It is my first time getting my own space for storage and my wife did it for me signing up.she got it all ready for me .she sent me to the site press keypad in and out ,off the car in the car ..been doing it for quite sometime .Then one day ,a friendly staff had a good short conversation with me ,and mention that I can acces the gate for opening with the app ,she helped me out through it ,I was happy for it “no need to get off the car to press keypad.She gave me her name “ and I said “your name sounds like ,”fine lady”and it suits you!and smiled at her before leaving

Moving cross country is never easy, esp when unknown storage is an issue. I read a LOT of reviews & the raves about Lainie and Public Storage & how easy she made what can be a tough chore for people convinced me to choose this facility. I could not be happier! The reviews are all true.First, it is close to my new home, but also when I called to make my reservation she explained *everything* so simply! There are so many details to worry about, but she cleared that fog & eased all of that off my mind up front.The day I came to move in, I needed some changes made but it was a breeze, which was an unexpected joy. I was a bit lost & exhausted, so she took me over to my unit, which was clean & perfect for my needs.She is helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Making this process fun is not easy, but she made it seem that way! I hope you have as good an experience. 😊

I’m here at the facility currently. I met with a woman named Lanie. I believe she’s the manager. After having previously horrible experiences with this company and some of its employees in the past. I can honestly say I was shocked at how enormously helpful the staff is at this location. Lanie gave me a hand drawn map before personally giving me a tour of the facility. The parking lot and storage unit I was shown were impeccable (the last location was filthy with gaping pot holes and rat droppings in the unit I was rented. I will definitely be reserving a unit by end of day once I decide what size. And I can already tell that moving in tomorrow on my day off will go smoothly (some guy... Dave I think? At my last location was never available. Particularly when the gate wasn’t operational. And his solution was to leave it wide open???? ). Honestly I never wanted anything to do with this company but after two recommendations from my boss and neighbor regarding Lanie and this location. My worries have been put to rest. I look forward to finally experiencing a functioning relationship as a customer for many years to come!

Customer for over 4 years with Public Storage. I have not had any problems at this location ever. The property is clean & safe & we also love the touchless entry. I have to say that Lainie has been the best manager I have dealt with by far. Her customer service is amazing she is always quick to answer any questions and help out. In all my years I never had such a nice manager at public storage. Lainie is always perky and in a good mood and goes out of her way to say hello and get to know you. A first for me at any Public Storage.

After me and my children were kicked out... I had to find a place to store the only things I could savage. I went here looking for a small but big enough storage for the little things I could. I came here and Lainie was so helpful and cheerful it made my horrible day temporarily hopeful. Seeing Lainie smile and show me all units that was available and within my budget, I didn’t have a lot because I truly didn’t know where me and my babies were headed to. But the units she showed me was to small and the bigger ones was out of my budget. We went back to the office, she tried everything in her powers to help me but nothing was available in my budget so she checked the other place and booked a reservation for me. I just want to give a HUGE thank you to the team at Public Storage in Arlington Heights on Algonquin Road, especially Laney. We had a situation where a moving company had lost our stuff after storing it, let the unit go delinquent, and our stuff was going to be auctioned off.The staff recognized that the items were household goods and they managed to find a paper in the unit that had our information on it. They reached out to us and allowed us time to fly out and and get our things.We hadnt heard a thing from the moving company for months, but Public Storage, an complete stranger to the situation, was compassionate and empathetic and did what was right.If you have the chance to utilize this company, you cant go wrong. Your stuff will be safe!

I recently noticed my storage fees increased significantly so I called and talked to Lainie, the property manager. Shes the one who always waves at me whenever I enter to access my unit. Lainie was very friendly and helpful, promising to inquire into the issue. True to her word, she got back to me quickly with the great news that my fees would be corrected to a normal rate. I cant thank her enough. If youre in this area and looking for a storage unit, look no further. With staff on board like Lainie, youll be glad you did.

Good experience.Little bit confused on the insurance part and mendetory of it. But at the end it was all well.Confused due to lack of human contact- corona and all the crazy stuff around it strip the customer service and all human interaction to bare minimum.Other than that the online checking was ok.

Great staff. Very helpful and courteous. Debra showed me a couple of units and I chose a 10x10. The rates are reasonable and setting up my account was simple and quick. This is my 3rd time renting through PS and the managers (Debra, Arianne) at this location are nicer and friendlier than at the other two locations.
