I went in to look for a mattress yesterday and Jude was very helpful. He helped me find a mattress that was good quality and within my budget. He wasn’t pushy, gave me good/honest advice on my purchase, and let me take my time deciding what I’d buy. Definitely ask for him if you go and I recommend buying a mattress from here.

Mohamed was very helpful in my search for a new mattress for my growing teen boy that would not break the bank. He showed us options at varying price ranges and offered a price on a mid-range mattress that came out to just over half of what a Mattress Warehouse competitor wanted for a mattress that seemed comparable. I have to delete one star because the delivery people broke a planter on their way out and did not seem to care enough to apologize, but that is not a reflection on this location.

Save your time and money and order online - unless you want absolute terrible customer service and your mattress on the floor for four months.Ordered a king size mattress with a bed frame to match. The sales associate said yeah we will get both shipped to you this weekend after he closed the sale he immediately calls me the next day and says the bed frame wont be in until mid March - I believe his name was Joe. To give him credit, he gave it to me at the queen size price (got a king) and decided to wait.Its now April 1st with NO SIGN of my bed frame being delivered- not even a follow up call!I decided to call in to check the status of my delivery as they promised mid March and another gentleman picked up who seemed to not know what was going on. Eventually after going back and fourth he said he would call joe and call me back - Im still waiting on that call back.UPDATE: the sales associates name is LEE. I decided to give them a call back and he proceeded to have a screaming match with me over the phone denying ever hanging up in my face/never calling me back! STELLAR customer service!If I could I would have refunded every penny I spent here at this awful store. Terrible customer service and please - for the next customer do not over promise and under deliver as I am still sleeping on a mattress on the floor waiting for that call back.....0 STARS!!!!!!!!

This is a story of an impulsive buy, but also one of a good service that I couldn’t turn away. My overall experience was great! I woke up from a nap on Friday evening with shoulder and back pain and that was the final straw. After my nap, I walked downstairs from my condo and directly across the street into Mattress Warehouse. I told Joe (the salesman) I had no interest in buying a mattress that night, I was just stopping in to see about their black Friday deals. Without being pushy, Joe walked me through his inventory and spent a good hour with me while I tested several beds. He was really informative and suggested that I go home and do some research before making a decision. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a salesperson who hasn’t tried to push me to buy right then and there-it was quite refreshing to have him encourage me to make a smart decision. I did as he said and went home and did some research. Within 30 minutes I knew exactly what I wanted and walked right across the street and told him I was ready to buy (I’m sure he wasn’t expecting that to happen). He gave me a great deal on a Tempur-pedic mattress (floor model so he could give me the Black Friday discount). And since my apartment was literally across the street, he helped me carry the mattress across the street into my building. Talk about some service! Within 3 hours of waking up in pain, I had a new mattress to sleep on that night. I couldn’t be happier with the mattress and overall experience. I highly recommend seeking out Joe next time you’re in the market!

Where do we start? From the moment we walked in to the moment we left with our new mattress delivery scheduled by Vincent we were in heaven. We walked in and were welcomed, directed to the bedmatch to get properly assessed for what may fit our sleeping needs and once the assessment was done, Vincent directed us to the beds that would fit us best. The experience was phenomenal, we were given safety covers to avoid spreading germs, given privacy to lay in each bed as long as we needed, properly educated in what may work for us best and never felt pressured. We are so happy with our choice! If you need a new mattresss come here!!! Vincent is amazing!

Excellent experience. Mario, who usually works at a DC Mattress Warehouse, was the sales rep - and was very helpful and courteous. The mattress was delivered the next day. I then decided to purchase a box spring as well - and it arrived the following day. Delivery of both was on schedule and I was kept informed on when the truck would arrive. The procedure of talking about ones sleep needs and then going through a computerized analysis helps narrow down the search for the right mattress. I really like the mattress I purchased.

Hicham at the Mattress Warehouse on Lee Highway in Arlington, VA was AMAZING!! He was fast as a salesman in that he could figure out exactly the type of mattress I needed and was receptive to the budget I was working within. We found the perfect bed and platform. Hicham made it very easy for me and when there was an issue with the platform on the day of its delivery, I called him and he took care of the problem right away. We are very happy with the mattress we selected, a Cheswick Mannor Extra Firm Brentwood Queen, and were extremely happy with how helpful, friendly and professional the salesperson, Martin, was.The experience of the sleep technology was not as impressive, as it seems the computer just gave us mattress options that were out of our price range. However, Martin was excellent in helping us identify and meet our needs, and we received a mattress the next day that we like very much.

UPDATE: Im knocking the review by two stars for delivery only. The delivery folks cut a hole in my old mattress so one person could carry it out- not bothering to utilize both delivery people as they could have without damaging the old one. This meant I couldnt refuse the delivery for any defects, because my old mattress was immediately trashed and unusable. The drivers handled my expensive mattress really roughly, tossing it on its side several times and throwing the new box springs around roughly.The side of the new mattress is lumpy due to the bottom layer of coils misaligning from being stored and thrown on its side. The top layer of memory foam on the hybrid bed also shifted, so the top is uneven at the sides, but otherwise flat and functional. The bed itself is comfortable, but for a really expensive hybrid mattress, Im worried about the longevity of the product if its already got damage from the get-go.At this point, the mattress is still comfortable, and we are evaluating asking for an exchange due to the rough handling. We were delivery number 14 of the day, so I understand if the drivers were in haste and overworked, but I expect more gentle care out of furniture delivery.The delivery drivers also missed the delivery window and were late (which, really should be expected from any furniture delivery. Northern Virginia is congested and has unpredictable traffic).We still think Himar is amazing and the shopping experience with him was fantastic, but the delivery experience is really lacking.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Five star shopping experience. Himar took 3 hours to show my girlfriend and I around and give us an extensive run down of our options. He walked us thoroughly through the store, including using BedMatch, this new, awesome technology which analyzes your vitals and gives you recommendations. On top of this, he worked within our budget and really helped us out.

Mattress Warehouse is a fantastic place to shop for a mattress and I highly recommend you go there first. Why? Years ago, my girlfriend bought a mattress from another store, and it was a horrible experience. She was taken advantage of and sold something that helped the saleswoman’s commission and not her needs. This time we wanted to do it right. My girlfriend and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hicham, who isn’t just a “salesman” but rather a true mattress professional. He genuinely cares that you get the best mattress for your needs. He was patient and not pushy at all. More importantly, he was deeply knowledgeable about all the products available. Hicham will work with your budget and always seeks to maximize the value of what you purchase.The story doesn’t end there. We purchased a Tempurpedic, which is a great product, but we got a “soft” density and that was not working for us and needed to switch the mattress. So we went back and encountered Seema who so kind and sweet. She suggested we go to the Bailey’s Crossroads store where they have the full line of all beds so that we can try everything before deciding, which we did. There we met with Savi, who is the District Manager, and right away it was clear why the sales staff is so good: Savi leads by example. Savi was patient, knowledgeable and so very helpful. He took a lot of time to help us narrow down which bed we would want for the exchange and sought to minimize all the costs associated with the exchange. He even used his relationship with Tempurpedic to waive the 30-day waiting period requirement for a mattress exchange. At this point Savi connected us with Amir who was put in charge of ensuring that we got the mattress as quickly as possible. Amir not only pushed the process from his end, but called us to give us updates and when the exchange was approved; he got us a next day delivery. Three business days is what it took in total to do the comfort exchange. The bottom is line is this, these people care about their customers, they sell sleep and they do a phenomenal job doing it. The service, the quality of product and the willingness to stand by their guarantees has earned them my highest recommendation.As an aside, if you are in the market for a Tempur Pedic, take the time to go to the Bailey’s Crossroads store to try out the full range (so you can start in the Lee Highway store to get an idea if you are interested, but if you are serious, go try the full line). That way you can be absolutely sure of whether you want soft, medium or firm.
