Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. It deserves NONE. I’m typically not one to leave a bad review somewhere unless they’ve did me real dirty. Please please please, DO NOT waste your time OR money going to Uptown Formal Wear in Ardmore. They have lost our guys measurements THREE times AND overcharged my account $150. She is very hateful and rude and refuses to give me my money back that I spent on button ups ($88). $88 may not seem like a lot but whenever you don’t receive your items and you’re paying for your wedding, EVERY small penny counts. She is lying about ordering the stuff because she doesn’t have all their measurements. Even if her card machine won’t allow refunds after 30 days, she can still give me cash. She flat out stole my money. And not to mention our wedding is in ONE month!! I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed with them. I have also filed a claim with my bank. I could literally cry because our wedding is so close.

No pressure salespersons, great prices, and a vast selection of prom dresses. We had a very positive experience.
