This is my second visit to small cakes the first time I tried small cakes they were okay because I feel like I needed some sugar that day and they were okay it wasnt nothing explosive but this time I just feel like the flavor was just not there on this salted caramel cupcake now but I can say that the Cake part itself was very delicious the cake was very moist and a great chocolate flavor but the salted caramel buttercream frosting the flavor was not there I didnt even taste caramel I didnt even taste any salt it was just a glob of nothing on top of a delicious moist chocolate cake not to mention the young lady that served me was not very friendly nor did she greet me when I came in and I asked her about something else other than that chocolate salted caramel cupcake I asked if they had coconut and she said no we dont not that maam you came late in the evening and were all sold out but Ill be happy to serve you something else I didnt get that positive feedback on what I feel like she should have given me more energy I probably would have bought more variety of cupcakes because thats what I like doing buying different flavors and trying different flavors so this time I just bought the one cupcake because something in myself said just get one and Im glad that I did because I wasnt satisfied with the taste of this cupcake now would I buy it playing without the frosting definitely would and this is just my opinion on what I tasted I didnt even eat the whole cupcake it really was a waste of sugar for me

Would never order from them again, cupcakes were absolutely mediocre. Nothing like the images on Instagram. I didn’t know we had to be “specific” in asking for details. At least that’s what was told to us by an associate.We were accused of “leaving the cupcakes near an oven” when delivered like this. Absolutely will never order for you again.

I pre-ordered 6 cupcakes from their website to be delivered to my brother for his birthday. its become an annual tradition. i teased him that he had chosen well when he picked the birthday cake flavor first. turns out, that one was left off the order.i called the store and an employee named LINDSAY would only repeat there was nothing she could do about it. that it was between me & door dash.she didnt try to pull up the order. she never asked for the order information. she offered no solution for what was clearly a store error. instead i was called ‘honey’ (and not in a nice way), repeatedly accused of “going off on her” (i didnt) and hung up on. over one missing cupcake.What should have been a simple and straightforward exchange, was instead an employee unwilling to listen, make (false) accusations, use derogatory language,, and hang up on a repeat customer. And, according to the same employee, all of that took place in full view of other customers who were in the store at the time.2 stars for the (5) cupcakes. -3 stars for all the reasons above.

We had 3 different homemade ice creams beautiful butter, red velvet and Carmel salt they were amazing!!! With super friendly service we will be going back to try some more

Absolutely the best ice cream I have ever eaten The cupcakes were good. The icecream had the soft mouth feel that only comes from high fat ice cream can deliver I had the salted caramel and my wife had pomegranate both were great.We have decided this will be our go place for a great dessert.

I had the cookies and cream and red velvet. The cake part was very moist. Icing was nice and thick. They sure looked appetizing with the height. It was just too sweet for me (in a good way).

Incredible cupcakes! I absolutely love them! This is my new cupcake place. I also bought the 4 pack for dogs, but I wouldnt advise giving these to pets. They taste like they have just as much sugar as regular cupcakes. Yes, I tried them. I dont give my fur baby just anything!!

I’m never one to write reviews for places, but this place is definitely the exception. They’re perfectly moist and they’re not extremely sweet to the point where you get tired of them. They’re also a great price. I tried the carrot cake, red velvet, and strawberry, all VERY DELICIOUS.

The woman who served us was very nice and pleasant, the store was nice and bright and the cakes were presented well, but the taste just wasnt there. The cupcakes are just a tiny little mound of crumbling, overly moist, bland cake smothered in way too much frosting, like 2/3 of the cupcake is a huge mountain of frosting without much flavor outside of the taste of sugar and oil. We tried 4 different flavors and nothing tasted bad, but you could honestly make better cupcakes yourself with a box of cake mix off a store shelf. At least then it wouldnt cost you $4 a cupcake.3 stars solely for the completely uninspired cakes because the experience of going here was not bad, service was great, etc. just the products are underwhelming and mediocre.

My family and I stopped by yesterday evening after having dinner in the immediate area. We had no idea the place existed, but saw it in passing and made it a mission to go there after dinner for dessert. When we walked in, around 7 pm, the young lady looked less than enthused to be there and even more annoyed that we had the audacity to attempt to patronize the establishment. She didn’t say a word, albeit, she didn’t have to, her facial expression said it all. When she finally did say something, it was a very dry “We are out of cupcakes”. They did have a few cookies that looked amazing, but, we left without trying them. We weren’t interested in giving our money to a business with customer service as such. In a day and age where there are trendy bakeries on every corner, customer service is paramount for success and retention. We won’t be returning!

Cute store, helpful worker. We got two different chocolate cupcakes, one cookies & cream flavour, and a lemon gluten free flavour. They were a perfect balance between moist and heavy like an actual cake and the frosting was delicious.

Great customer service, offered to let me try the ice creams without me having to ask. Almond Joy was my favorite! So light, creamy, and just delicious.I also got a red velvet cupcake, which I thought wasn’t as impressive, but good. I prefer the red velvet from the Bundt Cakes shop, but this was the first cupcake I tried, so will try again next time. I will definitely be back for the Almond Joy ice cream!

So I loved the cupcakes from here from the first time I tried them. I’ve come back several times, and they do not disappoint. However, the last two times I’ve gone, there seems to be young lady working there that can give zero cares about the business. Today, I went in at 5:30, and there were literally 8 cupcakes left for the rest of the day, and they close at 8. Not sure how well business will continue after this, or if I’ll be back.

I was really excited to come try these cupcakes for the first time today. I stated to the ladies that it was my first time there and they did not engage with me at all. The lady who picked out the cupcakes would just stare at me. I drove an hour to come to this place and I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I was not comfortable being in that atmosphere. But the cupcakes? delicious.

The cupcakes taste great some of the best Ive had. But the cake holders in your boxes are BAD. This is the second time Ive gotten a dozen cupcakes and theyve tipped over by the time I get home. Each time I found the cake holders were not properly seated in the box. So I had to surprise my gf ON HER BIRTHDAY with upside down cupcakes...😣 Twice! 30 dollars per dozen of cupcakes ruined...If youre thinking I need to slow down or Im driving too hard youre wrong. Ive delivered food plenty of times to coworkers, family, and for my parties and I dont spill anything drop anything; Im like a fox.This is a flaw in your cupcake holder design or maybe your employees need to assure the cupcake holder.oart of the box is sitting properly other wise those too heavy cupcakes come tumbling down. And their so soft and succulent you cant really pick them back up or you destroy them more!!!!

My boyfriend and I were going to lunch nearby and we happened to park right in front of this place since it was so busy at lunch time. Im glad we did! We immediately stopped in and it was definitely a surprise and a treat. Ended up leaving with 2 cupcakes and one of their cute little mason jars . The prices are a tad high but its definitely worth it! I got the hot fudge cupcake and the birthday cake in the mason jar and they were both fantastic. We will definitely be coming back. We also tried the ice cream and you can get an ice cream sandwich! Best part about it, they make their own ice cream. My favorite was definitely the coffee ice cream...you can actually taste the coffee where as a lot of places, the coffee flavor gets lost in all the cream and sugar. The girl inside was very helpful and she also let us keep our cupcakes that we just bought inside the store until we were done with lunch so they didnt melt in the car!

Came in just to check it out with my wife, we had never seen it before and it was worth it. It seems new with not a lot to offer in terms of visual aesthetic but the cupcakes were bomb. I had a peanut butter cupcake and the wife had the hot fudge both were amazing. Good cupcakes, good service, the place could use more dressing up.

I went in here this fall with a youth entrepreneur group. The owner/manager (could not find your name!:) showered us with kindness and service. He didnt simply do a quick talk and make them buy cupcakes-- he truly and thoroughly educated them, was patient, and spent time making sure we were comfortable and educated. We were not expecting this (some businesses dont act this way). The kids had a great time and learned SO much. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious. Due to his professionalism, stand for excellence, giving heart, and sincere support of youth, Smallcakes is now my own personal go to for cupcakes. I care just as much about the people as the business and I can honestly say this manager believes it also. He represents the company well. Bravo.

Today was my 1st time here. The lady was friendly and made suggestions. I chose the Lemondrop and Cookie cupcake. The lemon one was moist and delicious, only thing I wish is that it was truly a lemon batter for the cupcake. The only lemon on it is a small drop of jelly like with a lot of vanilla buttercream icing. The cupcake is vanilla. Other than that it was good, I’ll be back to try more.😊

Delicious salted caramel chocolate cupcake. The cupcake itself was so soft and moist. Really enjoyed the detail of adding the salt to the top of the buttercream frosting had on the overall flavor. Would like to try other pastries in the future😊

First time here and was super disappointed. Drove 20 minutes here, checked out the menu beforehand and nothing was said about limited quantities. We get there and there is no chocolate ice cream, only 8 specialty flavors. When I asked, I was told they only make certain flavors each day. My youngest said birthday cake would work and that was completely empty. I asked if that’s all they had or if they had more in the back. Nope, that’s it. At 5pm. Didn’t have any red velvet cupcakes out either. Wouldn’t these two things be kind of a staple? It was more the girl’s attitude that made me most upset, honestly. Won’t be back. Not worth the drive for a potential disappointment.

Cupcakes were ok. Lack of customer service ruined my experience. Wife and I clearly stated it was our first time there. We wanted to know the offerings. Instead we were just looked at, with little to no engagement. Had no clue as to how the ice cream played a part until another patron came in, she tried to engage the workers as well, and mentioned something she thought she had before.Energy was totally off at the place.

I was kind of disappointed. Arrived about 6:30 and they literally only had 3 cupcakes available. (They dont close until 9:00) Ended up getting a scoop of ice cream which was delicious!
