Driving outside of Albuquerque and bang!Bad windshield chip and evolving crack - its a smart windshield so not looking to replace mid cross country trip.Two windshield businesses wouldnt even look at it - found these guys on Google, called, Stephanie was so nice - said to come by and theyd see what could be done.Half hour later windshield fixed as best as possible thanks to Dillon the technician and thanks to Stephanie and Brian.They were so kind and reassuring.These people are awesome!Fast service, reasonable prices!Im a very happy customer and you will be also!

Me and my wife were traveling through town on vacation and stayed overnight at a local hotel. Unfortunately we were broken into overnight having the passenger side rear window broken out of our truck. The local Ford dealer not having the replacement window recommended A1 stating they did all their glass work. The Ford service adviser contacted them, they said they could get the glass and install it today. Glory be! We arrived at A1 15 mins later add was greeted by the most friendly people. We were there for about 2 hours or less and our truck was repaired and we were ready to continue on our vacation. I cant say enough about how helpful they were in our immediate need of getting our truck fixed. In our wait to get the truck fixed which was over the lunch hour they even feed us lunch. Pizza on them! Thats hospitality. And it gets better. In our situation of urgency the cost of getting it repaired and installed in less than 2 hours. They could have over charged us but they didnt. I was extremely happy. If I was a local to the area I would always use them to do glass work.

Just had my third windshield replaced in 3 weeks for 2 T& C Chrysler Vans and a Chevy Silverado which finding glass is tough right now. All three vehicles look great & very pleased with the great service I received. My installed showed up both times at the scheduled time & quickly replaced cracked windshields. I saved 50 % from the quote of the big three! So both Vans for the price of the top dog! They also do home installs as driving two vehicles to a shop a pain! Highly recommend these guys and saved enough to pay cash less than the deductible in insurance.

Staff was very friendly, got an appointment scheduled with no problem. They had said it would take about an hour to replace my windshield, and when I got there day of appointment, I was running late, and she said they were as well, and they still finished in less than an hour. Was happy with the service they provided!

We were traveling through Albuquerque and had dinner in Old Town. When we returned to our truck it had been broken into. Of course it was after business hours. Contacted our insurance company and didnt get much help so I went to the Ford dealer the next morning who referred me to A-1 Glass. This place is amazing!!! And so welcoming!!! I called and got a quote right away and it was by far the best quote in town! When we got there i was greeted right away and just had a good gut feeling!! As they started to look at my car they determined i needed a different type of windshield that would work for a rain sensor.... i was fearing that the quote they gave me may have just increased but it did not they held to their commitment and it looks amazing!!! My husband took the truck in. It had two separate cracks that crossed at the top on the windshield. Not only did they do a perfect job, I can’t put into words how incredibly nice they were. Our windshield had rain and humidity sensors(we had no idea, a little silly on our part) when they told us it would be a different windshield I was a little worried they might not have it in stock. That was quickly to rest as she explained it would be on the next truck in, and wouldn’t take longer then an hour! They held true and about an hour later we got a call that the truck was done! I’m beyond happy that I can drive the truck without having to turn my head to the right to see around the crack! Thank you guys a thousand times over, if we ever need anything in the future I definitely know who we’re going through!

It was a GREAT experience. Low price, friendly service and fast. Bonus is that it is 2 blocks away from a great place to wait for your windshield = Bacon Jam restaurant.

This place is awesome! They told me about 1 hour for me windshield, it was done in 45 minutes. They are friendly, professional, quick. I got a chip in the new windshield after a truck was throwing rocks and debris like it was confetti. $35 chip repair in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend them

While driving on I-40 this morning, I incurred a chipped windshield. I called this business for possible same day service. While the owner was busy, he fit me in within 15 minutes of my call. The whole thing took 20 minutes and he refused to let me pay him. Nice, efficient, and more than fair. Excellent local business!

My fragile driving buddy (my vehicle 🤩) decided that he didnt like that much his current windshield and wanted to change it within 3 months since the last time that we changed that!!!! Ough!!! I thought that the windshield was just defective and to tell you the truth I was really upset! But no...its the amazing New Mexico that asks to change your windshield almost once per year... Thats really a great cost, but thanks to A-1 Glass Depot I got my windshield fixed with glue for free (my damage was - maybe? - small) and it looks like brand new! The guy that fixed it (sorry, I didnt even ask his name) is very professional and took great care of my car. He took care of every little detail on my cars windshield like it was his own car. When I went there to fix my car, I was really sad and frustrated of having the same problem just within 3 months, but he made my day. Not because it was free of charge, but because I know that if in the future Ill have the same problem (hopefully not!!!) I know who to contact for a professional service! Really great job! Good service, professional, and courteous. I had a special request to finish a repair to my side window, I could not easily obtain the correct adhesive. They gave me a very reasonable quote, did the work while I waited, and as an added surprise, re-glued the window on my camper shell which was coming loose (at no charge).

Needed some glass quick and in a hurry recently due to the cold and limited time working a graveyard shift and just having my window bashed out that morning after getting in from work. These guys dropped everything and did the job on my pickup immediately super quick professional and awesome. I highly recommend this shop.
