Slim was the best! We came in around 8pm and left around 9pm to get an iPhone 8 screen repair. We had the best time. He has such a nice spirit, very easygoing guy. Makes the time fly. I really enjoyed our repair service because there also 24-hrs so there was no rushing. I would definitely recommend them for any screen repair. They also even have free accessories for your phone if you’re willing to find them.

Went to get my screen fixed and now my microphone earpiece isn’t working. I went there so they can correct it, but they said that it wasn’t their fault and if I wanted them to fix it would cost $40 but my facial recognition will no longer work. Initially I only went there just to get my screen fixed which was only cracked. Everything else on my phone was working perfectly fine. This is a brand new iPhone 11 and the only damage was my cracked screen and now my earphone microphone doesn’t work. Now they’re telling me I have to go the Apple store if I want it to get fixed the right way and still have my facial recognition working. Do not go here unless you want to spend more money fixing a problem they caused.

I paid so my granddaughter could stop there and get her cracked Iphone 11 screen replaced. After replacement, the internal speaker stopped working. (the one you hold to your ear). At first they said shed have to go to an Apple store to get it fixed, then offered to repair it, but told her some features of the phone would stop working since they would be using an aftermarket part. (facial recognition, for one)They claimed that we had no way of proving they broke her phone. I told them my wife and I talk to her regularly on the phone, and shes never had to use the external speaker.They broke it. Now theyre wiping their hands of it.

I am not pleased with the service I received. The products used to repair my phone are extremely cheap and it brought the quality of my iPhone 11 to the quality of an iPhone 4. The camera is blurry and the overall “true to color” is gone. I wasted 150 dollars getting my screen repaired. They advertise that they use iPhone products, but my phone is notifying me n telling me that the screen I not a true iPhone screen. The guy told me that THEY DO NOT USE ORIGINAL IPHONE SCREENS. I will be asking for a full refund. My phone junk without the quality of the camera. Do not go here, your phone Will not be restored back to normal.

Awesome business! I found them online while looking to purchase a phone and headed to see what they had available. I got a good price and purchased my phone, he did the number transfer for me and tested to make sure everything was functioning. A week after I bought the phone, I dropped it in water while at an airport and couldn’t do anything for a day until I made it home. I tried the “rice trick” 🤦🏾‍♀️ and almost lost the phone and all of my vacation pictures before finally going back to them and another employee was able to repair my phone!! This place is jank and extremely unprofessional. You can barely hear the guy talking when he answer the phone. So we get there and he was already working on someone else phone so we waited over a hour just for him to finish and the other customer phone wouldn’t turn back on. I found this company online and trusted it from the reviews. My tech guy, Alex, showed up and took an hour and fifteen minutes to fix my broken screen. My screen was the only thing broken and not functioning correctly. When he gave me my fixed phone the microphone, the ear speaker, and the home button were not working. I went to the office to let them know, and two of the guys attempted fixing my phone for two hours. I was starving sitting on the couch in their living room and could hear them listening to a how to video on low volume in the office. My phone was given back two hours later and the front camera and the home button do not work. My phone is barely a month old and it can never be fixed 100% because apparently the motherboard connection to my home button was cut. I was extremely nice and patient the entire time and they refused to give me my money back. I dont know how that is legal considering they didnt have me sign anything and there was no verbal consent about their no refund policy. They advertise as certified professionals and a certified professional screen repair tech does not exist. The office is located in the hood of Atlanta too. Literally go anywhere else, I have never had an experience like this before in my life.

My Company Cell phone screen went black. Found UDestroyed on Google and talked to Francisco. He said he could fix it the same day and he came to my office which saved me a lot of time. He arrived in about 45 minutes , started working on the phone and had it fixed in 15-20 minutes. Talk about Great Customer Service. The price was more than fair expecially since he came to me. My iPhone 8 screen was broken in the front and in the back, but everything was working fine (WiFi, Bluetooth, and speaker).I contacted Francisco who said it would cost $250, and then I realized we lived like 30 minutes away from the south avenue location and changed my mind. He then offered to drive here and drop it off for an additional $10, so we took his offer. He dropped it off and told me to not use it for another hour and that I could remove the glue once it dried.My fiancé and I were so grateful that we actually gave him a $40 tip in addition to the $10 for driving. So I waited an hour, only to find that the WiFi/ Bluetooth button on my phone was greyed out (can’t turn it on or connect to anything), and my speaker is also not working. I contacted him and let him know the issue and he told me to drop it off at the south avenue location, so we did.Once my fiancé arrived to the “store” which was a house in a horrible unsafe area, He asked if he could drop it off again since the south avenue location is In a A VERY UNSAFE location, he told him he could, NOW FOR $20!!!!!!!Long story short, * 3 hours* had passed and he couldn’t fix the speaker, WiFi, and Bluetooth, but told us it would be an ADDITIONAL $150 to fix the Bluetooth and WiFi.... Are you serious? When I called around to other stores who do the same repair and they charge $70 at MOST? On the WEBSITE it says that they *Price Match* , and he did not.We gave you a phone that was superficially damaged, but was working fine, and now it’s not working because of whatever you did and you’re going to charge us $150, when we gave you $300 already to fix something when you actually ended up doing more damage? So NO, I was not about to pay him an extra $20 for breaking my phone. Take it out of your “tip”.People like this take advantage of kindness, so sad!! It was such a mistake to trust this person.

Ok so my phone was cracked already when I came to Atlanta from Chicago. I dropped my phone super hard in my air b n b & I thought all Hope was gone!!!! It looked irreparable. I couldn’t see anything on my screen. In about 30 minutes these 2 amazing guys fixed my phone and they cured my hangover because I was so happy about my phone being fixed. Lbs. Literally amazing. No complaints. If you don’t see them for your repairs, you’re at the wrong place.

He wasnt there at the agreed time, so I called him - he said hed be about 10-15 minutes late, which isnt a big deal on most days but didnt work for me today. Hes now coming to my work to fix it at the agreed price. An inconvenience for him, but good business practice. I really appreciate it.

A disappointment as they are Limited to the beans of cell phone they choose to repair. As if Motorola were too much of a challenge. You would think any cell phone repair service should be willing and able to repair something as common as replacing a charging port in ANY phone. They said no even though i was prepared with the replacement part in hand. I thought this place repaired cell phones. It says so right in the name of the place! I guess they are spoiled and get enough broken iphone screens to survive. SIGH . SCREW iPHONE!
