The young man who set up my new phone was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and was quick too. He provided great customer service to me and to other customers who walked in while he was working alone. Glad I switched to Cricket and glad I chose this location.

Crooked is what I call this phone carrier. Its so bad I just dont know where to begin I only gave one star because I at least met two people that were actually quite nice. Its not their fault that they work for a really lousy company. I suggested to them to find someone else to for as they have excellent customer service skills. I wouldnt recommend Crooked phone carrier to someone I disliked.

Do not go to this store! They over charged me for a SIM card and to activate a new phone. Ive been with Cricket over 5 years and this store charged $16 dollars more than all other stores. Also, instead of giving me a NanoSIM card they cut a MicroSIM to fit my phone, which is not recommended by the manufacturer and can cause damage. Will not be returning to this store.
