I’m new the the Arlington Texas area, this was literally the first place I went to , they have a abundance of furniture/ mattresses, but to best part of this company I found out is that it’s ( Family owned) I’ve met the mother of the company & the son ( Tim ) , not only he’s the sales rep for the business , but he also moved the furniture along with his coworkers , he’s strong he’s knowledgeable I don’t know how he got my Sectional couch in my apartment without using stairs he deliver it from the ground right up my second floor balcony, ( Without using stairs …. “”. WHO DOES THAT? ”.. I was amazed and very happy of his creativeness …I was so amazed with this company I went back the second time and bought the Texas state flag frame 🇨🇿…… I would seriously recommend this one stop shop store to everyone.. a very personal and family owned , you’re not just a sales number but a friend…

Kim is wonderful, she really took her time with me when I was so undecided, she did not rush me, let me take my time to choose what I wanted and I ended up furnishing my whole place from the bedroom, dining room to the living room. Wonderful wonderful customer service. I highly recommend!!

Have shopped here many times, amazing prices, great furniture and very helpful staff. This is a family owned store and the employees and owners are super friendly. This is a store like no other furniture store with many styles of couch and products to offer, they also have a great selection of pictures that I have never seen anywhere, they also have a lot of flower arrangements. I needed to finance some furniture and it was very easy and explained with no hidden costs, I also has my things delivered and the guys where very friendly and professional. This place is OK. One point of advice is you need to dress plain to negotiate. Otherwise prices miraculously climb higher than the big stores like Ashleys and Rooms to Go.

Monster Mattress is wonderful! I financed through them with 8 dollars down! Great furniture and decor. From modern looks and bright colors to the normal neutrals. Exceptional variety of different textures and materials! Dont choose Rent-A-Center for furniture ever over Monster! I will be back for more!

I went in to purchase some wall decorations and was assisted by Kim and Amanda. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and even took the time to help me match my wall decor with the rug I purchased. Also they have a great selection on home furniture overall, online and in store with great prices and easy financing. Due to the excellent customer service I will be returning to purchase furniture for my home in the future. Kim assisted me with choosing a sectional to purchase in the future via the catalogs. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase either. Kim and Amanda were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. I let them know what I wanted and they provided me with several options that fit my needs.I would highly recommend.

TLDR: Great prices, super friendly people, and awesome selection.I needed a couch for my new apartment so I went to Monster Mattress and found at least a couple I really loved but only needed one, Tim helped me with the finances and everyone there helped with picking out the right couch and how it would look in my apartment. The couch was cheaper than going to other stores in the area.

I love love the service there. No one seemed pushy like at other places. I had time to look around and ask questions. They gave me time to figure out what I wanted. As we were leaving my children said they loved it there.They never said that about any furniture store. The environment there is so awesome and I definitely plan to go back. Everyone was great. Respectful and knowledgeable. The prices are good. The service was fast when I arrived and didnt know where to start. They were patient and worked with my schedule. The delivery of my mattress and couches was beyond exceptional. I refer them to everyone.

I have been to this furniture store several times and haven’t had any problems. I recently moved and the movers lost my screws. I went in to Monster furniture to order more screws and the owner said no problem and they gave me the screws on site. Thanks again guys for great costumer service 🤗

Okay i went their to purchase a railing for my queen size mattress have to tote it to my house only to find out that it’s a dud completely useless . Then I call up their and the lady said no refund or exchanges once I explain my situation . Then I had to take matters in to my own hands I walked all the way back to the store with the railing the lady suspected that I didn’t know how to put up the railing. That when she started putting up the railing she figured out what I figured out last nights when my bed was on the floor that the railing is a dud soo I’m waiting on her sympathy or anything and she didn’t do nothing like that she didn’t apologize or nothing no discount or nothing soo horrible experience and got a new railing from their let’s home it work this time HORRIBLEEEEEE EXPERIENCE

Im a return customer, the owner Kim, is such a nice person. My family and I survived Hurricane Katrina and when we were settled here in Tx we went to Monster Mattress. Kim was really nice and sold us really good furniture, paintings etc. Most of which we still have to this day. Now, I just bought a beautiful gray sectional and a rug from her at a very decent price. I recommend anyone to go there. Kim and her people will take care of you. I guarantee it.

Nice stuff but poor customer service.We was getting bedroom stuff & rugs for our daughters last Christmas but they didnt have the in stock,so we got the display rug. After a few days we smelled a odor in the rug and called to see if we can exchange the rug for a new one. I told by the owners they would not exchange it,very disappointed,NEVER going back

Great prices ,but I just get a Brand new Queen Set on 10-2-2018 ,I call about the warranty & I was told that i would have to pay 45 dollars for a pick up or bring it back to the store for them to look @ ,I never heard of this before ,I will never Return here are would I tell my friends or family members to shop here

Family owned & operared, they deliver, and the people couldnt be nicer. Very relaxed environment, lots to choose from. The store is huge but they have even more in catalogs.They have two finance options, progressive and crest. We have used progressive before and never will again. So far, crest has been stellar. If I ever need anything else, Id go here.

Kinda disappointed in this place, bought a $500 bunk bed for the kids. Paid for installation and its already trying to fall apart. They never put the bolts on it for it to be secured. Have yet to receive a callback about my issue.

Staff was patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out what I wanted and stay within my budget.

Be careful, we were buying a bed and they said they dont have it in the store, so we made the payment and went there after two weeks, then they gave us a bed in boxes, reaching home, it was a very cheap bed, not the one we had paid for. We had to go back and when we asked, all of them were smoking cigarettes yelling at us that it was our fault saying we could have double checked before leaving the store!!

I visited the store this evening and it was about 10 minutes to closing. I wasn’t greeted at all upon entering the store. There were 3 males and 1 female standing conversing, as I approached them and specified what I was looking for they all looked as if I were speaking a foreign language. A younger gentleman unsure of his name came from what appeared to be the back of the store and stepped up to say he would assist me. This was my first time visiting the store and the prices are very reasonable but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I did not stay long as I know closing was near but what way is that to treat a customer who is looking to make a purchase. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name who assisted me with no problem but I never forget a face and when I go back on next week I want no one other than him to assist me.

Almost all of the furniture in my home has been purchased at Monster Matress and furniture. Great prices with friendly staff.

My roommate and I were buying furniture here, I went to pay my portion before delivery the next day. The son grabbed the wrong receipt and I ended up paying $13 more on my half of the purchase because the son wasnt paying attention to the tickets. The mothers solution (who is the owner) was to have my roommate pay me back $13 bucks. As I begin to question this, she tries to make it seem like its our fault because my roommate asked for C.O.D. And that there wasnt a receipt available and so goes into this huge ordeal full of excuse. Then lastly she tells me I know its confusing and I told her Im not confused at all. Your son made a mistake and charged me someone elses bill. Please keep the deliver/warehouse personnel doing warehouse duties and let the office people take payment.

Amanda was a big help when buying our mattress. The prices are very reasonable and all the staff very friendly i would definitely b÷ coming back.
