Loved shopping at Sabrina Ann Couture in West Chester! Kelly was amazing! I never felt pressured into purchasing a dress but also felt Kelly was giving me honest and helpful feedback. I didn’t find a dress on my first visit. I returned to try a dress I saw on their website and it was immediately clear that this was my dress!

Never actually ended up buying my dress from Sabrina Ann, however their advice led me to getting mine. Absolutely cute boutique, beautiful dresses, warm and friendly staff!!

I bought my wedding dress at the Ardmore location and am highly satisfied by my experience overall. My consultant was kind, patient and attentive to my wants and needs. She facilitated a productive discussion of what I was looking for, budget and other important details to help me find the dress. I brought two friends with me to help me. There were many dresses I was interested in and was able to try on. Unfortunately, patrons had to share one mirror which means brides-to-be and their entourage were in one small space. I can understand why someone would want their own private space and their own mirror. We had to take turns in the mirror but I was not upset by this experience. Everyone loved my dressed on wedding day. The dress I selected was chosen by my consultant. She knew what she was doing and what to look for that would look best for me and my wedding theme. I would 100% recommend this shop to any bride-to-be.

I made an appointment just to try on some bridal gowns and get an idea of what I like and I ended up buying the second gown Kelly pulled for me! When I mentioned I loved the dress but had envisioned something more conservative than spaghetti straps for the ceremony and that I had loved long sleeves but was avoiding them because my wedding is in July, she found me a long sleeve lace top that fits perfectly over the dress and will give me the best of both worlds. She then found me my dream cathedral veil with a matching lace border. I feel like I got exactly what I wanted and then some! Highly recommend Sabrina Ann and cannot thank Kelly enough!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! I went to Sabrina Ann’s yesterday with my Mom and Mom-Mom. It was my first time gown shopping and it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience! Kelly was my consultant and she was fabulous! I felt like it was my Mom helping me. She is very caring, has patience, and knows her job well. She found gowns for me to try on that were my taste and I did say yes to the dress! It was really nice because we were not rushed to make a decision. Got my prom dress here after being there for an hour! Great selection of dresses. The lady that helped me, Jenna Rose, was amazing and positive when I was trying on dresses. The atmosphere of the store is great!

I tried on a couple of dresses and one of them looks great in the mirror. After debating and trying on many dresses, I felt tired and rushed to purchase a $1200 dress but got regretted after trying at home with my own mirror. I look bloated in that dress and all my family and friends blamed me for buying the dress. I felt very unhappy So I asked whether I can return or exchange, but the answer is no, even if they know I bought them the same day when I changed my mind. Im not happy that I didnt get clarified about this when I checked out, otherwise I would reconsider. I would be happy to exchange to another dress from the store but they wont let me. I know all other stores have policy of return even for new dresses. I feel the best customer service is to make your guest happy especially for such a special event of life. I know its my fault of not making the right decision but I wish the store could have done better.

Judy was everything you could want in a wedding dress consultant. I loosely described what style of dress i was looking for and she grabbed at least 10 dresses that all matched my taste. She was extremely kind and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect dress. She was patient and didnt try to push any overpriced dresses, she honestly felt more like a friend than a sales associate. We found my wedding dress in under 2 hours thanks to the wonderful service at sabrina ann. I would highly reccommend judy and this boutique to any bridal looking for a fun, stress free experience.

Highly recommend Sabrina Anns to any bride! I came her to try on dresses after having second thoughts on the one I purchased elsewhere. Kelly was absolutely wonderful! She counseled me through the process of deciding whether or not to buy a new dress and helped me pick out a veil. I wish I had bought my original dress here! I had such a nice experience at Sabrina Ann in Ardmore. I have a crazy schedule, but they were very kind on the phone and helped me find a good time to come in for an appointment. I worked with Jennarose for my appointment. She was so sweet! She pulled lots of great options for me to try on and paid attention to what I liked and didnt like. She also made sure to be mindful of my budget! In the end I found a dress that I loved. Thanks to the shop and Jennarose, it was a great experience!

I went to Sabrina Anns looking for a dress for my sons wedding. I was amazed by the selection of beautiful dresses. Sabrina Ann was wonderful to work with and she helped me find the perfect dress. I left with a gorgeous dress, a perfect purse for the occasion, and stunning earrings. I love the idea of once worn as it fits with my budget and philosophy! I am glad we have this wonderful resource in our area.

I went into Sabrina Ann with low expectations after several really bad bridal dress shopping experiences; I was convinced I wasnt ever going to find a dress that both my mom and I liked. However, I went into Sabrina Ann (March 2020), was greeted by the nicest employee (Kelly), and had the best bridal dress shopping experience! Kelly was kind, funny, supportive, informative, and so much fun! I ended up finding two dresses that I loved that day and I let my mom pick her favorite. It was a win-win for everyone and so stress-free. I truly cannot recommend this store enough, for any formal event! I loved the atmosphere, the decor, the wide variety of their stock and how thorough the staff is! Seriously, if you dont go check this store out, youre missing out!

I have been walking and driving past this store for years in town. I always stopped and looked in the windows at the beautiful dresses, day dreaming about when it would be my turn. I finally went this past Saturday with my mom and bridesmaids. Sabrina Ann had fantastic service! They were so friendly, welcoming, and willing to accommodate to make wedding dress shopping so much fun! Rachel was a dream consultant to work with! She really makes you feel special and beautiful in everything you try on. They really try to match your style and give options that might catch your eye. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wedding dress shopping!

AMAZING! One of the best experiences of my life. This boutique has so many beautiful, stylish, and affordable dresses I almost couldnt decide between 4 or 5 different dresses! But the ladies who work here were so helpful without even being pushy that I was able to walk out with my dream dress. Thanks to Sabrina Anne I will feel more beautiful than Cinderella at the ball on my wedding day!

My experience at Sabrina Anns was awesome. While I ultimately did not find my dress here, I found several beautiful gowns, within my price range. I walked in without an appointment, and although they were super busy, they did their very best to accommodate me, and fit me in. Sabrina is a wonderful, honest, and fun spirit. I stopped in here to shop for bridal accessories and was amazed by the great inventory this shop has. I left with both earrings and a bedazzled hair clip to go with my wedding dress. I highly recommend checking this shop out!

The staff was super nice and helpful. You can look through the selection and pick some dresses. The lady who helped me also pulled some based on what i liked and didnt like about each dress. All the dresses are discounted, amount based on if the dress is new or worn once.

Im so glad I found Sabrina Anns! What a wonderful boutique with gorgeous dresses and amazing prices! Ive only been to a few other bridal salons to look for my wedding dress, but the other stores seemed to have fewer options with higher prices. This store has such an amazing selection that I was able to try on so many different styles, which I just havent found with other shops. My consultant was Paula who was fantastic. She spent an hour and a half with me, helping me try on gowns that Id picked and pulling a few she thought I would like. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and really made the experience easy and exciting. I really wasnt expecting to find my dress so easily but it just felt perfect, even though it really wasnt what I originally envisioned at all. The dress was just under $1,000 which is far less than it would have been at another shop. Highly highly recommended!!!

My experience at Sabrina Ann Consignment was nothing short of fantastic. I truly wish I could have picked two wedding gowns! It came down to a decision that kept me up all night and though I didnt end up going with the dress I was looking at at Sabrina Ann, the selection of gowns and customer service there was amazing. My consultant, Jenna Rose was the best! She truly went above and beyond. As someone that managed a consignment shop for years, I was blown away by the shop, its staff, and its offerings.I will definitely be recommending their shop to all of my friends getting married in the future!! 💙

I bought my wedding dress here a year and a half ago and Paula was so patient, attentive, gave me her sincere opinions and selected dresses that exactly fit my style. I was really happy with the service, the selection of dresses, and I loved my dress!

I purchased a Henry Roth gown there that was a sample. Originally priced at $2500 for $900! Although it is not going to be my actual wedding dress due to mother drama, it is a gorgeous gown. The store carries all types of gowns from designer to Davids Bridal specials, so be careful and look at the labels inside and know your designers. If so, you can definitely find a designer gown for a great price. Some of the dresses are previously worn, but they only consign them if they are in good condition +. I plan to consign both my actual dress and the gown I purchased there after my wedding. Why let them rot away in a closet somewhere when they can make someone else happy?! The staff is also very kind and helpful and not at all rude or pushy. Any negative comments are the results of ignorant customers. They have been very reasonable about me re-consigning the dress I purchased since I will not be wearing it, but they do not give refunds (which the staff told me when I made the purchase). I tell all my newly engaged friends to go there!

I am so glad I went to Sabrina Anns Boutique for my wedding dress. I had made an appointment on a Sunday for myself, my mom, and my sister. Its a small shop so it was just us and one other party who each had a someone helping us, which was perfect for me who was afraid of being overwhelmed by the whole process. It ended up being really fun and relaxing. The girl who helped us listened to what I liked and disliked, I showed her pictures of things I had liked, and she pulled dresses for me to try on. With each one we would rule things out or things that I liked and she would pull other dresses as we both got to know what I was going for. Within the hour I had found the one! I cancelled all other appointments for the day and saved myself a ton of money. The dresses are beautiful, in impeccable shape, and the prices are great! I dont know why everyone wouldnt go here!

Beautifully organized store but the staff is extremely rude! 2 family members and I traveled 40 minutes to get there just for them to tell us we needed an appointment. THEIR WEBSITE NEVER MENTIONED THAT. They finally agreed to let me try on 2 dresses (with an attitude) and one of the dresses was a little too small and the staff member that helped us loudly and rudely asked if I could take it off without ripping it. I cannot rave enough about the most amazing experience I had at SAA. First let me say that I had been to a chain bridal store twice before going to SA, and while the dresses were nice and the staff was polite it felt like something was missing from my dress shopping experience. My mom and I went to Sabrina Ann Ardmore and Jennarose is literally an ANGEL! She had us laughing and smiling the entire time. And the very first dress I tried on ended up being the one. The experience was so personal, the customer service was outstanding and I feel so confident in my choice. Thank you guys for the amazing work you do!

If you’re looking for a wedding dress make Sabrina Ann your first stop! I had been to one other shop prior and had a horrible experience which left me dreading this process. As soon as I stepped foot inside I knew this was going to be an excellent experience and I was going to find my dress. Jenna Rose, a super friendly bridal consultant was so helpful and kind she was amazing and did not make us feel rushed. Everything we picked out was beautiful and I found my dress after only trying a few. Between the selection, prices, and customer service there’s really no competition. The website actually gives pricing where most shops do not and they are open select Sundays which is rare! Also a nice selection of accessories and jewelry.
