She was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to assist us in finding the perfect unit for all of our belongings. The units are temperature controlled affordable, and easily accessible.

She Is the epitome of customer service. She listened to my needs on the phone and put together put together the perfect solution for my financial needs. I think the biggest thing to highlight here, is the fact that she cared.. And I dont know if anybody else has noticed this in the world. From my interactions, finding genuine people, who genuinely care about people is rare to find. Arnita was a pure joy and a light that brightened what began as a dark day. This is my first time using a storage space and the process was like butter. There customer service is A1 and they are very thorough. Mike helped me with my space even though I went to the wrong location. He was kind and had no problems helping me with everything I need.

I have had this unit since January 2021 I believe. A woman named Yolanda leased my unit to me. She was nice.I will say that I recently had the absolute best encounters with the store manager, Arnita Wilson. I had the misfortune to get stuck in the elevator over the July Fourth weekend. When I got out I left a vm and sent an email. The next business day I started receive phone calls from the office which I ignored. The next day I received another call which I answered. It was Ms. Arnita checking on me after my experience in the elevator! She took the time to let me explain what happened and vent about how scary and inconvenienced I was. She apologized profusely and told me they had a technician on sight at that moment. She even explained what the tech said the problem had been.I’ve since had several other conversations with her Ms. Arnita to resolve a problem I inadvertently created with my unit. She has just been the best. So kind and personable but also very professional.I hope Extra Space knows what you have in Arnita Wilson!!!

Clean facility, including bathrooms. Yolanda is extremely helpful and works with your specific needs. Renting is made very simple via the online portal. The carts provided are helpful for transporting stored items to and from your car. Highly recommend!
