Noticed a crack in my windshield a few days ago. Nothing new in New Mexico. That being said, since the crack wasn’t on the driver’s side, I wanted the crack fixed rather than the entire windshield replaced. Pit Stop to the rescue!! I got a rock chip on the edge of my window shield. I went to Jiffy Lube and was told it cant be sealed because its too close to the edge. Tom is by far one of the kindest and hardest working people I have met. I had about a quarter sized rock chip that spread into about a foot long line crack. This occurred as I was driving through NM on my way to AZ. Tom arrived at exactly 7 AM at the hotel I was staying at and fixed my windshield in less than 15 minutes. The damages would have cost a few hundred at places like safelite but Tom only asked for $40 for his time and kindness. He provides a lifetime guarantee on his work and I would be willing to drive back from AZ just to have him fix any future incidences. You would a fool to pick anyone else but Tom if you’re in the Albuquerque area.

I can’t speak to his windshield repair, but i can tell you he drives incredibly recklessly. my son and i were driving downtown on 4th, and the white pit stop windshield repair truck decided to whip across the road in front of me (we were going in opposite directions) into a parking garage entrance. then as i swerved around him, he slams on his breaks, throws it into reverse and starts backing out again into the street nearly slamming into us again. he didn’t stop when he heard me laying on the horn and just kept driving like he owned the road. i must also mention there was no one behind me, so he could’ve waited literally two seconds and had all the time and room in the world to flip around and do a three point turn in the middle of the street to change directions... or, you know, use a gd brain cell or two and go around the block. i wont support anyone who endangers other drivers like this.
