Erik was knowledgeable and efficient in replacing our outdated I-phones with new model 13’s. He took time to help us understand some of the nuances and got us set up with a wireless charge pad to complete our upgrades.

Landon helped us get our new phones and set them up. He was super helpful and made sure all of our information transferred to our new phones before we left. Everything went very efficient! He was super personable and made the time go by quickly. Would definitely recommend go to see them when you need a new phone!!

He got me set up to be totally hands free to make phone calls and use Siri. We have been doing all our cellular business at the store since their remodel. My toddler is notorious for throwing my iPhone and I was in need of a new screen protector. Upon walking into the store I was greeted immediately by the employees and assured that I would be taken care of. Landon helped me today to remove/replace my new screen protector and I was in and out within minutes! Great customer service and a very clean store!

I was able to interact with three different staff members. They were all amazing and knowledgeable about their products. The only issue I had was waiting. First visit, I waited 45 minutes before I was able to talk with a staff member. Second visit, an hour and a half. And third visit 45 minute wait again. They were busy as the corporate store was closed, so they received all their customers. Again, staff was very pleasant, during my first wait, an employee brought me over a chair. I was told this store is family owned and I do know that they give to our community through a free backpack and school supplies giveaway.

My old LG Verizon phone fell in the lake yesterday, while it was in my pocket. So, this morning Luke, at the Alexandria BeMobile Verizon store got me all set up with a new Verizon i Phone. He even applied the screen protector for me and got everything logged in so it’s ready to go. Great service!

Alan and Dennis we amazing to work with, our group had upgrades and one switch over from AT&T, and they were nothing but helpful throughout the long process! Verizon Authorized Retailers are a waste of time, and this location is no exception. After waiting to speak to a representative, I was told that they were unable to help with my issue and told me to go to the corporate location across town. Also, the person ahead of me was trying to block any and all text messages to his phone. The representative told him that this was not possible. While perhaps true that the representative could not block texts, there are certainly Android/iOS apps that could have done this for the customer. That customer left worse off that when he came in--still receiving text messages and now misinformed.

Dont waste your time going here. Go to a corporate Verizon dealer if youre dealing with Verizon and get way way better service that is much more welcoming, helpful, and friendly..You should be treated like your business is wanted, especially after buying from there before. I made a Big mistake walking through those doors, and I suggest that you dont make that same mistake as well. Believe me,you will thank yourself that you didnt go there.

Unfortunately I had an unsatisfactory experience with this place. I do not recommend this location to folks who are looking for a store manager who is understanding and whose goal is to give customers a satisfactory experience. Were long-time Verizon customers and will be leaving due to the poor customer service at this location. Super-poor service and communication, costing us money.

I normally dread going to a Verizon store to get a new phone, or fix a problem... but when I went to this store on September 13th, the three gentlemen there greeted me immediately and started to work on my requests for some new phones. Having been a prepaid customer switching back to post-pay was a very time consuming attempt, however, Zach was extremely helpful and patient. I was impressed that when I asked him what time they closed, he replied, when we get this figured out for you! He wanted to make sure that I was taken care of before I left the store. He did just that. I walked out with 2 new phones and was informed to let him know if I needed help setting anything up. I have recommended Zach to my family members, as well as encouraging them to go there for help as I was also impressed with Landon. Very impressed with the crew and service there! I would highly recommend to anyone needing knowledgeable help about their phones or their Verizon plans.
