I will forever cherish the gown I purchased at Bijou Bridal in Ardmore. The staff was wonderful and truly cares about finding the perfect dress for you and your budget. They have a wide range in gown styles perfect for all venues, body types and budgets. Their seamstress team is also top notch, and I will be forever thankful for everything they did to ensure my gown was perfect.

Nina our consultant was amazing. I loved that my daughter could walk around to see all the beautiful wedding dresses and pick the ones she wanted to try one. She found a Bijou exclusive dress. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews but for my experience at Bijou Bridal, I feel extremely inclined because my overall experience with Neena as my consultant was absolutely amazing. I had been to many other bridal boutiques and nothing compared to my time at Bijou. From the initial meet with Neena to the final try on before the purchase of my wedding dress, everything was perfect. I felt confident, beautiful, and cared for throughout. They even took extra steps like playing music when I walked out in the gown, champagne when i said yes to the dress, and angles for the perfect pictures. Wow! I wish I knew about this place when I was getting married! Came to an appt for my sister, and my mom and I instantly fell in love with the place! Jenna and her team were absolutely amazing! I was here yesterday with my daughter and her Matron of honor looking for a mother of the bride dress. There is a huge variety of dresses as well as Bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. It is large inside and we were able to choose dresses to try on.We found my dress within the first group of dresses that I tried on and I absolutely love it!

This was such a wonderful wedding dress shopping experience. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Neena totally got my wedding dress vibe and gave me amazing choices to choose from, I actually ended up having three top choices which is such a better problem than having no dresses that I liked. Ultimately I found the one and said yes to the dress here. I would highly recommend any bride during Covid looking for an amazing experience while wedding dress shopping to come here. I went to 2 other shops and this was by far the best time. They found a way to respectfully abide by CDC guidelines in order to give the brides the classic wedding dress shopping day they want and walk the show room while keeping everything clean and socially distancing parties in the store. Had a fantastic experience at Bijou Bridal. Beautiful dress selection at reasonable prices. My consultant was super attentive, followed my style direction, indulged me as I went back and forth between two dresses, and allowed me extra time (well beyond my original appointment window) to make a really informed decision. And the manager was awesome about suggesting small alterations that respected the integrity of the dress/designer’s vision but made it decidedly mine.

The WORST service I ever received! From the start when we showed the consultant a dress I liked from another shop and told her my wedding is in about 6 months the service was terrible. She didn’t even try, I consistently told her the style I was looking for and she kept on picking dresses that were completely wrong. I understood that the dresses available for my date may have been limited but that shouldn’t cause bad service! As I was trying dresses on she kept rushing me away from my party because they weren’t liking it, she gave me no information or help when I was asking questions, she kept walking away and when we asked to speak to the manager she was just as rude and walked away because I wasn’t comfortable ordering a dress I loved with only two weeks till my wedding. My appointment barely lasted an hour and half of that I was walking around the shop picking my own dresses because the consultant had nothing ready, even though I filled out a pre-registered form. I don’t understand how a bridal shop allows service like this, they completely ruined my day and shopping experience for what should’ve been one of my happiest. Don’t waste your time.

I went to Bijou Bridal in April of 2019 and was excited to find my dress! My experience looking for my dress was great - however my experience picking up my dress had me in tears.The reason Im giving this place 2 stars is based on my experience picking up the dress 6 months later. I was asked to try on the dress and confirm everything was to my liking. I had purchased the same size as the sample I had tried on - blindly following the seamstresses recommendation and without considering the sample was slightly worn/stretched. To no surprise, my dress was tight. I was so embarrassed and upset. The sales associate with me at that time, said I needed to lose about 20lbs to fit in the dress and maybe I should just consider buying a different one. I was mortified and rushed out of it and just wanted to leave. The same associate handed me a card of recommended places for alterations and told me youre going to need these and then proceeded to hand me my dress. 1.5 years later (thanks COVID) I am preparing for my rescheduled wedding and saw the bag my dress was given to me in was dirty and I have black smudges on my dress. While the selection was great - the regard AFTER I made a purchase was some of the lowest customer service I had ever received.

Absolutely love and adore this boutique and its staff!!! Jenna and Alexandra went above and beyond in going to another store location to find a sample wedding dress in a my size. I came back to the store and said yes to the dress!!!! The staff was so attentive, honest and sweet. They truly made me feel special from the moment I stepped into the boutique to the moment I walked out. I cannot recommend this boutique enough! Thank you ladies! Cant wait to come back for the fittings :)

They made the dress shopping experience more then I could have imagined, My daughter was not 100% sure what she wanted, after 6-7 dresses the consultant brought out her pick - IT was the one! I bought my dress at Bijou during the pandemic. Everything was safe and clean. The appointment itself was incredible. My consultant, Alaya, was patient, kind, and a ton of fun. She did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and beautiful. They had an amazing selection of dresses for all body shapes. My consultant even found my dream dress under budget! I would recommend Bijou to every bride i meet!

Bijou is my favorite bridal shop around. Not only is the space inviting and clean, the staff are friendly and informative. I have gotten bridesmaid dresses from Bijou before and got the dress for my wedding which was this past September. I remember feeling no pressure whatsoever to pick a dress or decide on anything. I felt completely comfortable to take my time and make a decision when I was ready. The staff were respectful and listened to both my opinion and my mothers whom I value greatly and I felt very respected the whole time. Further, I felt an ease in narrowing down what I really wanted because the girl helping me try on actually asked me questions about why I liked or didnt like certain styles and features. Well worth the money and an experience I will always cherish! In fact, I even went back for a visit to show off my wedding photos and thank them for adding to my perfect day!

This bridal salon was extremely welcoming! My consultation couldn’t have gone any better with Neena. She didn’t make me feel like a sale like other bridal salons. I told her my budget and she did not show me anything over it. Every staff member I came across was so kind. I highly recommend this salon. They had a huge selection and Neena was so accommodating! I went in December just to check out their sample sale. It was my first time ever going dress shopping and I had no expectations, yet I found myself leaving with my wedding dress! She was phenomenal at suggesting different dresses, very easy going, and funny.As for COVID protocols, they take your temperature when you sign in, everyone was wearing masks, and practiced social distancing - I had the whole fitting room to myself for my appointment.

I chose Bijou to purchase my dream dress that I should’ve purchased back in January when I stop by the store before. Bijou was great from the door. They had a great selection of dresses and were very patient with my process of choosing! The customer service was great. They emailed to follow up with me a week or two after I left the store and were able to help me customize the dress to meet my specifications! Very happy to say I said yes to the dress at Bijou!

Jenna was incredible. Not only was she patient, but she was helpful in guiding my decision. I went back twice in one day deliberating which dress I wanted and she went to every length possible to help me decide. She also spent two long phone calls and sent me photos of real brides in the dress I wanted to help pick which color. On top of that, she even called me to make sure I wanted the length we were going to order and spoke through the pros and cons. I never felt rushed and her attention to detail was unparalleled. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my wedding gown. I’ll forever be thankful!

I have a very quick one-month turn around period for my wedding since we hadnt planned been planning during Covid but then found out we have to move several states away for new jobs. So I knew I needed to walk out of a store with a gown in hand. I had my appointment with Neena, who is INCREDIBLE. She listened to what I had in mind, let my friends and I search through the sample gown racks as she went to the floor to pull a few other styles. I tried on dresses a few days earlier at 2 other stores, both only allowed me to try on 5 dresses. Neena let me try on any that caught my eye and was super helpful in narrowing down our picks based on what I liked/didnt like when trying on the first few. She expertly clipped and adjusted them to show what alterations could do. The whole time she was upbeat, fun, and engaging to work with. I trusted her completely and she truly listened to our thoughts and concerns. When I fell in love with a gown she pulled from the floor (she has a fantastic eye!) she went and talked to her manager to see what they could sell it for and I was able to buy the most beautiful dress for way under budget! If anyone else is in a similar situation, Bijou has so many dresses that were in great condition that can be bought off the sample rack. My friends all commented that when they get married they want to come back and have Neena guide them as well, we cant say enough good things about her and Bijou!

I had a beautiful experience at Bijou Bridal shopping for my Mother of the Groom dress! I brought my best friend , daughter and son( the groom!) to help me.I felt safe with Bijous covid policies- we had our temperatures taken and wore our masks and there was plenty of room to keep socially distanced.We were then led back to the dressing area - Neena had a few dresses ready for me- she had a couple samples that I was interested in sent in from another store, but also asked us all to look around to choose a variety of dresses for me to try on. I must have tried on 15 -20 dresses! Deb was my seamstress and the dress fit perfectly. I’ve heard many brides complain of their bustle breaking but I danced until 1am in a heavy beaded silk dress with no issues! The store has a HUGE inventory of styles and materials so you can definitely find your dress at Bijou!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone was so helpful and nice here. All consultants, especially mine (Neena) took all the necessary precautions for safety during this pandemic and still made it a fun, professional and productive experience for me. I literally found my dress the 1st day I went shopping for it. I never imagined that I’d find the perfect dress on day one. Neena was great and she learned my style quickly. Overall, Bijou Bridal is great and I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I said yes to my dream dress and had the most incredible experience at Bijou Bridal in Ardmore! My consultants Jenna and Chrissy were extremely friendly, attentive, personable, and detail-oriented. This was my second time dress shopping so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted in terms of style and shape. After taking a thorough look through my Pinterest board before I even arrived at the salon, Jenna’s first pick for me was THE dress! I tried on several other dresses in various different styles, but after over 2 hours, I came back to the very first dress and said yes! After saying yes to the dress, Chrissy helped me choose the perfect veil and tiara. My mom and I received the royal treatment at Bijou! We will definitely be returning to take a look at bridesmaids dresses, as well as mother of the bride/groom dresses!

As it was my very first time wedding dress shopping ever, I had no idea what to expect, or even feel. Fast forward to almost 5 hours later of trying on dresses (too many beautiful ones to choose from!!), I found the PERFECT one, but an even better experience. I cant even point out one consultant because they are all incredible. They truly put themselves in your shoes to better understand what it is you envision, and they dont stop until you are without a doubt, and thats what I think is most important. I had the best experience at Bijou Bridal in Ardmore PA. They were super attentive the moment I walked in for my appointment and I had such a fun time trying on all of the beautiful dresses. They have dresses for every price range- all of which are gorgeous. The staff was great and made every visit super easy and fun. The lady who altered my dress was AMAZING, and my dress fit perfectly with no issues at all. I high recommend using them for your big day! You will not be disappointed!

I loved Bijou! I would highly recommend making an appointment to shop for your bridal dress, bridesmaid dress or mother of the bride/groom dress. They had such a great selection and the staff was great every step of the way. I went to a BUNCH of places but every time I tried on a dress, something just seemed to be missing. I had actually gone to Bijou very early in the process - I liked one dress but wasnt in love with it. Since I was having a difficult time finding a dress, I decided I should go back and try that dress on again to see if it was really the best dress. While I was there for the second time, i tried on that dress and a few other that the staff picked for me. I ended up finding a dress that had just come in and it was perfect for me. They have a wide array of dresses at every price point so this place is for everyone. Since I got my dress here, I opted to get my bridesmaid dresses here as well. They off a 10% discount on bridesmaid dresses if you purchase your dress there. I know my bridesmaids appreciated that! Also, I cannot emphasize enough how great their seamstress was. When my dress first came in, I was a little underwhelmed but she made it fit exactly as I had pictured! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at bijou!

The worst experience I ever had looking for a bridal dress. I will say the dresses are beautiful and unique. Although I specifically chose to not give them my business due to the horrible customer service. Chrissy was my first consultant. Shes unbelievably rude, short. Everything seemed like a bother to her. She was so unhelpful and made the experience very stressful. The other consultant that stepped in for me half way (which I had no idea why) Her name was Alayna if Im not mistaken. She was nice. Definitely answered more of my questions. Still had that annoyed energy on and off throughout the whole appointment. She was multitasking and doing a lot so I understand the frustration. I was close to deciding on a dress but something just didnt feel right. I walked to the front of the store to look at it and another consultant walked up to me to compliment on the dress. I wish I had gotten her name. She gave me more information within 4 minutes then Chrissy gave me in the first half hour that I was there. Ive heard similar stories about some of the consultants at this place and its unfortunate for the women who do work there and genuinely care about the experience and who they are working with. I get it. Work gets busy. Its overwhelming. Especially dealing with so many emotions regarding a wedding. But at the end of the day you have no idea what that person is going through when they walk in to shop for a dress. Whatever emotion or outside situations are happening to them that you know NOTHING about. Be kind to people and dont treat them as if they are a bother. Overall a terrible and embarrassing experience.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF FROM EMAILING TO ALTERATIONS!!!!! I had a dilemma one month from my wedding date but Bijou was able to schedule my appointment within a few days and I found a BEAUTIFUL dress off of the rack without any issues. I used their alterations department- its WELL worth the money!!!
