Unauthorized taking money out of my bank account I was sick with covid for two months real sick icu for twelve days of it I am just now feeling well enough to deal with my finances that got behind while I was fighting for my life and Bestway without authorization took $400 out of my bank account leaving me without money to pay my electric and water bill and when I called to discuss this with them were very unsympathetic and had an attitude and would not put my money back and work with me to set up something to pay on what got behind while I was sick very unprofessional

I have NOT got anything yet. Waiting. But from what I see everything looks great. All places will have good and bad reviews. To the ppl who did do bad reviews and got lied or treated wrong I am sorry. But always remember THIS if one employee will NOT help you go above them, and then to the next, and then corporate. ONLY if you are being lied and not treated like you should be! They need to understand some no ALL ppl need a washer and dryer!! They should think of it if it was their washer or dryer would hmm I wait of course they would not. But with all this said I would and am willing to give them a chance..

David, the manager, is awesome! My refrigerator had an issue today and he came to my house to help deliver a refrigerator and took the other one to be fixed. Great service! Thanks to David and his staff for being so helpful!

If I could give it a negative one I would.I’ve used them for many years and until they changed over with these new employees it was great. Now I wouldn’t give them a dime my washing machine broke they come and got it January 9 they’ve had it for over a month and it’s still not fixed when I called last week they told me that it was fixed and they were just going to test it went up there today and it’s still not even fixed. So they flat out lied to me about it even being fixed and the girl behind the counter that wanted to roll her eyes is the one that lied to me I will never buy anything else from Best Way again

Do not rent from this place the new management, and employees are pathetic, David, Matt, and Frankie.

KITA WAS NICE AND HELPFUL BUT HAD TO GO ON A CONFERENCE CALL SO HER COWORKER HAD TO TAKE OVER AND HE LIED AS IF I WAS OBLIGATED TO GET THEIR INSURANCE UNLESS I HAD HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE...SMH...I ENDED UP GOING TO BESTWAY ON BOB WALLACE IN HUNTSVILLE AND JASMINE HELPED ME...SHE WAS VERY HONEST, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL...GOT ME WHAT I WANTED AT THE PRICE I WANTED WITHOUT THE UNNECESSARY INSURANCE OR LIES...

The worse BestWay I have ever rented from in my life. I went to rent living room suite and 2 mattress and box springs. They told me they didnt have any but I could call back and talk with the manager. He called us the next day to tell us he found 2 plus how much they would cost to get them that day. Well they deliver 2 days later. We look at the mattress and box spring was old and just nasty. They off white mattress was stained up and the box spring was tore. The other set was old and he never told us how much they were separate, he just put them all together and gave us a total. Then it took them 4 days to come get them nasty ass mattress and box spring then and then still didnt deliver any new ones. We demanded a refund

These people here are clueless. Theyve gone through staff like they go through underwear. The staff never has any idea whats going on. They just tell you things to get off the phone w/ you , and then when you say well this staff member told me this... The other personnel acts dumbfounded. They harass you. Needs to be shut down. Scammers looking out for their best interest.

I made an order last month. There was a problem in processing the order, which was immediately and courteously solved by the e-commerce portal representative. My lamps arrived on time in a perfect condition. Positive Experience.

Do not go to this location! I got a couch, rug, and Samsung speaker from them in september, due to an online ad one of the employees posted on a yard sale site in town. I was told that i would be given a deal because i inquired about the ad he placed for the couch. I paid 80$ down, got the first two weeks free, and then picked up 92$ biweekly payments. After i had my daughter, money was a little tight so i took the samsung speaker back to them that was priced at 35$ bi weekly. They charged me for the speaker again, even though i returned it, and jacked the price up on the couch because i brought the speaker back. I was told that if i didnt like it they would be happy to come pick up the couch (that i have already paid a few hundred dollars on), and sorry youre not happy. I have paid off several items from a local bestway on my side of town. I chose to deal with a location 30mns away instead, because i was supposed to get a good deal on the couch. I have never been treated so poorly. This location has the worst customer service i have ever experienced, and i do not recommend anyone to deal with this place. I will be going to the location near my house, where i have always been treated with respect, this weekend to look for a new couch. I also did not receive my couch until 3 days after i paid my down payment. I was told that it would be cleaned and shampooed before delivery, but when it got to my house finally, it was dirty. I had to scrape gum off of it from a previous renter, and vaccuum it myself.

Frankie the manager has been very gracious about payment arrangements very high quality inexspencive appliances and furniture curtious respectful and well tempered delivery men always on time great experience would recommend to anyone
