Would love to give more stars, but most items were out of stock and we had to keep finding our sales person. At one point she was busy sitting with other associates, so it felt like we were bothering her. She even continues talking while getting up to help us. The showroom was very clean and well laid out, which is why I gave 3 stars.

My adult daughter and I were looking for some furniture for our shared space. She wanted a chaise sofa and I was looking for a power recliner. Dori assisted us at Rooms To Go and helped us to find the perfect chaise sofa for my daughter as well as a power recliner for me. The colors were almost an exact match and we both left the store very happy with our new furniture. Delivery is several months out for both pieces, but I have found that is the case everywhere we looked. Thank you Dori for great customer service, and for knowing your products so well. Thank you also for staying after your shift to make sure everything was completed for our order.

My husband and I are furnishing our home that is being built. Our salesperson was a Godsend!!! Zenia Navarro was very attentive to our needs and she always went the extra mile in helping us. Her kindness, knowledge and integrity of her job made our visits pleasant and calmed our nerves in having to furnish a new build still in process. If you are even considering buying furniture at this time she is the go to person. You will find her in the Arlington store.

Walked in and was greeted by Dori, told her style furniture we were looking for. She immediately began asking questions and quickly narrowed our search to find the perfect pieces. The whole process took a little over an hour and we were able to get what we wanted for considerably less money than other stores were quoting us. Best experience enhanced significantly by Doris product knowledge and sales skills.

We came to this store after procrastinating on buying furniture that we needed to get months ago in fear of not choosing the right furniture. Dori greeted us and was very professional through out the process. She asked questions to narrow down to a couple options. She was great with providing guidance for colors that matched our home decor and that would compliment our lifestyle. We were very pleased with her knowledge and how stress free she made this experience for us. This is the only time I have ever purchased furniture from any store where I didn’t take hours to decide. Larger purchases like these are generally quite stressful for me but Dori turned this into a positive experience and we are so pleased with our purchase. I had already looked online and was interested in a living room set. I went to the Arlington store and worked with Kenneth. The set was exactly what I was hoping it would be.Kenneth was so helpful because Im moving and needed the set to be delivered to my new address which is on the other side of Dallas. He assured me that the set was in stock and would be delivered to my new address on the date that I selected.I highly recommend Rooms To Go and Kenneth for their superior service. THE BEDS THAT ARE DISPLAYED ARE NOT HOW THEY COME!!! I bought a bed that I was told was adjustable and that’s how it was on the display. I went to a mattress store to buy a mattress for an adjustable bed since that’s what I was told I was getting. 2 months later in comes a bed that’s not adjustable at all. I called customer service and they told me to call the store. I WENT UP TO THE STORE and they did not care at all. THEY GOT THE SALE SO THEY COULD CARE LESS is the response I was getting.King size mattress don’t fit the frame plus I didn’t get what I told I was buying… this one star is definitely too generous

Omg. This is the first time I have bought a couch and Kenneth was the BEST at helping me choose the perfect couch and laying out the details. I found a matching rug and a kitchen table !! Definitely will be back in April to buy more furniture from Kenneth. Hes not trying to sell you anything just to get his portion. No he cares and listens to your needs and wants. Angelica is a lying thief!! I was supposed to get a base for free but instead she gave me a cheaper mattress than I ordered so I had to end up paying the difference and driving 6 hours to get correct bed. Do not buy from Rooms To Go. Angelica can go to hell for being a lying thief.. it’s a scam . My couch is white denim but they sent a cream colored ottoman. They will not deliver new couch and ottoman until November 18th. It’s all about them not the customer. If you want to get screwed shop there if not go to another company. Angelica literally scammed me like a used car salesman!!! Corporate did nothing to fix situation.sofa was torn when we opened it also and ottoman is not same fabric. Trash store and trash salesman!!!!! ANGELICA IS A LIAR AND A THIEF!!!!!

Terrible customer service at this place. After reading through the critical reviews, everyone had the same experience of being given the run around by this store and their employees after a sale has been made. They could care less what happens after you give them the money.I came in with my mother and helped her purchase items for the house. We ended up buying a whole king bedroom set and a couch set, totaling nearly 10k. At first their service seemed nice. Once the furniture arrived, I realized the couch was slightly too big for the space in our living room. I called the store to ask about the return policy, and the woman who answered told me i would have to pay a 20% restocking fee for them to take back the couch. This was never mentioned when I bought the set but okay... I went back to the store to find a different set that would be more fitting, keeping in mind the 20% fee. Didnt find anything so I asked our salesperson if I could do a return. He said I would need to call customer care because they do not deal with that at the store but generally they do not have a return policy. This was strange to me as again, he did not mention this at ALL during the sales process; if he had mentioned returns were not possible I wouldn’t be in this situation and decide to purchase elsewhere with a return policy. But I called customer care anyway to see what I could do. The lady in customer care told me returns were definitely possible but that it was the store’s responsibility to issue the refund. So why was I lied to and told this isn’t possible?!?!!!Now I am stuck wasting my time trying to speak with a manager at the store regarding this situation but just based on the fact that I was lied to, they were not upfront about their exchange and return policies during the sale, and how they are giving me the run around, I would never shop here again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Dont pay for set up. You better pick up your own stuff and save some money. I paid for delivery and set up and they came to deliver dropped off told my son its just 4 screws and left. So I pain an extra $70 for no reason.

We went to Rooms to Go looking for a mattress. Greg, who assisted us was very thorough going over each mattress we checked out. Decided on the Purple 2 because it was in stock. He arranged for us to be able to pick it up at their nearby distribution center. He also followed up to make sure we were able to pick it up and were able to get it un-packaged and set up. Plus arranged for a free Purple pillow to be sent to us.

Large showroom floor and a kids section too. Lots of designs to choose from. Prices seemed lower than some if the other big name stores in the area.

Rooms to Go is a beautiful store. I needed to get furniture for a home office. Monet was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture. Monet was excited to help me furnish my office and had really great ideas. Im not much of a decorator so I really appreciated her good taste. Thank you Monet for making furniture shopping fun.

Dori was amazing and knowledgeable! Our shopping experience with her was enjoyable! Fun sense of humor and immediately took us every piece of furniture we wanted to view. I thought we would be in the store for hours, but we found exactly what we wanted in minutes! What also amazed us was that our sofa and love seat were in stock and will be delivered within a week! As much as we enjoyed visiting with Dori, we were in/out of the store in probably 30 minutes. Weve purchased from Rooms To Go before, because of their excellent quality, and will continue to rely on Dori for our furniture needs.

Do not buy furniture here. They will lie to you and do anything to make the sell. They didnt honor the price they told us, they charged us interest when we signed for a 24 month no interest promotion, and they billed us to the wrong account. When we talked to Juan the store Manager he made excuses and said he couldnt help us. This was after dealing with customer service a couple times already and providing paper work that proves we were supposed to not be charged interest. They dont care about you. Only the money they will make from you. I would go somewhere else if I were you.

Bought a piece of furniture and it worked great until 1 month after warranty ran out. Called to get a tech over to fix furniture, I was going to pay for it out of pocket, and they said they would not help me due to my warranty being out. How can you not service the product youre selling? I guess it goes to show, you may save a buck today but you will pay for it tomorrow.

So I purchased a bunky board to not have to purchase a box spring. When the service guy came.. for starters they rushed and assembled my bed. Now a service tech has to come back out to fix it!! Then after speaking with customer service several times. I was informed my rails cannot be adjusted. So I called the store to get the bunky board returned. No return policy is what I was told, but never told by the sales person. Now I have been calling back and forth with the store and customer service. The store… THEY GOT THE SALE SO THEY COULD CARE LESS is the vibe Im getting. Customer service is trying, I guess. Rooms 2 go needs to hire people that are honest and not trying to get a sale. If the sales person was honest. I would not be stuck with a product that I can’t get rid of or if I can I’m going to have to go through hoops to do so!

Never again.Took 5 months for chairs to come in. If I wanted to alter delivery time, at all, had to wait another 2 months. Their whole delivery process and the people you speak to are awful. After this mess, spoke with friends, several others had same experience. Never again. bye. Their sales people are nice, after the sale, you are treated horribly. Worst experience ever. Salesperson was pushy and when we told him we forgot our gift card that we had planned on using so we would have to come back tomorrow, he just walked away. The next day we returned and another salesperson sold us on a bench that won’t be here till 10 months later and charged us incorrectly. So figuring that out was a hassle. We even called to see if he could fix it and he was rude on the phone and said no. Didn’t even try. Never going back.

We came to this store looking for living room furniture. From the moment our salesperson, Mani, greeted us he was very courteous, respectful, polite, and patient. Thats saying a lot. After finding out what we were looking for, we were shown several different options they could offer. Mani explained each option, the differences in the pieces of furniture, the material the set/item was made of and the pricing details as well as the care and warranty details; he made sure we understood all of it. We hardly had any questions because he was so thorough. He gave us honest, realistic pricing, not just based on the advertised prices showed or what he thought he could find a discount for. After each option, he gave us time to discuss it privately while he waited patiently a good distance away from us but close enough to easily find him. Mani walked us from one side of the store to the other to put together the perfect package for us. We are very pleased with our purchases and will definitely ask Mani to help us with our next furniture upgrade.

Mani was so knowledgeable and fun at the same time! He double checked everything and was very thorough, just the kind of salesperson you hope for. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Dori. I returned to the store to change my order I made the day before. Dori was not the original Salesperson but treated me as if I was a new customer and very professionally helped me with getting my order changed. I wanted to cancel the order and start a new one but Dori wanted her associate who originally made the order to get the Credit for it so she kept the original associates name on the purchase. Dori displayed integrity and I will definitely return to the store and ask for her. Clearly an Asset to her employer and a classy person.

Ordered/Paid for a whole king bedroom set on 6/7/2021.They had a delivery date set for just the end tables and bed frame/Head board that I rescheduled 1 week earlier so everything could be delivered at once instead of multiple deliveries.They obviously never changed it because the delivery driver showed up when nobody was home trying to deliver.I was then told on 7/29/2021 I could pick up my items.I call today and I’m told the items are sold out and I have to wait until 8/18/2021 for just the bed frame/Headboard & end tables now and everything else will possibly be ready on a later date….This place is a joke & the managers are to busy to talk and they want me to talk to the sales rep I purchased from who won’t be back until 8/10/2021….I’ll never walk into anther Rooms To Go store ever again.

I ended up having to go back to the store a second time and was able to exchange an item. However, the item I added to my order was incorrect and just added to my order without verification. I am now having to go back to the store for a third time to try and exchange again. Worst experience and best advice I was given was to cancel and re-order online. Thanks for contacting Rooms To Go corporate and telling me the exact same thing. I do not recommend this store....beware ALL!

Not a lot of choices in couches. Most of the couches looked uptight and uncomfortable. I did manage to find a few good ones. Favorite was the palm springs style.
