I put a big investment for me to buy the Nectar Lush mattress.Mohamed provided a great customer service. Delivery was on time . I thought the lush mattress comes with 2 pillows ( I didn’t) witch is surprising cause the Nectar standard it does ( haft price of the lush mattress) so I called the store and I explained the issue to JANE the store manager she invited me to the store and I find out in fact that the Mattress it doesn’t come with 2 pillow . and here where the excellence of the customer service come to play, she offered me 2 great pillows and I had fun talking to her,she got the DNA of customer service 🙏
