Decent choice of vape products but not really what I was expecting. Service was pretty good.

You can’t even go into the physical store and the owner is fairly rude. Honestly I’m not sure how they’re in business. But there are good vape shops in the area so just go to another place.

Same experience as the rest it seems. Came to get more than 1 item but was basically pushed back out the door. He cant say I didnt have a mask on as he replies to all the other reviews. He told his wife or the lady to serve us at the door. I understand covid is here but i also handed her my card to swip she didnt have on gloves. Im thinking maybe they think we were going to steal something.Just bad service overall. Ill spend my money where its wanted and appreciate it.

Went to the store as it was one of few that are still open at 11pm. The man running the store was standing at the door and he wouldn’t open the door so I couldn’t hear him. I wanted to browse and see what they sold there and came here because it says you can shop in the store…. How could I tell him what I wanted (if that was even what he was doing was getting the items for you) when I don’t even know what they sell?! He was very rude and would not even crack the door so I could hear him. I ended up leaving very irritated because I drove from Springfield down here just to have this experience. I did yell out to him that he just lost a $200-$300 sale but he probably couldn’t HEAR ME. His loss ultimately but yeah, hell of a way to do business!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! first off all why does his website say open till 2 but it really closes at 1. VERY rude and disrespectful... doesn’t know what he’s talking about and kept switching prices. Wouldn’t open the door till he saw my ID through the window and yelled at me for my mask (i’m vaccinated btw) but he didn’t give me the chance to talk. Very messy and disorganized. was digging through looking for the items that we asked for. doesn’t know how to talk to customers. 0/10 Experience. DO NOT GO

Not actually open - you have to yell through the glass door to have a conversation with the clueless proprietor, who cant seem to to differentiate one coil from another.Avoid.

Two hours ago I went to buy a new vape.. he wouldn’t open the door so I had to stand outside in the cold.. he also wouldn’t give me a receipt. He threw the product through the mail slot... I definitely do not recommend..and I believe he lives there..I had to wait almost 10 minutes before he came out because he sounded and looked like he was sleeping and he was wearing pajamas.

This is an interesting store in the heart of Old Towne Alexandria... Its a head shops and an art gallery!!! The employee was very nice and suggestive to make sure Im always covered!

Don’t ever buy cigars from this place... over dry and old!!!So SAD HOW OWNER REPLIED TO MY COMPLAINT ABOUT OLD CIGAR I BOUGHT FOR 12.99 around 9-9-45pm on SUNDAY Oct. 15th.Accusing me that I didn’t wear mask... FIRST OF ALL, THE OLDER Indian gentleman wearing red shirt didn’t let me in. The store was locked. That red shirt gentleman was watching smt on his phone when I arrived. When I tried to open the door that guy said; THAT NOBODY CAN ENTER THE STORE BC OF COVID. HE USED SOME METAL STICK TO GET MY BANK OF AMERICA CARD...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF “owner”

I wish I received the same service as most of the previous reviewers within the past year for this shop. I stopped by tonight (Nov 4th, 2020) around 7pm and was met by a tall, balding gentleman. The door was locked and he refused to let me enter citing his concerns over Covid-19. For some reason, he asked to see my mod (maybe he didnt believe I vaped) to determine what type of juice I needed (even though I already told him what I wanted from the get-go) before going back and forth showing me nothing that matched what I was looking for. I gave up and left... Im never one to pull a race card, but my experience was EXTREMELY different from people that have been here and reviewed this place in the past 12 months. Id pass on this place and check out the other friendly, welcoming shops that allow you to walk in and check out the products while not having to worry about giving your debit/credit card to a guy behind a door to walk off and do whatever.EDIT: 05:41am, November 5th: As you can tell, this place is a total sham based on the response from the store owner. I always wear a face mask first off. Second, how can the guy have known I didnt have enough money if I didnt come in and buy anything? Stay away from these people!!

Amazing store! Open late and really convenient location and products available at their shop. A lot of options in terms of your tobacco smoking needs as well. I found that the staff were extremely helpful and engaging with the entire customer experience overall. Would definitely recommend and now it’s my go to store!

This was an amazing experience with the owner Omar! Best customer service I’ve ever seen IN MY LIFE!I went to the area for the first time and ended up not having it at the location that I arrived upon...HoweverHe said hold on... Just stopped in because nothing near me was open, totally worth the 30 min drive. The person working (I’m assuming the owner) was very helpful and made the item super affordable without me asking. When I got in my truck a few blocks away I did notice a little rusted color on the 510 vape battery I got, but I honestly don’t care. For the price and the service this late I’m content. I’m sure if I went back he would have been happy to exchange it.

If you need someone knowledgeable about the products they sell, this is not the place to go. If you need reasonable prices on quality products, this is not the place to go. If you want to waste $30 on a $10 item that is absolute junk from the first use and ask a bunch of relevant questions that gets I dont know back in return, definitely stop by.

0 stars for customer service. Bought a vape pen here, it stopped working within the week so I brought it back and showed them the problem. They said I was one day past the return policy so I was out of luck. I talked to the RUDE manager and he finally allowed me to do an exchange for a cheaper, lower quality pen and wouldnt budge on a return. He also said this was a one time thing. I ended up getting that pen and it also broke within a week. You get what you pay for I guess, but Ill never pay for anything here again.Also, heres one tip. If someone calls your business, answer the phone by saying Hello, this is Alexandria Tobacco can I help you? Rather than answering the phone with Yea?

I feel terrible rating this store so low, because its obviously family owned, but the prices are higher than anywhere else, sometimes closed during business hours (with a note on the door), and the proprietor and son make a practice of jovially lying in order to sell more. I cant endorse that practice with my business.

Had a minor problem with their card machine. The owner personally came in to help, was very knowledgeable about the machine I bought, and gave me a free 18 MG grape flavored juice for the inconvenience. The pricing is mainly in line with the stores around the area - maybe slightly more expensive but not really noticeably so I would say. For the convenience of the location (right off the metro and on King street) and the level of service provided this will be my place of choice in the future for the purchasing of e-liquids.

A Jack of all trades store. Sells almost everything under the sun including art and molding for doors/walls. Was told a 5 pack of Atlantis coils (14 at Avail Vapor) was $20 for a 5 pack with THREE in them. Was told very good deal, definitely legitimate. Best price you could get, Ill give you a discount. Kinda shady overall, probably will only come here if it was after hours for Avail. Dude will try and talk you up about buying a handful of other things as well.

Fast, Friendly, and helpful! I really had no idea how vaping works or what i should be getting. I had intended to just wing it and buy all the pieces and build one but the guy (Thankfully!) redirected me to a cheap and already built Pen. I went in and got good service. However, I felt the guy took advantage of my not knowing my device. If it was me as a owner, I wouldnt have charged for basic knowledge. That way I would feel 100 percent in coming back and buy products. He helped yes, but 2-5 minutes of labor for a newbie isnt right in my book. I had the money, but wouldve like to purchase products. Thats good business for future business.
