experiences at Sephora stores, but Leigha was exceptional! She listened to my questions and concerns regarding my current skincare/make-up routine and offered several suggestions. I also mentioned to her that I am about to travel and she helped put products that I use, many of which are not offered in travel sizes, into sample containers for my upcoming trip. Leighas expertise, friendly disposition, and genuine interest in providing amazing customer service made her an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you, Leigha!!!

Lisa did my custom makeover and she was absolutely wonderful. I am not very experienced with make up and had an event that night. She looked at different photos with me and helped me choose the best look for the night. She thoroughly answered my questions regarding the products she used and their application. I went in there feeling apprehensive and came out extremely satisfied, confident that I would go back, due to the great service and professionalism.

Very racist employees here! I spend over $600 at Sephora each time I visit but their employees act like if you’re not a white customer they don’t have to assist you. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I went yesterday Dec 22 and felt really weird. I would expect different image from a Sephora store but ...There were three.. ladies? Who looked like drag queens , the three of them were wearing super excessive and very heavy makeup and super long fake eyelashes. To me they looked like drag queen clowns. How in the world would l expect any help with any beauty questions from ladies that seem not knowing anything about makeup. One of them doesnt even take care of her hair.all the black roots showing There was a nice old lady who wasnt wearing any makeup and despite of that, she looked better that the other three. I was very dessapointed at the image represented of this store at Techridge in AustinTX. I think the staff attending a store that sales beauty products should know how to use makeup that ma m.j es them look pretty no like cheap.....

Soooooo last time i went i wanted 3 skincare samples the worker is like you can only get 1 if you’re not purchasing anything. i knew she was lying but anyways my friend was buying makeup from there so we’re walking around looking for makeup, we were the only people in the store. Right before we’re about to check out i see security come into sephora looking at us while we’re shopping. so uncomfortable i guess it’s because we’re brown??? I just thought that she was really rude.

But when I went to check out Melanie treated me with exceptional customer service she was very knowledgeable of her Fenty products and solely because of her I will definitely return...She made me excited about the product that I purchased... While shopping in JCP, I walked through Sephora. I wanted a new perfume. I tried a few, and found a couple that I liked. They only had the large (2 oz) sizes on display. An associate came over and I asked about the smaller sizes. She looked through the drawers and said no, they were all out of the small bottles of all of the ones I liked. I did not want to pay $70+ so I left. About a month later I was in JCP so I checked the perfume. Still out of the small bottles. Disappointing!

Nora was so helpful and friendly! This was one of the best sephoras I have ever been! Thank you for all your help and I love my new naked smokey eye palette!

The person that did my makeup was really cool and fun to talk to me and the makeup artist had a good time talking together while she was doing my makeup :-)
