While driving tire pressure light came on. I came across Mavis Tires. As soon as my son and arrived we were greeted and asked how they could help. John in the front desk was very knowledgeable of everything I asked. He was courteous and very kind. The young lady working with him was very nice as well. I will definitely be coming back for my tires to be rotated and recommend others to come.

Service was fantastic. Very prompted service on repairing a nail in the tire. Also they do my oils changes and have taken great care of my car.

Great first experience. They showed me the diagnosis though the diagnostic machine. It was quick service.

Definitely will not recommend to anyone I came in for a brake job for my truck a month ago and I have been in out that shop 7 times in because my brakes still squeak and they never found the problem and they wanted me to take it in 1 more time the next day when that day I took it they didn’t even touch it so I got a refund back the managers were very helpful and nice but the workers they have working there are no good very bad experience here .

This place has helped me out in a pinch so many times. They always have the right size tires and they aren’t here to break your pockets. I’ll be coming here for all of my tire needs

Had to stop in today because my husband suspected that I had an oil leak. The gentleman took me right in, checked my car and sent me on my way! Excellent service!

So tell me why my fiancé and I called this store this morning asking if we could get his truck in for alignment. We called before driving 20 mins to the store and they said they would be able to do it. We then drive up to the store, and were told there wasn’t anybody there to be able to do an alignment today even though I called. They told us that the other store across town in Roswell could do the alignment. If you couldn’t do it then why did you tell us you could??? Biggest waste of my time.

Purchased tires Jan 25th for 182$ and declined their alignment and got it from Midas and my front two tires are already worn out and he told me it’s because we drove a lot, but even when I buy cheap tires from other places this never happens. This is why they offer “ warranty” because they know it’s not good tires Terrible customer service. Save yourself the money and go to somewhere more cheap that take into consideration that they are doing a business. I’ve been driving over 45 years and my tires never worn out within 2 and a half months.

The man whom helped me really scammed me, he told me the price of everything AFTER installation, he took my phone to write a review for me, did a credit check saying that it doesn’t effect my credit, it was a 7 point inquiry. Plus my fee rounded at $700!!!!! I will be returning these tires because he ripped me off, and when he told me the price AFTER, he said “don’t get mad at me”. Unprofessional! It’s obvious he does this all the time to get a bonus in his check. Complete RIP OFF

Outstanding customer service. I went in the other day due to a tire losing air pressure over time. I was in and out super fast and they didn’t even charge me! Turns out it was just a loose valve stem. I am really impressed in the service I received here. This was my first time getting work done with Mavis and at this location. Quintin was very professional and attentive to my needs. He listened to me and made sure I was taken of. Kaelin kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I had a lot of work done but they were very timely and didn’t rush the process. The facility was very clean and sanitized. Everyone was wearing a mask to ensure the safety of themselves and patrons. Overall great experience. I will definitely be returning.

I purchased my tires from Goodyears web site and as an installer website offered me this place. I checked their reviews and decided they are good. My tires are shipped to this place but when i arrive there, first they told me Fedex didnot bring my tires yet. They made me wait 2 hours to start installation. I suspect they sold my tires to someone else and brought tires from another place during that 2 hours time, because i saw a small truck arrived with full of tires just before they began my installation.Appointment time 12:30, car was still on the jack at 14:30. I waited more than 2 hours.The worst side is, when i start driving the car , steering wheel vibrates terribly (1-2 inch sideways every second) after 40 miles/h, of course i didnot return back to them. I removed all the small weights that they put on my cars rim. I havent seen this much weight before in any of my vehicles rims. You know what happened, all vibration is gone, drives smoothly. It looks like they dont know how to balance tires.I dont suggest this place for tire related job, it was a terrible experience.

Just got my tires patched and replaced here and it was a great experience. Quintin, the store manager, was a really nice guy and very professional. Ive been to a lot of places for service and the one thing I hate that they all seem to have in common is talking down to the customer. I got the opposite of that here. I would already be a customer for life for that alone, but on top of that they went the extra mile to get my tire replaced under warranty. They barely charged me anything just because I had a minor inconvenience (difficulty getting my replacement tire delivered) that they went out of their way to solve. Really awesome guys! Nothing is perfect and mistakes happen anywhere you go. Ill keep coming back because they understand that and will work hard to make sure you get the best outcome every time.

This location of Mavis will take good care of your car. I first visited here after my car necessitated a deep repair of the suspension system. Quinton and Justin took great care of my vehicle, explained what needed to be done and why, and got me taken care of in record time. As a woman, automotive persons see me coming. Last oil changed ended up with $120 bill for a $20 oil change. Mavis is a different experience. No upcharges, no salesperson trying to sell me things I don’t need. I waited in the seating area maybe 20 minutes. And they found a nail in my tire and don’t charge me a thing for a diagnosis and repair. It was a pleasure meeting. Al and Kaylin as well. I will continue to give them all my business and I will refer anyone to mavis. Very professional staff as well.
