If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went last night an HOUR before closing. The woman was cleaning and when she saw me, she looked at her watch to indicate that she didn’t appreciate me being there (an hour) before closing. She then made me wait several minutes while she continued to clean. When she finally took my order, she rolled her eyes and very rudely asked what I wanted. She then cut me off mid order to tell me she couldn’t make my drink the way I wanted. She rushed to make the drink, handed it to me without saying a word, and stormed off. Do not start cleaning and preparing to close an entire hour before your shift is over. Do not get mad at customers for ordering an hour before closing. Do not catch an attitude with customers because you clearly don’t like your job. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Everyone is excellent but this one barista Waylon ALWAYS makes my drink wrong every time I go in and I go in about 3 times a week. Very very disappointed. Do not every try to go if he’s working, I’m drinking straight milk and I got a Carmel frappe.

The coffee is good but the prices are way too high.

The lady working tonight 7/21/20 refused to serve me cause she said to they were closed at 20:45And she was wearing her mask as a chin strap. Not covering her mouth and nose at all. Unprofessional. The employees at this location seem to try to rush out of work and say they cant make something cause they cleaned the machines 30-45 minutes before closing!

Fast and friendly service. The baristas always have a smile. The place is clean and the coffee is great. Oh, and the wireless is FREE!!This Starbucks is located inside the Alvin Kroger.

Not a stand alone, inside Krogers. No drive through. Service can be hit or miss, but always better than the new stand alone Starbucks next to Olive Garden.

I love my ladys that work here. The drinks are always spot on.

The older ladys are super rude and like to start mess when they didnt even take your order or was talking to them. I can say one of the worse i have been too and they make 1 drink at a time so your waiting for 30 mins for a stupid pour over coffee that takes 5mins to brew.

Out of the two starbucks in Alvin.. I prefer this one. The other location screws up my drinks all to often.

Very disappointed, went to get coffee last night and their website shows they are open until 9pm. Walked in at 8:24pm and was informed they closed at 8:20pm.

Why would anyone spend a penny at Starbucks? The Corporate heads decided it was more important to push a Socialist Political Agenda, then take care of their Customers. Literally, Starbucks made the business decision that Customers dont matter in their business model anymore. They shut down every Starbucks location in the United States, and every employee had an mandatory 8 hour day of training to make sure everyone understood that Starbucks puts Socialist political ideology above all else. I will never spend another penny in a Starbucks, and I encourage everyone else to spend your money somewhere else as well.

Its a friggin Starbucks. The only way they could have gotten less is if they burnt my coffee or thrown me out for loitering.
