Had a reservation for U-Haul that ended up being a disaster. Last minute on a Saturday we thought there was no way we were getting a truck anywhere in town but called here and they had the size we wanted available for us to come pick up.It ended up being cheaper and Im sure the shape of the truck was way better. I even showed up quite a few minutes late when returning the truck and didnt have any issue with them trying to charge me extra.

The truck was fine and the cost was reasonable but the service was awful. I booked the truck with Chuck who was friendly and helpful and whom later I found out was the owner. When I picked up and returned the truck I was waited on by Shawn (or Sean....I didnt ask). I was surprised to find I had to take out insurance coverage. When I asked if my regular insurance would cover me he was sarcastic and condescending. When I returned the truck the group who unloaded it for me didnt fold the blankets so he charged me $30 to do so. I explained I didnt know that was a requirement and he hadnt mentioned that when I picked up the truck. He again was sarcastic and condescending and still charged me. I asked him to please have the owner call me....I never received a call. I then called in to talk to the owner on three separate occasions and on all three they were uncooperative and I never did get a chance to tell him how poorly I was treated.

Good rental, good storage spaces, had what I needed!

Dont rent this truck. This is not penske rental. They service terrible and truck is never careed. Breaks are bad and truck can not speed over 55 mhr because shaking too much. My friend called them and they said use local road not highway.

No bs just good service by nice guys at the front desk.matt was especially helpful. Prices are fair too.

Very friendly staff and easy to work with.
