I needed a script for computer glasses. Dr. Pierce took the time to listen to my needs and provided exactly what I needed. Genevieve at the front desk was a great help in tracking down an old prescription. Jen who did my preliminary exam was excellent as well. Highly recommend Stadium Opticians!

I had a fantastic experience here. My husband recommended it due to his positive experience. I asked to have my fathers glasses repaired (replacement of the nose pads). Heather was extremely helpful and kind. I will go here to purchase my new glasses.

I had to get my last pair of glasses from them repaired. One of the screws worked its way out, and the lens came out. I know that they repair pretty much any glasses. During Covid, they have parking spots numbered and the phone number to call and someone will come out. It worked perfectly, very fast and so incredibly professional. I will NEVER go elsewhere for my eye glasses needs!Wow....the best......I used them for many, many years (probably 15-20+) and drifted away from them. Went to a very big box store and was not happy. Came back this year, and my glasses are the best I have had in many years. Dont know how price compares, but their service and my eyesight makes it all worthwhile.

Just had my first visit to this place. I was rather dissatisfied with the last 2 big box stores I went to so I chose this place based on the positive reviews, and I have to concur. Everyone was very friendly and did their best to provide me with all of the information I needed. The floor technician, Corey?, was excellent. I didnt have time to purchase a pair of glasses today but I plan on going back.

Went in for insight on colorblindness for my boyfriend, we had read they carried Enchroma brand lenses for colorblindness. Ron greeted us (he was very friendly and professional), he directed us to Ron who was helpful in everyway! The lenses didnt effect his vision the way we had hoped but Ron was optimistic (but still realistic) and gave us all the information we could possibly need without pressuring us into buying right then. Would recommend again and again, very good experience from beginning to end.

Everyone here has always been so nice and helpful! I needed them to fill out some extra forms for me because I want to get lasik again. They were able to fill out the forms and offered to fax them in for me the two times I needed them to! They also gave me a ton a free contact samples. Their prices are really good and Ive just had a great experience every time Ive gone in there.

Ive been doing business with this group since 2006 and continually receive great customer service, quality merchandise, and attention to detail. If I need adjustments after picking up my glasses I walk in w/o an appointment, they courteously take care of my needs and make sure its right before I leave. Ive purchased several pairs at a time which is very costly anywhere you go and Stadium Opticians always gives me a competitive price. You get what you pay for; if you want quality do your vision shopping here! If you want shoddy merch and lousy service go to one of the businesses that charge you $49 for two pairs...youll see the difference.

Hard to imagine writing a review for Stadium Opticians that used the word rude. Ive never experienced or seen that kind of treatment. To the contrary, all of my interactions bring to mind adjectives like welcoming, courteous, professional, helpful. Ive dropped in many times, out of the blue, with no appointment,... to get my frames tightened, or fixed after doing something dumb like stepping on them. At most, a short delay while they finish up with another customer, and then they take care of mine. Quickly. 5 Star service for me.

A terrific experience from start to finish. From picking out my frames and choosing lens options to the final fitting - Stadium Opticians are professionals.I will be doing all of my eye-care business at Stadium Opticians from now on.

I went in for a standard eye check and perscription update. After picking my frames, I stood for 40 minutes before someone came out to help me. When we went to pick up the glasses, I immediately knew that the perscription in one of my eyes was wrong. They condescendingly told me that it wasnt and that I would just adjust if I gave it a few days. I did this despite it causing intense headaches, and it is still wrong. They also didnt even shape the glasses so they wouldnt fall off my face. I called to see if I could get them to fix it and they wouldnt even let me come in for over a week. This is completely unacceptable. They wouldnt listen, dont seem to care that they messed up my perscription, and they dont seem to care about fixing their mistakes. I will never come here again.

Our family has been coming here for years and we love the service and professionalism of the doctors and staff. They go above and beyond by building relationships with the customer.

They tried to rip me off. $85. They pretended that they forgot that this was an insurance job so they ask me to pay retail price. I ask them to double check and the person helping me walked away to talk to a colleague. That passive aggressive colleague walked passed me without looking at me, goes into a different room, comes back within seconds and says fixed. Suddenly I owe them $25 instead of $110. They magically rediscovered the insurance paperwork that was attached to the original order.Avoid this place like the plague.

I drive all the way from Fort Wayne to go to Kellogg eye center for my 3 year olds opthalmologist. The optical shop there doesnt accept our insurance so they recommend Stadium Opticians. My son was only 18 months when he got his first pair and they went above and beyond to make sure we picked glasses he would be comfortable wearing. The fit was perfect. And they looked adorable too! They have a great selection for such a small shop. I know people complain about the prices, but you are paying for their experience, service, and knowledge. I see kids with poorly fitting glasses the parents bought at Walmart all too often.

These reviews seem to vary wildly. I at least had very good service on the two occasions when I needed to get reading glasses made.
