Bob charged a huge fee and hasnt followed up after going to be four weeks and Ive contacted him several times. Wouldnt recommend doing business with him.

I couldnt find my bluetooth speaker charger. Stopped in to Blue Collar Bobs. They borrowed me a charger. Simply let me take it home to charge my speaker. No cost. Felt like that old fashioned trust from back in the day. I highly recommend them!

Had an issue with my DISH system in my RV. I received a prompt return call and same day service, even though it was after 5 PM. Bob was able to quickly determine the issue and get my system back online in under 20 minutes. This is not only world-class service, but a masterful display of technical knowledge about the equipment. Highly recommend Bobs service to anyone with a satellite issue.

What a positive experience! This was my first time here, but I will definitely come back if I ever need their help again. Both Bob and Shawn were very welcoming and kind. Bob patiently walked me through all the needs of my computer, and I came away much better informed about my computer than I had ever been before. The new shop is easy to find and has good on-street parking.

Needed a repair on an RV camera cable. Bob jumped right on it and made the repair very quickly. Unheard of these days. Very knowledgeable and very nice. Id go back to this place.

Bob has become our tech guy whenever we have needed some help during the past 4 years. He has been there when we couldnt figure out our TV in the basement, and he made a house call. He has been there when our computer needed and overhaul when we took it to his store. He has been there when we needed help getting started with a new iPad. I was 100 miles from my office and short on 2 memory modules for an ATM I was servicing. Called 2 places. First one I was hung up on because I was some sort of competition in their mind. Ahem, fergus falls The computer hero, cough cough (Even though I work out of a different state). When I called this place they were very friendly and the price was what i ussually pay for wholesale.
