Pretty impressed.So, I use high index lenses. -17.00 on both side to be exact. The staff at this place was extremely helpful and professional. I was told that my glasses would be ready in 14 days. To my surprise my glasses were ready in an hour. I was pretty impressed. The receipt was a little confusing but over all, I’m very satisfied with my glasses. Thanks!

Everyone was very courteous, the service was efficient and fast. Herman who served me is a true genuine easy going people person knowledgeable and informative who goes the extra mile he asked if I had military identification which I do and I received a military discount which was phenomenal! I have always utilized Eyemart Express because of the outstanding service provided, this last visit just solidifies my trust and my continual patronage.

While traveling I destroyed my glasses. Back in LA my expensive optometrist takes two weeks to make my glasses, explaining that they are special order progressive lenses with prisms. Yeah. Right. I walked into Eyemart Express in Albuquerque and within a couple of hours I had new glasses, frames, and decided to take advantage of their low prices and great service to upgrade my sunglasses. All for about a third of the cost in LA. Manager Manny and his staff were wonderful. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased yesterday 10/7/21 and the 2 pairs were done in about 20 minutes. my previous purchase in August were handled fast and carefully and were done in around 15 minutes. I recently went in to get some glasses, they conveniently have an eye exam center next door. They do they’re best to make sure everyone has a good experience. It was a long wait almost two hours but it was a VERY busy day, they sign you in and they even text you so you don’t have to wait there. The guy who helped me was awesome he paid attention to what I needed even offered some sort of discount regardless of what I chose. The selection was decent (I personally like Aviators) but the overall staff and experience was nice, you don’t feel rushed regardless of the wait, never felt like they were just trying to get me out of there just to help the next person. 👍

Philip took care of me and my wife and were extremely happy with his professionalism and knowledge and would recommend him and or the company at a very reasonable price and very happy with how they helped us

Even though theyre busy they still get through the line of people fairly quickly. My only complaint this time was the gentleman who helped me forgot to update my phone number on my account which meant I wouldnt get a text when my glasses were ready and even though he told me they would call me I never received a call. With that being said, the next morning when I went in to pick up my glasses I was not asked to wait and was able to pick them up in less than 15 minutes. Ive been using Eyemart Express for over 10 years and I will continue to be a customer.

Im in California now, I was back home in Albuquerque at the time of service. I went in with my significant other to buy glasses. First of all they did not call us I called Eyemart mine were ready but not my significant other. While we were waiting I mentioned that I paid for transitional but glasses were not changing. When they brought out prescriptionglasses they were still wrong and we would have to wait,, it was already 5pm we had been there at 8:00am. The tech proceeded to inform me that I should put my glasses in freezer and if we could pick up Steves prescription glasses next day. Mine still not changing much just told me to give it a few days, I didnt understand why when Steves changed immediately that wasnt his problem with prescription. Ive been to eyemart before and very satisfied not sure why such a mess up this time and sad to say I probably wont go back or recommend you all. I dont know if to late to take back. My significant other was very unhappy with results.

Patient and friendly, and Ive yet to have any glasses take more than a few hours to complete, even sunglasses. Good selection of frames, any of which can be turned into sunglasses. Conveniently,an optometrist is in the same building who also happens to give great service, great prices, and have a friendly staff.EyeMart Express has fantastic coupons like 2 pairs for $75 around back to school time, and 20% off the entire purchase. They also give amazing discounts for healthcare workers, educators, police and others. My educators discount saved me almost $100 this time around!Between my teenager and myself we got 2 pairs of sunglasses and 3 pairs of single vision glasses, all of which were ready in under 2 hours, and the prescriptions are actually correct and aligned properly! Im very dissatisfied. I just had gotten word that my eye glasses, special ordered, were ready. I called to confirm, the lady who answered asked when I had ordered, told her, she says it takes 14 days,ok. Frustrated, I hang up, and take a look at the text message again. Call back once more and say I have a text that says my order is ready, can you please make sure thats true.. In an annoyed voice she answeredok, hold on. Gets back on line and says theyre ready. Why was that so hard to confirm. That after being told I would be able to receive One pair, same-day. Well after patiently waiting for my orders to be confirmed, by a new employee, I think her name was Claudia, I got my receipts and I waited around the area for about an hour due to not having a car, as I went to go check on my order. I was disappointed to find out that they were both going to be special ordered. That defeats the purpose of ordering two pairs just so Id have one the same day. All in all the people are good as people but the service really sucks.

Ernestine took care of our needs with all our questions answered. Excellent customer service. Very nice and helpful. This was on a busy Saturday. I will definitely return.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted, due to Covid restrictions in place the wait was a little longer than usual. But I got in and out in such a timely fashion. Destinee was the one who helped me and she was so knowledgeable and also super nice, she basically did everything for me and on the same day had my 5 new pairs of glasses ready! I will definitely be going back to this location!

Lala was great or I would have given lower score. Special order. Two weeks later I came in to pick up my glasses. I was told they would be ready by twelve. I came in and they couldn’t find them. They found one pair and said they were cutting the second. I waited two hours to tell me they broke one of the lenses and had to special order again. The glasses they did have ready were supposed to be tinted and they weren’t! Ugh. I should have requested a refund and gone somewhere else! A lot of people kept taking their masks off during a mask order in public and staff didn’t say anything. I told one customer to put her mask on because she was near me. The atmosphere was tense and will not return there. I spent a lot of money there.

The workers were great! But OVER worked! The phone rang NON stop. It was always for the optometrist. I think they need to connect the two and give an option menu for patients to chose from the glasses side or doctor side that would fix so much! Also make sure to check with eye Insurance and just blow it off and say well do a discount. . . They also did not do measurements of my face but that was all Im sure because they are over worked! I hope the company pays them for slave driving them. I left with a headache from this place and I was there maybe an hour I dont know how people stay employed there. Once again nothing towards ANY worker they were nothing short of AMAZING but there needs to be some changes maybe the phone option to chose optometrist or glasses. Also maybe put a list outside for people to sign up with a number to call and a reason as to why (covid) each 5 slots say hour wait 2hour wait ect .... the owner of this company needs to take care of their employees mental state theyre great but its a crazy busy place and not enough workers for clients that go in. The fact that the ratio is off seems like a money hungry company there open for quantity and NOT quality.

100% a customer for life. I brought my mom here for the first time and we will not be going anywhere else for glasses. Customer service is unmatchable, I have never experienced before. We were helped by LaLa--her knowledge and treatment was insane. She answered all questions my mom had and explained everything.I do want to point out this location is BUSY. So all Karens need to realize this. I witnessed a handful ofpeople treating staff badly because of wait times. We are in a PANDEMIC PEOPLE, THINGS ARE DIFFERENT NOW!! If you cant be patient or feel entitled go elsewhere cause the staff is amazing and handle the best they can. Thanks eyemart!

If I could give 0 stars I wouldThis Disabled Veteran purchased glasses 3 Oct 2019. Due to Covid I was not able to try to make new appointment until today 13 Oct 2020. I was informed that due to my inability I had missed yearly date, and would not be entitled to any service. I traveled to Albuquerque Eyemart because several of my associates had done business here, and were very pleased. I know I missed anniversary date. But you think they could have worked with me.

I have been going to the Carlisle store in Albuquerque, NM for years. Kat, has always been a tremendous help in getting new glasses or to readjust my glasses, when necessary. However, she went above and beyond my expectations on my last visit. She knew I was going out of town and she made sure I got my glasses repaired before I left. I was so surprised and happy when she called me and told me they were ready for pick up. She is a great employee. Thank you so much Kat!

I was very pleased with my eyeglass purchase at Eyemart Express. The man who helped me pick out the right glasses that wouldnt dig into my nose, like my previous pair did. He told me my prescription had improved. My eyes had improved from my last prescription. He also made sure that my insurance covered everything. I love my new glasses. I live out of town so, I stopped in to get a pair of new glasses and ask that they ship them when done. Called to check on them on Friday and they said they had been shipped out on Thursday. So, called them when I still did not receive them and they said they had never shipped them, and when called to talk to a manager, they did not have one on staff.

The coupon expired that same day and the tech did everything she could to help and make me comfortable. They have great frames at service at an affordable price!

An arm on my glasses was barely holding on because the little screw was damaged. I took it into Eyemart and someone helped me right away. I could see her working on my glasses, and it was obvious that it wasnt a simple fix. But, when she called me up to get my glasses, she was so nice and thanked me for coming in. And as I had just had my glasses break and I had to get to work quickly, this turned out to be the best experience, period.The girl that did my initial screening did a great job. She noticed an error in my prescription and we got it corrected. She helped me pick out some great frames and saved me some money too. Samantha is worth her weight and more in Gold. Max went above and beyond to get my sons glasses done for him the same day. We went in at 6pm with a prescription and brand new frames we had already purchased elsewhere as his glasses had broken. The worst glasses place ever!! Rude and money hungry associates. Not willing to help customers but willing to take your money!! Managers do not even know what they are doing! Glasses are not made right I ended up with migraines because my glasses were not right! Rude and yell at the customers I would recommend you stay far away from this place unless you want bad glasses and bad service!

Had to go out of town last week. Needed new glasses fast. Same day service . I wanted high end coatings and materials, ordered those today. They have to be sent out. Also ordered polarized anti scratch progressives. Ready in 86 minutes. The woman helping me also made common sense suggestions to moderate the price of the fancy ones. She also took the time to inform me of some facts. What I was doing wrong. Nicely. I didnt know the care I was taking in protecting my glasses had harmed them. 😍

Max was really helpful and nice. Great customer service. Great experience. If youre not too picky, you can get a great deal on the 2 for $38 deal. I have to wear bifocals and didnt want that, so I got progressive lenses and then the very light tint, almost clear for every day use, and progressive lenses with sunglasses tint for sunglasses that comes with scratch resistance and uv protection, both for total of $136 and change together. Good deal!
