The ice cream creations were a 4 star experience. Good, but not great or worth a repeat visit. The service was poor at best. We were a family of 5 and it took us 40 minutes to get our order. People that ordered after us, got their orders before us. Our order trickled out one at a time every 5 to 10 minutes. We wont be back. Do yourself a favor and keep on looking.

I love sharing new experiences with family and friends… this is definitely one I’ll be sharing with many. We did the roll your own experience and the staff was so helpful and friendly. If you’re vegan they even have halal marshmallows and gummy bears.

Very good with a huge caveat. Very slow. Painfully slow. My third time here. The owner was letting a little boy make their own. Cute but the line was growing. They finished then he let another customer make their own. Over ten minutes for two to be made.Nice and quality are one thing but when there’s a waiting room full of people speed should be first.

I can say I am glad I didnt go by the bad reviews of this place. I took my daughters and they absolutely loved the ice cream as well as myself. The place did smell like they had been cleaning. The service was amazing staff was patience and kind. I got the cookie monster definitely a great choice. The only down side was the jars they keep the items like cookies, marshmallows, and candy in are extremely dirty. They really need to empty them and clean then or just buy new ones because you can see the rust pretty gross. Other than that the place was great.

First time visiting and it was fun to watch them make the ice cream! It is not an easy task but is satisfying. I tried the mango flavor and it was pretty good. You have to wait a little to allow the ice cream to soften otherwise is hard to scoop. Looking forward to trying other flavors.

The product is very good. I was looking to spend a lot of money on waffles with ice cream, but a young lady whose on her phone all the time, told me that it would be 45 minutes to make waffle batter. A lie!!! She even rolled her eyes after we asked for it. She must be the owners daughter or something. She acts as if she doesn’t want to be there at all. Bad for business.

The name of the girl who made my ice cream was named Ruby. I asked for extra caramel and she offered me the whole bottle 😂❤️. I love it here.

The employees are super rude, and customer service was trash, and on top of that if the ice cream we got was good would’ve been like okay but trashhhhh didn’t even care to roll it up , which is funny when the place is all about rolled up Ice-cream 😑😑

First visit tonight and the guy was horrible..I had cheesecake he couldnt get it to roll so dumped it in a white box all broken and looked like cheese slices and he littlery cut 1 strawberry and put it on top then the young lady working asked if if I wanted wip cream he told her no I said yes he took can from her and made big X across top it looked so nasty his attitude was so horrible...he also made my daughters friends and she had chocolate with KitKat on top he stuck 2 whole stick on it and that was it horrible she has had them before and it never looked like that....The female employee made my daughters and it looked amazing she was sweet and listened and took pride in her work and it showed...but young man needs to be replaced its hard to make icream look disgusting but he did...ill drive across town before I wast money here again...Sad its so close by and one bad seed ruined it...My daughters is only 1 worth 6bucks she did love it if u do go ask for female ....

Great placed for rolled ice cream. Have come a few times since when the owners first opened the business and although the wait can be a little long, it is worth it. Fair prices and their ice cream actually tastes more like ice cream and not too sweet

Super slow. Waited 45 minutes to get my order. This was my first time since I usually go to the Iceland ice cream by Arbrook st but it’s a little further from home so I’ve decided to go to this place since it was a lot closer and I didn’t like that I’ve waited for this long. I would recommend to go to Iceland Ice cream instead because they are quick, less than 5 minute waiting time and the flavor is the same!

DIRTY!! At least 5 flies / 4 gnats flowing around the ingredients. The utensils they use to create the roll were already used and not washed. Associates didn’t wear gloves. Taste is awful!! Rolled ice cream looks NOTHING like the photos.

Brought my grandson and the nice young lady recommended the cookie monster bowl. My grandson loved it!!

The service was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful as it was our first time visiting and didnt know what to order as everything looks super good! We ended up getting the Nutella Brownie Waffle Ice Cream and a Cookie Monster Ice Cream. Definitely recommend both but the Nutella Brownie Waffle was DELICIOUS. The waffle had cinnamon in it and was super good on its own.

Good place for Ice cream

Went here with a Groupon where we got to roll our own ice cream. I was blown away. Clean, friendly staff, and the best ice cream Ive had around town. This was the first time Ive had rolled ice cream, and now all I can think about is what kind I will try when I go back. I had the cookie monster (without dye) and my girlfriend had the vanilla with cookie butter, M&Ms, strawberries, and cherries. I cant wait to go back!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would!! This place looks disgusting on the inside. Do they ever clean it? The ice cream doesn’t even taste good. Why are they even in business? The food inspector def needs to check this place out.

Friendly employees greet you as you walk in. It was surprisingly empty around 730pm on a Tuesday summer night.Menu is simple. You can choose from 4 or 5 combinations or create your own mix. I had strawberry ice cream, banana mix-in, topped with whipped cream and a strawberry sauce drizzle. They use about 1/2 cup of cream/milk/unicorn tears to create one serving. Very tasty with fresh ingredients. We liked it!

Absolutely worth the wait! Everything is homemade. You can watch them make it, which is really cool. The ice-cream was delicious! Plenty of options to choose from!

The food looks and tastes good HOWEVER!!!! That does not excuse the fact that they have very poor Covid-19 regulations in place. Firstly, the restaurant is very dirty and it shows that they do not sanitize often. On top of this, there was an employee that wasnt wearing a mask. I understand that the mask mandate has been lifted but its very unsanitary especially when youre working with other peoples food. Lastly, the service was very slow. We were waiting on our food for about 30 minutes. There was only 2 customers ahead of us at the time and the employees were taking very long to prepare our ice cream. Considering all of these concerns, this place is not worth your money or your safety and health. I do not recommend coming to this restaurant if youre looking for rolled ice cream.

Delicious and great concept! Reminds me of watching someone make a crepe. The ingredients are blended in, right in front of you, on a frozen table operating on magick and dreams, by a professional Rollist. After a HIIT arm/core workout that made me tired just watching, the Rollist rolls sections that slide into the cup like a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils, and they add toppings onto that. None of this is run-of-the-mill. These things take *work.* “K, but is it a gimmick?” Nope. It’s really freaking good, and the amount you get is more than you think it will be, so it’s definitely worth the price, even though the price isn’t that high anyway, so it’s also a great value. This was a fun date night cap, but we’ll bring the kids here, too. Great spot!

The people behind you are more important. The woman making my families ice cream stopped to take the order of the guests behind us. By the time my ice cream was done my family finished there’s. The people that order behind me had their i ice cream before me. Family of four we definitely won’t be back. Sad I gave a tip wish I could take it back... extremely slow service had 4 rolled ice faster.Update after I mentioned my issues with the representative not finishing my families order. She didn’t see a problem she stated the people behind me needed there order taken. Another employee came in why didn’t they take the new order. I asked for a refund of my ice cream. And mentioned I wish I could have taken my tip back too. I left it but sad she didn’t understand the issue when called on it...I see now why the tip jar was dry...

The ice cream was cool, sweet, and unique. But the real reason for the 5 star was the customer service. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. We did the rolling ice cream experience and Logha took us back so we could roll our own. I highly recommend going here. The ice cream is really good, and the customer service is superb.

Not a bad place, but doubt well be back. Ice cream took 10+ minutes to make (there were four orders in front of us) and the staff looked like they were struggling. The end product was underwhelming for the price, and the ice cream had a weird aftertaste. My kids, who normally devour their deserts, only at about half. (It could have simply been personal preference as this was our first time.)

Don’t know how this place has a good review. Very dirty and the lady making our cream did not care at all and didn’t clean the table or anything between ice cream so cross contamination. Took forever when we had one other person in the building ordering.

The sewage smell mentioned in the comments is real. The staff are aware of the awful smell and laughed at it. It is off-putting and ruins the ambience but I will try my best to not let it affect my review of the taste. Rolled ice cream is a new thing for me. Its ok but to me its not worth the hype. The ice cream was good (I dont complain about ice cream in general) but it wasnt life changing and the ambience didnt draw me in. Thus 3/5
