Customer service is great, the establishment is clean, and bigger than most GameStops Ive been to. The selection is broad and pricing is not bad. I suggest you careful determine whether being a GameStop member is beneficial to you. The staff work with you on what you need and are super kind.

Fullblownn and me stopped by on Sunday 30 minutes to close , these 2 guys working were super. They helped us get my boy set up with his first gaming system PS4, along with some games . We wanted a steering wheel, they were out but helped us by ordering the item to be shipped direct to our house. Top notch service gets 5 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟

- Nice selection of stuff- pretty well organized and easy to find what I was looking for- staff Im sure are friendly but the guy working today was onthe phone with a friend which is cool with me but at least acknowledge your customers and ask if they need help with anything.. so he gets a 1/2 star for service

Terrible service I called to ask what kind of gundam kits they had in stock the guy refused had to drive almost 45 minutes to find out they only had SD gundam kits

We were a bit frustrated when we couldnt download Fortnite directly to our PS4 at home. We called our closest GS & they didnt have it in stock. So we called this store, & what an AWESOME experience we had! Oliver placed our game on hold so we could get in & out quickly. He also informed us about the sale that was happening the following day! We were the first ones in the store the next morning & were able to knock out some fantastic Holiday presents all at 50-60% off! This will now be our main GS! The customer service & in-stock stuff is the best weve experienced! Absolutely worth the extra miles on the car! 🙂🙂🙂

Looks like there closing down. Still had no problem purchasing what I wanted.

Ive tried to give this place a try multiple times but its always the same thing. My son and I walk in and are never greeted but if people of another race(white) come in, they are greeted as soon as they come in the door. Its sad that in 2020 this is still the case. When I came in today there was literally no one else in there except the two employees and neither said one word. With that being said, I decided not to give this place my money and I will not be back.

Putting 1 star bc you are supposed to sent a notification for the pre order ps5 and you didnt!!!... you dont follow your own statement .. costumers rely on the things you put on your website and you dont even do it !!!! I will put a 0 star but the lowest is 1 ..... bad comunication with your costumers...

The manager is wonderful!!! My son and I went to the GameStop 2 minutes from our house walked in and wasnt even acknowledged,I drove 15min to this particular one and got A1 service!!!! I mean very detailed and friendly service, we will be going again!!!😊😊😊😊😊

Was told by one employee at a location that was closing on duke street to wait a week to trade up for the Xbox one x because this location would be offering 20% in a week to attract customers. After waiting I was informed that the discount did not apply to consoles. Im addition to this I was given 3 different standards of what was supposed to be turned in in order to receive credit for an older system.

I went in today just to browse, and the first thing the male employee said was nice t-shirt, are you excited for Nintendo Switch? (I am wearing a Nintendo controller t-shirt.) We proceeded to chat about gaming stuff while I casually browsed - he hit the perfect balance of not crowding me and not ignoring me. And he treated me like a real gamer, female or not - something that doesnt always happen in gaming stores. Ill be back!

Was told I was missing just 1 piece on my Wii for them to do a trade-in for some emergency cash I needed that night. When I made the trip back the associate that gave me the information apologized and wished me good luck on getting to another store within 5 minutes which was obviously impossible. Ive been going to this location for years and I felt like he couldve tried a little more since he was the one who gave me bad information

I have been living in the area for almost 2 decades. Whenever I needed any games or for more info about upcoming games they always help you out. Great staff and very friendly, I would say its my go to place 4 games

Everything about it is fine except danggg its so messy here. There was an employee just hanging out and he was like, Im not even on the clock and Im just looking for stuff to do! and I was so close to being like, You could... vacuum! Lol. They have all this debris on the floor, sooo much merchandise cluttering the front counter for whatever reason, and things like the same plush toy found in multiple different places of the store. Idk Im sorry for pointing out something as trivial as the cleanliness of a Gamestop.. it just doesnt make shopping there always so fun.

They did not have the game that I wanted at the time, but the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite.

They actually always do their best to help and they have the best attitudes.

Pretty bad place. Disorganized items on selves. Many staff dont know what theyre talking about or anything video game related. Pretty dirty place. And the games in the store are all used, not even one single new game that hasnt been opened yet.

Always consistent gaming service at Game Stops.

They also sell the opened figures in display glass case with retail price but don’t accept customer do return opened boxes of collectibles. Funny policy lol.
