Dr Berry is an excellent doctor and a effective problem solver. He is intelligent and kind. He is not rushed, seems Interested in his field and trying to be helpful to his patients. His staff is also kind, efficient, competent, and effective. I would categorize myself as a “high maintenance” patient. The Doctor and his staff never make me feel so. I have been a patient for at least five years.: )

We have been customers/patients of Albuquerque Vision for over 10 years. I was alway happy with the service received. I am not sure why but things have changed and the employees are so rude. I was given incorrect information regarding glasses for my son. I spoke to a manager named Liz and she refused to help or offer any solutions to the issue. Hopefully the employees receive some customer service training.

Will is the Man!! If you are having trouble seeing out of your glasses go see Will. I talked to him about what was happening with my vision and he thoughtfully asked questions and came to a conclusion. He fixed the problem and I bought three more pairs because he got me seeing again!! Thank You Will!!

Dr. David Wise is a disgusting disgrace. My 4 year daughter was with me in the exam room. She sat on my lap at the end of the appointment, during the exam she sat on a chair. She reached up and touched the instrument that they use during the eye exam and without giving me a moment to react and parent my child he smacked her hand. I mentioned it to the staff and thier response was “he’s having a bad day.” I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
