I had two of my windows on my SUV replaced, after my car was broken into. They did a good job with the windows but after everything was done my back door was unable to open, which wasn’t a problem because my insurance will cover that when I take it to get fixed. But at one point the technician thought he could fix that problem by hitting something against my door repeatedly, he left quite a few dents. It even looks like he tried prying the door open. Ill share a photo of when my car was broken into, you can see there was not dents. Id appreciate if a manager can get back to me about this.

The technician showed up on time and did a great job or so I thought. Apparently he forgot to remove my security alarm and remote start , I know that he forgot because he almost ripped all of the wiring out of the receiver. At some point he realized it and stopped pulling, but it was too late, it no longer works. I called them to tell them and was told that I needed another technician to come out to ensure I am not lying. They made appointment from 1200-1600. I left my car and drove my wifes At 1630 when they still had not showed up, I called and the technician lied and said he called and came by. So my advice is to use them at your own risk because they have absolutely NO CREDIBILITY!

Five stars for the technician. 1 start for the lady a the front desk. She automatically assumed my insurance would not cover a repair. She proceeded to tell me a technician would not be able to help me for another 45 minutes. I got the impression she really didnt want to help me.

I scheduled an appointment, show up, and it is pointed out that I clicked the wrong window. That is fine, mistakes happen and this one was one me. I was told that they would place an order for the correct window because they did not have it in stock and I would be called the following week with an update. The end of the week comes around and I have heard nothing. I call back and am met with a maze of automated voices trying to prompt me to visit their site which would be no help. Finally I get my way through to somebody to find out that nobody has made the order and that the soonest I can be scheduled is two weeks from now. A month driving around with a basically open car because they could not be bothered to do their job. Thanks very much for the great service guys!

The quality of the work was very good and efficient.They are practicing social distancing and everyone was wearing face masks. A little background first... Please bear with me:While driving through Arizona, on our way east, a truck kicked up a pebble that hit our windshield. We didnt even realize the windshield was cracked until it started to show itself... We were an hour outside of Albuquerque when we saw the crack had grown to about a foot!We called Safelite to get the windshield replaced, called the insurance company to make sure it was covered (it was!), and made an appointment.Turns out the office we called would not be able to take care of our glass and called another location.Thats when we met Margaret, Tom, and Eric! Eric told us it would be about an hour and we agreed.Thats when Tom jumped in. I was standing and leaning against the wall as there were no seats available (thanks corona!).Tom offered me a seat, and we started talking sports... Needless to say, an hour went really fast! Between he and Margaret, we had a terrific conversation!By the time Eric came back, it was as if we were the best of friends!This was customer service as it should be. The car was done... Perfect of course. But being treated not just like human beings, but like friends... We were more than grateful.Thank you Safelite, for the professionalism, the great staff, and the welcoming feeling.

Highly recommend the mobile service. Made an appointment on-line and a few days later the job is done. The tech was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The new windshield is perfect. It had a crack all the way across but I didnt notice how sandblasted the old one was. Great communications from start to finish. Job completed earlier than expected and all of my windows and mirrors were cleaned, inside and out!

DONT USE SAFELITE!What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. They replaced my windshield and noticed that they completely covered my VIN. I then had to wait 3 days to go back. They made the adjustment, I then noticed a clip from my mirror wasnt installed, so I turned back and they installed it. When I got home I opened the hood to double check their quality, and noticed all of the clips holding the plastic base along the bottom of the windshield were all broken off and not replaced. I called them and they had me go back AGAIN. Now I noticed that the rubber gasket along the top isnt installed right and its wavy. Never again am I using Safelite. Im not going back. Ill just have someone else replace my windshield next time. Dont come here.

I was an employee here for three months, at the time I was in training. I was literally 1 day from being an ascoiate, however they said the training Program was canceled due to pandemic and I was let go... These people at Safelite claim its like a family there. Far from it.. I actually saw an employee I was training with still working there! They play favorites. And the manager always smelled like liqueur. I dont recommend this business at all!

Be warned, if you have a vehicle with lane keep assist, do NOT use safelite!!! They will charge you for the camera alignment ($250) yet, do not know how to align the camera! I had to take the vehicle to Ford to fix. Safelite was unresponsive and said we dont do refunds....I will never use them again

Brought my BMW to get my windshield replaced. When I set up the appointment I made sure to request the Heads Up Display compatible windshield. The appointment was supposed to be 1-2 hours. I ended up sitting there for over 5 hours and missing an afternoon appointment. (While I was there Safelite broke a chipped windshield and told the owner they still had to pay for the repair and pay if they wanted to replace the windshield, even after he spoke to a high level manager. Watch out for the contract they make you sign.) When I got in my car after the wait, I saw that the heads up display was completely warped and unusable. The next available appointment was 2 weeks later and they had to source an HUD compatible windshield. After another long install, the HUD was now double which it wasnt on the original glass.Extra Star for friendly front desk staff.

This place was absolutely horrible. I don’t usually write reviews especially bad ones but this place really upset me. After having been told several Times incorrect information by the scheduling department, I finally organized my schedule to drop off my car. Safelite wanted to put a windshield on that was not covered by my warranty. Apparently they do this all the time and you have to request the REAL glass that goes with your car. When I insisted they put the correct glass on, they said they would have to check with my insurance which would take several days. I was able to get it approved in a few minutes at which time the technician told me I would have to reschedule because he no longer had time to install it because he had other customers to attend to. They had the glass in stock but I wasn’t important enough to them to get it installed that day. It literally took me an extra 10 mins to get the glass approved. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and the service was so much better!! Be ware of this place as it is customary for them to put a different glass on your car and YOU have to request the Correct glass.

Alex the manager is awesome! We had a professional tech come out and replace the windshield. Although he was very courteous quick and did a great job, it looks like he had accidentally knocked the driver side window off of its regulator.I popped in the shop the next day right when it opened and they had the window on the driver side fixed it in less than 20 minutes. No argument, no fuss, Just fixed.Thanks again Alex and the folks at the Jefforson shop!

I made an appointment to change the windshield at 1pm. My driver came early at 10am and waited until 3pm. The weather was perfect and they lied to me saying the weather was bad and that they couldnt change the wind shield and they wanted us to reschedule an appointment for tomorrow. We lost about 8 hours. Bad customer service and I definitely do not recommend to use this company.

Took my car in to have windshield replaced while out of town. They didnt have all of the parts. Technician Zachariah said he would be in touch within 24-48 hours to reschedule which did not happen. When I called to reschedule he said it was not his area to deal with. When I called the main office to see what was going on and they scheduled me with an appointment after I asked if they had all parts which assured me they did. I called day of to confirm and they did not have anything. Found another great place who fit me in with all of the right parts the next day, for a third of the price. Definetly would not recommended this place to anyone. Will be letting my insurance company know as well.

VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Promised me a 2 day turn around because I needed the car within 5 days. The 1st glass was scratched up so they ordered another one from PHX. They came out day 4 to install. Glass didnt fit! Radio silence for 3 days, then tried to schedule me for 7 more days more out. I pressed them and got them to do it the next day. They tried to charge me the same price for drop off service as mobile service. I complained and asked for a discount. They knocked $50 off, acted like they did me a big favor and charged me about what the original quote for drop of service was. The techs were nice guys but the overall experience was pretty horrible. Ive done 4 pieces of glass with them in the last 3 years (thanks Albuquerque thieves). Ill be going elsewhere next time and recommend you do the same

The most ridiculous situation I’ve ever been in. They tried THREE TIMES to install a windshield in my Jeep. Scratched glass, bad trim, finally damaged frame requiring a body shop. Then they’re a no show for the appointment. Headed to the courthouse now to file suit.

I used them to repair a chip on my BRZ. Immediately after the tech left, I noticed that my hood and front fender were dented from the tech leaning on my car, and resting his toolbox on my aluminum hood. Luckily, I have security cameras - it stopped them from trying to get out of liability. Getting them to cover dent removal services was like pulling teeth. It took multiple weeks for them to OK the work, and they required me to get a minimum of 3 quotes despite me telling them I trust only one PDR technician in this city. I later found out from another glass installer that they didnt even do the repair correctly. They cant be trusted to give you ice cream, let alone touch your $XX,000 vehicle.

Technician showed up at my house on time and was very friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently . Windshield is fine. However, a major safety issue occurred. The first time I tried to use my windshield washing system after being splattered by liquid debris from truck driving along the freeway I was unable to clear the windshield. Windshield fluid proceeded to squirt only out of the side of my hood. After pulling off the freeway (without being able to see, which was quite terrifying) I discovered that the hose for the wiper fluid was not attached to the valve. This failure to reattach the system is not only unacceptable, but dangerous. Be sure you check your wiper connection BEFORE driving your car if you use these guys to replace your glass. They did call me back after I complained and offer to come fix it, but I had by that time attached it myself. I understand that mistakes can be made, but in this case the mistake is still causing me nightmares. I had my kids in the car and the outcome could have been quite dire.UPDATE: After contacting them the corporate refunded my deductible, so they do provide customer service if you are unhappy.

They have poor skills and need to train their people on have to work on vehicles tech took apart my camera in my custom 2020 jeep gladiator Rubicon when he did not need to the darn glass folds forward camera is not attached 😑 $750 to get camera fixed due to them not knowing what they are doing satellite has changed my glass 5 times and I only paid once due their dishonesty one broke my antenna tried gluing it together one chipped the glass and tried to repair it without saying anything one cracked the glass and now this idiot taking apart the camera.

They get 1 star for their technician Joe. He did great work and tried his best to make things right, if everything would’ve been ok after that, I might’ve given more stars..... but sadly no.First of all, the booking process was confusing so I accidentally booked a window regulator repair instead of broken glass replacement. (I thought it was asking if it was a stationary glass like a windshield or a movable glass like a passenger window...) so when Joe finally got to me, he only had parts to replace the regulator, but not the glass. I was told in the email that I would receive a text message from the technician when he was on the way. NOPE, just several calls from an unknown number.... so we finally connect and he tells me he can’t help today. Tells me I can reschedule a couple of weeks from now or I can come into the shop (what I was trying to avoid) so we go in, when we go to pick it up, the work looks perfect. When we go to pay, she tells me that it is o Er $600. I ask specifically, “so the glass itself is $600?” She says yes. So I ask, “did they have to replace the regulator?” She says no. We had asked for the windshield wipers to be replaced, this was not done, but we were not charged for it. We sign the receipt (we were not given any breakdown before we signed anything) after we got home, we looked at the receipt and saw... the glass was $330 not $600... we were charged for a regulator that was not replaced. So we drove back down to the shop... grrr.... show the lady the receipt. She proceeded to argue with us about it. Finally she checks with the guys in the back and they had to tell her that they did not replace the regulator (as she had already told us). So we asked about getting a refund for her mistake NOPE, I can’t do anything with this until Monday. Soooo if you enjoy a difficult process and poor customer service this is your place. They did a good job but there are plenty of other glass shops that are not this difficult to work with!

The glass installation was flawless and timely, but they had a issue with the trim for our Miata that took weeks to resolve - likely an issue not within their control. Just a month ago I had a guy named mark help me and he was rude also I paid $340 to get my windshield fixed when I later found out that I couldve got it done for $130 dont waist money here its not worth it. Im completely unsatisfied with their services I will never give them my money again!!!

Overheard a conversation between an employee and boss over the phone while he was trying to open up shop. The tech supervisor, Mari tells the employee at 8:07am why he hasnt received his work list yet is because its only 8:07. The shops open up at 8:00 and people are ready at that time to get there cars fixed but not Mari. What makes it worse is when you try and make a formal complaint to this office about this behavior you cant, no bosses at this branch want to hear it. I hope Percy over at the Washington office didnt get fired as Maris response to her comment wasnt real assuring. Im disappointed. Not going back.

The secretarys working there were really nice and made me feel welcome the second I got there. Not happy with there service. I was referred to them by USAA. They told me if they found any rust on my windshield body area Safelite would not be able to replace my windshield and I would have to take it to a body shop. If they cant remove a little rust why would I trust them replacing my windshield? None of this information was given to me until I got to there facility. What a waste of my time.

I wish I could give a thorough review but the company is too big to be customer oriented. We had a break in late one night and of course its rainy season. We went through USAA and they had a discount program with Safelite. After calling them them the next morning I was told the window was not in-stock and they would have to source it. I started chasing down status when I had not heard anything 5 hours later. The person responsible for sourcing the window was overloaded. I contacted Techna glass and had an appointment in less than 20 minutes.

Went in for a small crack in the front windshield and the experience couldnt have been better: they were able to fix it in less than an hour, even though we did not have an appointment, at a very low price. To top it all off, the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding, such that we left with a good feeling in spite of our unfortunate accident.

They sent you all these emails and text messages reminding you of your appointment, you show up and they make you sit and wait while they try and get their act together! Never again! If you have a vehicle with sensors in your windshield I recommend you use a different company and specifically ask if they know how to correctly do the install. Not only did Safelite fail to connect the sensors; in the process they fried the module in my FOB and then fought me on the $400+ in damage it caused. I waited 3 months for my windshield to come in. (They told me the OEM was on back order). I finally called after 3 months and asked if my windshield is in yet. The desk lady tell me....oh yes its in. I replied to her was anyone going to call me and let me know it was in so we could install? Of course she apologizes and quickly schedules me for the following Tuesday between 8-12. Tuesday comes and NO SHOW. I call and the desk lady tells me oh.....your scheduled first thing tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and NO SHOW. I call the desk lady again. Their mobile technician arrived to resolve a previous warranty issue I had pertaining to a water leak. This mobile technician found the issue I was describing whereas the in shop technicians were not able to. Both techs that came to my workplace were professional and on time. I will use them again, no question.
