I cant say enough good things about Mountain Tops. From the very first phone call to the completed bathroom remodel they were with me. Erin was fantastic to work with. She didnt hesitate to answer questions, and she made everything clear and easy to follow. We started off by visiting the showroom to pick out the style of counter we wanted, along with the sink. Then we began making sure we had enough material to cut higher backsplashes that I wanted to give the bathroom a more polished look.We even expanded the project and Erin worked with us to find matching pieces of quartz, sending texts, emails, photos so I could determine if the color was right, and if we could get what we needed out of tow pieces without there being a single indication the pieces of quartz were from a different batch.She and Paul both were a delight. Paul, came and measured everything and was had a great sense of humor. We understood exactly what we was going to do before he did it. Everyone was neat, professional, and had a good sense of humor. No surprises on the project and we knew what to expect at every turn. Always on time, if there were any changes or shifts to the schedule, we knew in advance and they coordinated around our working schedule. These folks know what theyre doing and it shows in the pride they take in the finished product. I couldnt be happier with my bathroom. This is the second bathroom project Ive done with them, the first was years ago and there was a reason I came back.I hope to engage them for my kitchen next!

The MT team did it all - from helping us choose the perfect quartz material, to coordinating with the plumber/mechanical folks, to sourcing a new sink locally (which would have taken the big box stores months to acquire) - they made our new countertop install experience seamless (and beautiful)!

I wanted a new kitchen sink. Since our house came with beautiful and functional laminate countertops, it took a while to find and save up for the perfect quartz replacement. The knowledgeable salesperson I worked with (Erin) made the whole process fun while respecting my time and wishes/concerns. The person who cut my counters (Tim) did a fantastic job matching the pattern in the material. The installers also took time to make the seams practically disappear to the eye and to the touch. Great company and great people who work for them. It truly was a pleasure doing business with them.

You know when you walk in to a place of business and receive the best customer service that just makes the whole experience ten times better. Erin was willing to spend time helping me design my kitchen countertops based on the flooring and cabinets I had chosen. We laid out my samples then surrounded them with wonderful choices, Erin even showed me large slabs so I would get a better picture of the final project. Nice showroom. Salesperson Caroline is helpful and amazing. Shop guy equally helpful and willing to drop what he was doing to answer my question. I have used them in the past on several occasions and the installers did a great job.

They installed the counter tops in my kitchen and bathrooms when I had my house remodeled. I am very happy with the job they did. The counter look great, and after a year of use and abuse by teenagers they are holding up great. The kitchen sink, which I picked out and purchased and they installed for me, cracked. When I asked how much it would cost to pull the old one and install a new one I bought, they said, no charge. They really stand behind their work. I cant recommend them enough.

Really disappointed with them. Their installer cut our backsplash short and rather than let me know, he tried to hide it and didnt say anything until I asked him about it and told him that is unacceptable. They replaced it, but in the meantime damaged the sheetrock. I have called them no less than 5 times asking for resolution and they ignore me.
