This place needs no review. Love their shake.

I can here about 15 minutes til close. A Middle Eastern employee was telling that they were closed, despite the store hours saying they closed at 7pm. He wanted to argue with me, won’t come back to this location.

When I went there I was not greeted with smilelady came talks to noureddin tells me to wait 1 minute he highlights something on a papernouraddin put very small scoops for me very small and did not give me napkins. I was sad

Love ice cream! Many different rich flavors lets make delicious combinations. You also have different types of cones with chocolate and nuts to go with it. However, you need to double-check as Sometimes some refrigerators arent working well and ice cream might be melted. Dont pick those flavors in those refrigerators.

Waited 45 minutes in a line of 10 people and didnt move an inch. Someone I knew asked for a chocolate milkshake and got a cup of vanilla ice cream. In general, just horrible service. Im sure the ice cream is good though.

Now this is one place you can not miss if you are an ice cream lover. Their huge ice cream serving sizes provide great value for money and they all taste just amazing. The chocolate flavors are my favorites though!

Haagen Dazs is by far the best ice cream Ive ever had, and im always trying new brands. Ive brought many friends here and theyve loved it as well. Im big on chocolate so i get the belgian chocolate shake and its delicious every single time! Some ice cream shops are inconsistent especially when it comes to shakes, but certainly not this one.

The customer service is terrible. This one worker was extremely rude and she gave us a horrible experience at the store. I love the ice cream but I would not go there anymore if they do not improve their employees manners and work ethic. Haagen Dazs just lost one customer thanks to this experience.

Haagendaz petagon city is the best place of me, the people there very good especially one girl she is pretty girl I think her name naawal she was nice te me all the time when I came there , and I really appriciate the customer sevice she had, smile,hearing what I had to say thank you so much naawall.

The ice cream is reeeeeallly good! I suggest getting the Belgian chocolate milkshake. Its a little on the pricey side, but thats to be expected for a European chocolate shop.

While on a school trip to Washington, me and my friends received coupons for Häagen Dazs and we decided to get some. It was our first time ever being at a Häagen Dazs store so we were very excited. We order our icecream but once we go to pay we experience the worst service. The servers name was Hanane E. She rejected my first friends coupon because it was too late. My second friend was allowed to use the coupon, but, as she got out enough money Hanane E expressed a very angry look. My friends charge was 7.69, she gets out 10.09, simply to get rid of her pennies and receive dollar bills. Hanane E screams saying THAT ISNT 69 CENTS. At this point I am considering not even paying for the icecream and leaving it on the counter. If you are going to lose your temper that easily, I do not believe you should be working in food services. Just my suggestion, the other workers were kind, I would not want their reputation to be brought down by Hanane E.
