I looked around Anchorage for weeks before finding the right remnant of granite at NCC for my out-of-town bathroom remodel project. Julie and Terry were patient and kind all throughout the process, despite how small the project was for them. The remnant I wanted seemed a bit too small to provide the counter and backsplash, but they came up with a creative solution to make it work for me. I highly recommend NCC and will be using their services again in the future.

I completely agree with Robertos review. I wouldnt bother doing business with them. After our countertop installation, I noticed that one of our cupboards was completely unhinged. Theres actually a whole piece of one of the hinges missing.. How does that even happen?! I sent an e-mail to let them know about the problem. Nobody bothered to get back to me. When I called them a couple of days later, the woman who answered was aware of the problem, but refused to take responsibility for it. She mentioned something about how they did have to remove the cupboard door, but reinstalled it properly. Yeah, right. Still no word from Terry, the owner. I called back again today, but I doubt Ill hear back from them. Extremely upsetting and a miracle they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Home Depot is terrible and their contractors are no better.

Julie and Terry were easy to work with and they delivered the product on time and within budget.I know the quartz I wanted and they ordered the slabs prior to measuring my countertops so I could have them by Thanksgiving. Best Thanksgiving ever in my new kitchen. Thanks Julie and Terry!

Theres no way I can in good faith recommend North Coast Countertops. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.I had a kitchen remodel that required new countertops and used Home Depot. North Coast is contracted with Home Depot to do the work, and the process was fairly easy -- right up until there was a problem.There is a hole in the side of a cabinet erroneously cut out by the install crew. When I talked to Terry, the owner, he refused to accept responsibility for the mistake. He blamed it on the cabinet installer and stated North Coast doesnt even have the right tool to make such a cut. Considering the cut is exactly the same shape as the countertop itself and it wasnt there prior to install, I find that hard to believe.A picture of the error can be seen by viewing this review on Google Maps.Despite phone calls and emails, I get no response from Terry and no admission of wrongdoing. Rather than being empathetic, Terry is more interested in not having to shell out $50 to fix a mistake for which his company is responsible. Thankfully, the panel can be fixed, but why deal with bad customer service? Is this the experience you want? Stay away.
