Worse banana split Ive ever had on top of not making to order. Lesson learned!

This location has gone down! I used to come here all the time but stopped because of the lack of flavors. So I tried it again tonight— complete fail. They didn’t have anything close to 31 flavors to choose from. The flavor I did want was “frozen,” and the guy didn’t care to grab another bucket. Customer service was at a low. The guy looked like he checked out for the day— it may have been a long day. The environment was just dead, and it matched the lack of flavors.I’ll just keep going to Cold Stone.

The Banana Split was $6.99 you can go to Braums and get one for $4.29. May your the employee work there was very nice. The store was very clean and I had no complaints about that. The Banana Split was good just way too expensive.

They were so helpful! We ordered our sons birthday Polar Pizza from out of town. They made the whole process so easy. They even offered to make a cake we wanted that wasnt in the book anymore. The pizza turned out perfect and was really yummy!

I sought a butter pecan ice cream cone. I had just left the grand prairie store because they did not have it..This store stinks. How can ice cream stink?? On top of that the cone that would have been $2 at another store was $4.00 plus here. How do they stay in business??

I ordered a ice cream cake online a week in advance and picked up the following week only to find the order completely wrong. Not to mention they called me in the middle of the week to confirm the cake decorations.When I get there the young lady working there is clueless and is just there to scoop ice cream for customers. She called the manager and the manager did absolutely nothing to accommodate me in the fact that they messed up my little sisters birthday cake. She was so heartbroken and disappointed. I will never patronize with this company again yet along this franchise. Corporate was no help either.

I stopped by yesterday to order a cake for my dads birthday for today and the guy assured me it would be ready by 5 I thought everything was great for my first experience here but then I showed up today to pick the cake up and come to find out they haven’t even made it. I was tired from work and didn’t feel like arguing so I just asked for a refund and I left disappointed with my time wasted and they kept offering me to pick out a cake from the freezer that are probably days old and they didn’t seem sincere with their apology. Such a bad experience for my first time coming here

This used to be THE place my Dad would take us boys for ice cream because everyone liked different flavors. Theres something magical about going to Bask in-Robbins that still persists today as a senior adult. My girlfriend and I found a place close by and hopped in the truck to go get our sweet tooth satisfied. We arrived and noticed the door handle is in the shape of a punk spoon. Nice touch! We were immediately greeted when we entered the establishment. We strolled by all the flavors but one in particular jumped out at us so we both opted for this flavor. We ordered waffle cones and packed them with a single scoop which was more than enough. The tables were clean as was the bathroom and we sat down and enjoyed our cones. Still a great place after all these years to go get ice cream. Loved it!🍦👍

Extremely short staffed right now, but the only employee was patient as can be while the slow customers before me took overly long to order, then changed their minds twice causing the line to grow by 4. If you like ice cream and A/C they are hiring immediately!

Today is my sons thirteenth birthday.I had ordered an ice cream cake from theS. Cooper location in arlington, tx.Well I lost my job the day after I ordered the cake. My mom was admitted to the hospital the same day. Long story short my mom called and spoke with a young lady telling her that we were not going to be able to pay for the cake due to the circumstances.In stead of saying ok thanks for calling. She told my mom hey I will just pay for the cake. No problem. I was wow . she was awesome. Me and my mother would like to say thank you and may God bless you MS. Kamar.

Got my husband a cake for his birthday, basically paid $50 for ice cream. The cake was very stale and bland. Figured got an old cake or something but the owner said the cake was just made and it was not gross..... She originally said if we still had the cake we could take it back. I told her yes not even 1/4 of the cake was ate. Since no one liked it then she told me to leave it out longer then it eat, it will be better. That she would give us 50% off a future cakes. We tried that and it was still not good. My husband tried to return it and the witch said no cant do that will only offer 50% off another cake and hung up on him. Save your money and get a better tastings cake at Sams club lol

I couldn’t believe workers weren’t wearing masks while preparing the ice creams and shakes and not to mention the worker doesn’t even acknowledge a customers presence. Very unprofessional and unsanitary during such circumstance in my opinion.

Love potion flavor is here! For the month of February only; get it while supplies last, it is my wifes favorite. This place had great service late at night even at 9:30 pm.

Ordered a custom cake. Paula was a great help. She is always smiling and goes above and beyond to help every customer. My cake was exactly the way I wanted, plus tasted great. Cant wait to order another cake.

Very expensive! Braums has better ice cream but I wanted lemon custard. It wasnt as good as I remembered. Dad had vanilla. It was disappointing. The employee was very nice.

They would not accept their own coupon for $1 off a shake because they was running a nice creams deal. The coupon did not have anything to do with ice cream scoops. I had to pay regular price for their over price shakes. DQ is much better and cheaper.

I was very disappointed today. Went in to get a banana royale. Had to tell the girl that it contained two scoops of ice cream. She had made it in the smallest cup the have. She just added another small scoop on top of the one she had in the cup. There was hardly any toppings in it. It usually has a whole banana in it & this one literally had five pieces of bananas. This sundae is $5.99.

Ice cream has good flavor. The employees are friendly. One of them said what their favorite flavor was. Quick service and reasonable prices.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had yet. Aside from Wal-Mart. No air conditioning, didnt have all the ingredients for what I wanted, ice cream melting before I started eating it and sweating employees leaning into the ice cream counter to change placards. Will not return to this location.

Now thats all over have Dunkin Donuts inside the same store its a win-win for me and it will be for you to my friend

Very unprofessional employees need to go back into training!! Without us paying customers you two would not have jobs I know several people that need jobs..... Whats even worse its that the manager Paula acts this way in front of her employees.....she is supposed to be an example..... What a poor example she is!! I know a lot of people that buy cakes from this location and will tell them about todays visit and take our cake ordering business elsewhere!!! Paula needs to be re-trained or find herself another job before she ruins more employees as she has already ruined the one working with her today!! Shame on Baskin Robbins for allowing this to go on!!! Very unsatisfied with the entire visit and the cake we will never be back!!!

Ive been coming here for over 10 years getting icecream cakes and every year the service get worse and worse !! I just called between 05:50-06:00 today 03/25/2019 and the young lady who answer not only hung up on me twice but did not answer me calls within that 10 minutes time frame!!! I wish they would hire more professionals and show the customers respect....HORRIBLE SERVICE SO DISAPPOINTED!!

Shocked and very very disappointed when picked up birthday cake! I had taken a picture of what I wanted when placed the order. The cake didnt look anything like the picture. The taste wasnt good or fresh. Please be cautious ! Employees and Mgr did not care and only offered a dollar for compensation. No apologies given!

Always great! I stop in here from time to time over the last few years and the Owner and employees are always friendly and the ice cream is delicious all the time. I gotta say the world class chocolate, pink bubble gum, and daquiri ice are my favorites. I dont eat ice cream often, watching my weight and all, hehe, but if your going to treat yourself I figure its worth it for real good ice cream.

Girl working there understanding was very bad on how to make a classic banana split.

Dirty tables, no soap or towels in the bathroom, and when brought to the employees attention they still didnt do anything about it. Girl spent 30 min refilling tasting spoons with her dirty bare hands, that she isnt washing in the bathroom because there is no soap.

My girlfriend was told to go in for an interview and they had no idea who she was. They were unorganized and didnt communicate well with each other. The manager isnt even in charge; some woman who barely speaks English is. Shes mean and doesnt seem to care about her job.

In Baskin Robbins in the United States, it is a place where you can buy sorbets and ice cream cakes, it was the first time that I bought a delicious vanilla cake with three layers one layer of ice cream then the other layers of cake (bread) for real that I had never had the opportunity to taste such a delicious cake.
