They lost my trust.I was a customer for years, but their techs are careless. The last straw was when they torqued the alloy wheels on my sedan to OVER 140 ft/lbs (+50 over factory spec). It took a breaker bar to take off the wheels and the studs were speckled with aluminum shavings. I then remounted & retorqued (with a torque wrench) after cleaning the hubs (which they didnt do) and inspected for damage.On the comeback the counter guy was nice and said sorry, but their tech got lippy, arguing that the manufacturer torque spec was Too Loose, Too Loose. I left angry and am NEVER coming back.One time they broke all four wheel locks on my car, installed four rusty (swelled) lug nuts and did not mention it. The (SUV) wheels were over-torqued that time as well, but only by 40 foot pounds.This shop is probably fine for trucks, the prices are fair, and they are nice people. But I dont trust them.

Five star business without a doubt. I needed to get new tires put on our RV and called around to about 10 different places. Half never called back and the rest were either very expensive or had huge lead times. Campbell tire was fantastic. They actually respond via email, were able to get the tires we were looking for (with recent DOT stamps), and had the best price of anyone. They started work as soon as I had arrived and finished everything quickly. I couldnt be happier.

Man, a little bit of communication and I wouldnt be writing this review. I dropped my tire off at 11:30am to get patched/plugged, and they didnt get to it all day. I came back at 3 and they said to wait for them to call me. I at least got the tire back from the polite, apologetic owner when they closed at 6. Now I cant find anywhere to get it done and need to drive on the donut 40+ miles home. I just wish they had told me so I could have gotten it done somewhere else before everywhere else closed. If they could have handled this I would have bought a set of tires from them in a couple months. Guess not.

The price is good and it was a fast service. I got alignment. However they touched my ceiling with dirty hands and i had to clean them. Unprofessional!

It was a great experience!! They helped me figure out why my tire was leaking air. They pulled it into the shop and repaired my wheel/rim in a couple minutes. It just felt like an honest/caring company. It took Campbell tire a couple minutes to fix it! I was surprise that they repaired it at no cost bc I was told else where that it was going to be expensive. Definitely will comeback for future services and would recommend them to family and friends.

Well I’m new too the area that & so I had bought tires on the internet cause my wheels were being powder coated for my car. Once I started asking around this place was highly recommended. So I thought I’d get them to put the tires on the new wheels & balance them. They wouldn’t even going to have too mount them on the car cause it was on jack stands. I then thought I’d just buy a set of tires from them for my 4x4 blazer ( my second vehicle) being it was getting a lift & new wheels also. So when I went there, walked in I was rudely told they only mount tires they sale & brushed off immediately. Literally the guy walked right by me like I was a bother for even asking. I understand they want people to buy tires from them & I completely agree. Although if I’d had a chance to just explain where the ones I had were bought & why...then tell them I’d like to buy my next set from them. Well they’d had all my business as I am a loyal customer once I establish that relationship. But I took my $$ & business elsewhere. It also costed them about a $500-$600 tire sale. Real smooth Campbell’s....real smooth.

I went in for an alignment, they took my car back spent at least a half an hour if not more checking the car. They came out and said you are all set, i said how much and they said you do not owe anything your alignment is perfect. What an honest place, this is my hands down go to from now on! Thank you

I had a budget in mind and shopped prices online for two weeks. I used various coupon combinations for every large tire company and couldnt hit my budget.Eventually Id had enough and gave up. I stopped in here on a whim.They came in $115.00 under budget. No coupons needed, no BS. Felt like I was buying tires from my neighbor or an old family friend. Ill never buy tires anywhere else.

After many tire purchases with Campbell over the past 10 years …. I will be taking my business elsewhere, after the horrendous, discourteous customer service I received today.I purchased four brand new tires in April 2017 from Campbell. In August 2018, I experienced an irreparable blowout of my right front tire from a deep pothole on an Interstate in KY. I was of course upset … but replaced the tire and wrote it off as an isolated incident.Last week, it happened again – this time to the left front tire (the other front tire that was not replaced). Once again, the tire blew out where the tire meets the rim – a four inch wide blowout. But, this time, the tire shop in KY told me that the front tires (255/35/R18) should be on the back, and the back tires (225/40/R18) on the front. The front vs. back issue is important, since the actual rim width front vs. back differs, even though the rim diameter (R18) is the same. In short, this could have been a much worse situation, with the tire becoming loose and the car losing control. Luckily that didn’t happen.The second KY shop installed the new tire and moved the other three existing tires to their proper front/back placement. I had this tire shop document on my receipt that they found all four tires incorrectly mounted, and print on the receipt that they moved the rear tires to the front where they belong, in addition to the new tire installation.I went to Campbell Tire with both tire replacement receipts from the KY shops today, looking for at least some retribution for their error. The owner was quite belligerent, argumentative and dismissive. He first blamed the first KY tire repair shop, for reinstalling the new tire incorrectly. I pointed out that was, of course, not relevant to the first blowout happening in the first place.Then, unbelievably, he then went on to insist I was lying to him. He stated the tires were rotated by another shop erroneously. I told him I was 100% certain they were not rotated at all since the April 2017 purchase. He refused to believe me. I asked what sort of monetary retribution he could provide for a $1,100 tire purchase that was done incorrectly and cost me an additional $900 plus hotel expenses. He told me flatly he owed me nothing, offered not even an apology, and then emphatically insulted me …. saying there was no reason for him to believe me over his mechanic that he’s worked with for 19 years. I’m sure he’s probably had some similar experiences when his shop’s been made to blame when instead the tires have been rotated. But, knowing with 100% certainty that is not what happened in my case, I was quite disgusted for my valid claim to be dismissed by him, without any need whatsoever to “make it right” for me. So much for “the customer is always right”…..Campbell Tire is a small, independent Mom-n-Pop type shop that, to my knowledge, only does business in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. They most likely rely on local “word-of-mouth” recognition for business. Maybe this review will make my North Fulton neighbors think twice about Campbell, even if they’ve been pleased in the past.In short ….. don’t trust Campbell Tire in with your car. Your tires, your car and your life are all too important to trust them……..10/16 UPDATE: After Campbells response that claimed theyd like to address this issue (appearing below), I contacted them via email as requested that evening. It will two weeks tomorrow - and they have not responded. Im not surprised; they probably just wanted to make it look like they wanted to make it right on Google Reviews, but in reality have NO INTENTION TO DO SO.In case they have a change of heart and contact me, I will update this review ... but for now you can assume youd be taking a great risk doing business with them, and any valid complaint to them will fall on deaf ears.

I own a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. I bought it used. Since day one i had issues with my front end and could never get my truck to perform as expected....always a shimmy here, a pull there. These guys are very knowledgeable, honest and dependable with the work they do. I have been here for a leak in tire which my car dealer told me to replace with new tire but these guys found a tiny nail which was causing it and fixed the tire for only 20 dollars. Recently I went to get my cars brakes and rotors replaced. They identified some issue with calipers and fixed it at no extra cost. The labor charges are very reasonable compared to my car dealer. My car dealer gave a quote of $800 for front and rear brake pads and rotors with installation and these guys did for $550 with OEM parts! Thats a great saving! I will definitely go to them again. I called about having some tires installed. The tires arrived at their shop within a couple of hours. I was in and out of the place within an hour. They were very professional. I did not feel like anyone was trying to rip me off or sell me something I dont need. This is a standup place.This is the kind of garage we used to have in this country before the chains took over. I had a small nail in my tire, I first took it to NTB and they said they could not patch it and I had to buy a tire....Walmart said the same thing, as I with a heavy heart drove toward my 2nd job I prayed and I remember Campbell Tire Company. I had used them years ago so I decided to stop by and ask their opinion since this was a BRAND NEW tire....They owner came out, looked at my tire did some investigation and found my tire was not leaking air, and the nail was very small so he pulled it out.NO NEW TIRE NEEDED. GOD BLESS CAMPBELL TIRE AND THEY WILL FOREVER BE MY GUYS TO GO TO FOR TIRES OR BRAKES!!!!!
