First of all the granite countertops are spectacular and the workmen who came to do the job were highly skilled and responsive to me. If I were only rating them Id give them close to a 5. The timeline of the work however was quite inconvenient. They measured the space and then did not come back to install for 3 weeks. So we had no kitchen sink or dishwasher for that whole time. They said it was a scheduling issue but they could have easily changed the measuring day it appears to me. And Im sure it didnt take them 3 weeks to cut the stone. The other complaint I had was the support staff. The two women we worked with were curt and officious. We are very happy with the end product however.
