They are indeed closed @ gate B17. This is disappointing given I really needed a replacement apple part and used Hartsfield as an international gateway (so I couldn’t run out to an apple store in the ATL.)

The Delta reps was so kind, helpful and patient with me. I missed my flight and had no problems with standby. Mr Kenneth delta rep he deserves an raise. He was so helpful and the delta check in attendant @ the front counter also. Im almost to Buffalo and this has been a experience. Im calm & appreciate all the help Ive received to get to my destination safely!

Stopped here on a flight to Miami. I had a quick layover do I find not have a lot of time to look around. The restrooms were clean and comfortable. I bought a book to read on the plane and got some snacks also. All in all, it was a quick comfortable layover.

I tried to go to the store today based on a review from a man named Sanjay who supposedly visited yesterday. When I got here I found out the store has been closed for four months and Sanjay was a liar. Now I can’t trust this business because I realize they are paying someone to write good for views even when they are closed.

Very helpful friendly service, and open before 7am. Found AirPods Pro before my flight for about what I’d pay at Best Buy.

Bottom line NO REFUND, NO RETURN OF PRODUCT. Do not recommend shopping at this store. Products are faulty and doesn’t work for long, no refund without a receipt or packaging (who keeps a receipt or packAging from the airport?) store doesn’t let u know this prior, store manager Mario Salazar is rude and not customer friendly, warrant department is also rude, refuse to provide his name other than Frankie and Brian Johnson who apparently is suppose to be the product manager is unavailable. Warranty guy works for the store manager which seem to be some sort of scam.

I really liked this little spot. Im a pretty techy guy so I lost track of the waiting time for my flight, playing with headphones and iPads.

There was a problem with my powercord which left me wondering how I would possibly find my way to an Apple Store in my destination city. On a hunch, I checked to see if there was any help to be found in the Atlanta airport. Sure enough, Steven at iTravel found exactly what I needed within minutes!!! Fantastic service!! Fast & Friendly!!!

My mother was flying a long journey and asked for some help with her iPhone and the woman working there was almost unwilling to help her. She wasnt busy and as my mum felt she was in the way she moved to the side and the sales person yelled youre welcome VERY rudely. Unacceptable for someone in customer service and an airport at that

We rushed to get to the airport early just to purchase apple supplies before going through the checkpoint. After a wild goose chase it was confirmed this store doesn’t exist. There is a store that sells apple products to the right of the terminal entry before the checkpoint, but it’s not called iTravel. It’s called International ‘something’. Not being from the area and following google’s information searching for something that doesn’t exist made for a very frustrating morning.

Travels with family is everything, especially in a safe environment, like this place.

Similar to other electronic shops, good in- and only in - an emergency. Used to be PalmPilot and BlackBerry store - purchased unlocked devices from both and got ZERO after-sale service. No idea who buys rhinestone covers they promote.

Dont trust them!!!!!! Talked me out of a factory Apple cord for one of their crap cords...said if I had any issues they would take care of it. Of course cord last 2 months and they wont take it back or let me exchange for a real apple cord...said to call the manufacture. Also claimed most people go through a cord every 6 months anyway (would have been nice to know how low their standard was before making a purchase). So glad the manufacturer will send me a cord in 48hrs when my phone charge lasts less than 15. Terrible customer service when something goes wrong!!!!!!

This place is a life saver.... Traveling on business and left my MacBook at home!! Realized it after i got in line at security and opened my bags up. Youd think all hope was lost, right? WRONG!! Kevin and the staff at iTravel had me up and running with a MBP with Retina, and accessories in less time than it took to get thru security and realize mine was at home!!Had been looking at making the jump to a newer model, but never pulled the trigger, and certainly never expected to do so in ATL airport. I was so shocked, and pleasantly surprised to find this place -- cant thank you guys enough!!See you next trip Kevin and Staff!!
