The staff at this T-Mobile is extremely helpful and friendly! The T-Mobile Customer Service Agent, Mo, who assisted my wife and I, had a lot of patience with us and worked very hard moving us from our previous Mobile Provider to T-Mobile!

LADYS IF YOU GO WITHOUT A MAN BE WARENDThe worst experience I have had at T-Mobile. I came in to get my phone screen replaced as have done many times before. After being asked to wait for 20 minutes because only one of the two employees had the know how to do the task. Once they were ready they told me they needed information, pretty standard I give them my phone number and the account comes up under my dads name, so the employees says that my dad has to call the number to verify the account, this has never happened before so I asked why they said it’s not your account, I said yes it’s not mine but the screen is under warranty and I’m on the plan not charging anything so why do you need to verify with them it’s never needed to be done before ? The man just kept saying my dad needed to call in and verify even when I had my dad on the phone. Because a mans name was on my policy I left with a broken phone in tears.

My phone failed while on vacation. We were driving through Alexandria and stopped here to get a Jump plan upgrade. I exchanged my phone for a new one, totally fine. The employee put the recommended screen protector on the phone and then proceeded to spend an hour and a half trying to get my old phones data to the new phone, unsuccessfully. The store manager left during this process, and the other employee was busy watching videos on his phone until we were ready to walk out the door. He then helped her for a few minutes, but all of my data wasnt moved. We left and continued our drive through VA. Later that night I found two big smudges on the screen that wouldnt come off. After we got back k to Colorado I took the phone to a Fort Collins store to get the screen protector refunded. The rude employees said it was clear the other employee who had applied it had put her fingers on it underneath leaving permanent marks that occlude the screen, buf there was no way they would give me a refund or replace it. I left and called T-Mobile and had the same rude experience, with the tech finally agreeing to credit me for the $25 screen protector while reminding me repeatedly that they would never do this ordinarily but only since Ive been with them for 9 years. This bad experience has left me feeling quite unhappy with this company and I will be switching to a competitor.

I have had tmobile for years and this store has convinced me to switch. I went to go buy a phone and the people were entirely u helpful. They had no idea the differences between phones calling them all the same. I was even told I could return my purchase with no extra fees. When I realized the phone they sold me had GPS problems I went to go return it, surprise they forgot to mention the restocking fee.

Clerks blatenly lied about the service and contract which out found out after talking to TMobile help desk. When I asked for a receipt they said their printer was broken. So I went to another store and got the receipt to find out I was over charged and lied to about the contract. To top it off TMobile has terrible cell service. Do yourself a favor and go with Verizon.

Ive been a loyal customer for 11 years with T-mobile. My last phone had water damage (completely my fault) and I payed the 175$ deductible through my insurance which I completely understand. Well, they sent me a refurbished phone . This phone that I was sent would not charge properly and would lose battery life after 2 hours from just sitting on the counter not even being used. Slowly the chargers stopped working and now the port stopped working all together. Ive had this phone for no more than 3 months. Its been faulty from the beginning but Ive dealt with it because i had planned on upgrading soon. Well when I brought it in to tell them my phone has been dead for days because the charger /battery life is not working.. they told me I would have to file a claim through insurance and pay ANOTHER 175$. This time its not my fault. They basically told me there is nothing they could do for me but maybe call samsung and complain about the device. So thats what did.... samsung told me i needed to update my warranty before they could further accomodate me. So i called back T -mobile to ask them to update ny warranty and they couldnt do that for me either. What do you do for your customers T-Mobile? I have poured thousands of dollars into this company for the last 11 years and you cant even replace my phone? I am completely and utterly disgusted with the way T mobile representatives handle their loyal customers. I am switching immediately. You lost a valuable customer!

They just rush you to purchase from them, and They just say it good equipment,I went there for second time to buy galaxy s4 they just keep asking me to buy accessories I told them no and they say why because I am not ready if I need I will be back this all the ather guy preper my new phone until then I realized after two month headphone missing,I call store 11/14/13 I talk with store manager and he sayed we are not responsible about 2 month ago case, instead let me check in store, after I said that he get my # and my name he did not call back.when you go there just make sure focus on them

For almost two years this is my closest T-mobile store and always the same rude customer service. Surly customer service delivered by surly men *(or cowed women), with furrowed brows treating me like I am bothering them rather than how a professional should treat a customer.I noticed however, that anyone with a second language *will let you guess which one, was treated right away in a courteous manner an in (apparently) the native language of the service provider.I was surprised that a fluent English speaker was given the cold shoulder there as a courteous manner transcends any culture and language.I am a middle aged woman, but maybe not representing the demographic that the service providers at the store deem deserving of attention or courtesy?I was treated disrespectfully, and also I noticed that between the representatives there appeared to be some in-fighting, which again adds to the unprofessional atmosphere.The workers look unhappy about everything - no smiles, no desire to meet any needs beyond the basic ones - and zero appearance of the attitude that expresses the excellent customer service and products Ive learned to associate with T - Mobile.That store needs an OVER HAUL of personnel - please go look for yourself, in disguise and see what I am talking about. They ruined my experience at T mobile.
