I called up this shop a couple weeks ago about getting brakes done on my Porsche. They were very helpful and gave me a quote over the phone, along with scheduling an appointment. I dropped my car off and once called to come pick it up, they told me my bill and it was lower than what was quoted. They even took care of a little exhaust positioning issue for me.Paul definitely made my experience a great one and I would recommend this place for any auto needs. Theres a lot of knowledge over there and the customer service is top notch!

Unprofessional!Told me the online system was down and they didn’t received my online oil change appointment suggested that I come back another day because they already had 3 other appointments the same time as if my appointment didn’t matter. Very careless attitude.

Monroe helped me out with exceptional Customer Service! I had a flat tire and called the last minute to see if they could look at my tire. They were able to look a my tire with no appointment and little wait time. The representative Angel helped me and was very friendly, professional and repaired my tire quickly. They were able to plug the tire and saved me the hassle of having to replace tire. I have been to this Monroe on multiple occasions and have always received fast and friendly Service, I highly recommend this location for routine car services.

Staff was very courteous and professional. The service was done very quickly and the price was excellent for services provided. The only negative is that the tires should have been rotated per Monro’s online information and this was not done. You need to coordinate what is done in your locations, so customers receive what is stated.

I had such a great experience at the Woodbury location. I normally visit the locations in Philadelphia however i took the quick drive over the bridge as this location could accommodate an early Saturday appointment. What more can i say? The staff was nice, courteous, on time and took the time out to listen to my car concerns. I think i will make this my primary location for service. 😁 Thanks for the amazing service!

I absolutely LOVE this place and the gentlemen who work there! Customer service is always top notch and they work quickly and diligently as if your the only customer there. You can tell the guys love what they do. Anything I need for my car, they are ALWAYS my first stop for anything!!!!

Martin was a blessing!!! My fiance and I were on our way from Pa to AC when my oil light came on. Me being the genius I am, put more oil in the car. Next thing I know there is white smoke coming out of the muffler covering the view behind me. I called Monro Auto and explained my situation, I told him I was 10 minutes away and even though he was closing up he decided to wait for me. He didnt have to do that at all. He gave my car an oil change and the smoking stopped. He aslo made sure nothing else was wrong with my car, no lights on the dash! We made it to and from AC with no problems. Was in a hurry and needed to get my oil changed and stopped in. Was greeted quickly and politely. Got an honest assessment from Martin and agreed to get the work done. I think it was the quickest Ive had my oil changed in a longtime. I would highly recommend coming to Woodbury Monro # 258 and I will definitely come back myself.

I called the shop to set up an appointment last minute and the manager was very accommodating. When I arrived at the shop, they quickly checked out my car and gave me a free diagnostic. The manager was friendly and the service was top-notch. I dont know a lot about cars and they didnt make me feel like I was being duped. They made me believe that there are still honest mechanics out there. My car felt brand new again after leaving the shop. The best auto service around town!

I got the best customer service by the store manager at Monro, Woodbury, NJ store. Store Manager Martin Moreno helped me the way I was never helped before. He answered all my questions and despite being extremely busy,he was helping the best he can!!!! He helped me a lot and I will never forget this experience in mt life. I was at the local bank and was getting a flat tire , quickly I looked over and saw Monroe tire. I ran over before it went totally flat. I walked in and spoke to I think was the manager. He was very polite. I said I just wanted it plugged I was in the market for getting new tires. He fixed it and didnt charge me. I asked for a quote on tires and an alignment. Scheduled itand the car is great ! Have recommended them to others.

Always gave me good service. Cheapest oil change around only 20 . Waiting room is pretty comfortable. And they gave me 5 off for doing this review . So 15 dollar oil change with no headache.

My headlight went out. I watched a u-tube on how to remove bulb so I could buy the correct one for my car. I got the cap off but the bulb housing would not turn. 4 people tried & it would not turn. advance Auto called to Monro & arranged for me to bring over my car with the bulb I purchased. I was told that if it was the wrong one I could exchange it for the other possible bulb. The manager & technician at Monro also had a hard time accessing the back of the light. They loosened two bolts on the light housing and replaced my bulb. After all that they did not charge me. Thank you Monro.Hyundai would not give me an appointment til next week.

I had to get my tired plugged (got it done at Meineke, and they were awesome there) but they were unable to put my tire back on since all their lifts were being used, they recommended me to come here (next door). Even through their lifts were also in use they hand jacked my car and put my tire on! Super friendly and great customer service. Took them 2 minutes when it would of taken me an hour to put my tire back on. Thank you guys again!

Great place! Today I stopped by in a hurry concerned about ruining my brakes by driving through my flooded street - I wish I remember the mans name but he checked my brakes quickly with no problems, despite having no appointment. I also had a nail in my tire which was fixed quickly too. Was very friendly and took about 5 minutes - was expecting to pay but he let me go for free! I’m very thankful.I came here last fall too for a new muffler and exhaust - same guy, was very friendly and I remember not having enough money for the service but we agreed on a price close to my budget! Awesome people. Will come again and recommend anytime

Vincent the manager at the Monro on Mantua displayed excellent customer service. Staff was very professional and completed my brakes and rotors for my 2018 after my own car dealer gave me high prices and didn’t even have the parts for my car. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!I was in here couple of months ago for an oil change and had asked for high mileage oil. They took my keys and did my oil change and when they were all don’t I went to the register and they charged me the price for the regular oil. I said shouldn’t it be more expensive considering I asked for high mileage? The kid behind the counter said “oh yeah” and gave me a new price which was 20-30 dollars more.Then, as I’m walking out to my car one of the kids who work there came running out saying they think they got my mileage wrong on the window sticker so he reached in a peeled it off and gave me a new one before I could even look. He really did this because the regular oil was probably checked off because that’s what I was given and I was charged for the more expensive oil.Just took my car to a more reputable shop for an oil change and spoke with the mechanic who said that is most definitely what had happened because the oil was a lot dirtier than would have been with synthetic blend.Excuse me but I think Monroe owes me some money. I will not be returning ever again. It is a shame because I have been getting my oil changes here since I got my license about 10 years go.

The manager Martin is hands down the BEST mechanic I’ve come across more so he is is honest about my car and it’s needs my car broke down in the parking lot of a community college near by and on a fluke I brought my car here and I will never go anywhere else I go here for everything from a front alignment to an oil change! Not the same since the old manager retired. Payed to get a tire patched and an oil change with tire rotation and the basics checked. They never rotated the tires. I know because one tire is a year older then the rest and they added a different sidewall to the same model. I dont plan on going back for any automotive repairs and I have been doing business with them for probably about 10 years or more!

I hate to post anything negative. But. I am highly disappointed!!! I brought my truck in because I thought my brakes were bad. Without even looking at my truck they got me to order new rotors and brakes. 433$ later it was not the problem. The guy took my truck off the lift and it sounded even worse then it did when he put it on it. Comes out to me and tells me my driver side wheel hub is bad. How do they not know this or test drive vehicle before doing the work. Very disappointed customer and lost my service. Not a happy camper at all!!!

My friend had a flat tire and the soonest we could do anything about it was on a Saturday, right after a pretty craptastic winter storm. At first Martin told me I would need to drop it off and come back another day in the week once it was repaired. I had just left Mr. Tire who had said the same thing.I got back in the car and called around to a few places from here to Blackwood and every one had the same story. I called my friend who decided to go ahead and drop it off, frustrated that he would need to get a rental in order to get to work.I went back inside and told the associate, Martin, that I would drop it off after all. He must have felt bad for me; he asked me if it was just one tire and decided to fix it right then and there. Job was completed and well done. Saved my friend a bit of money too, not having to rent a car after all. I highly recommend!

I had a nail in my tire which was leaking pretty bad and I had to get to my sons tournament game that afternoon. I stopped at a store down the street and they told me it would be three hours before anyone could help me; even when I explained the situation. :-(. It seemed like they did not care and I was bothering them.I left there and went up the street to Monroe Muffler where I explained my dilemma to Kyle who said no worries, took my keys and fixed the flat in minutes. Solid guys Good vibes over there at the woodbury Monroe. I Came in during closed hours and Mark/Martin (Pardon not sure which one) still took the time to help me out.

First of all the only reason I had them work on my Jeep is because I just didnt have the time to do the rear brakes on my Wrangler. I had the rear brakes done 2 weeks ago at the Woodbury location and they completed the job and sent me on my way with a filthy drivers seat and an inoperable emergency brake. So I returned yesterday to have the repair the emergency brake and all they did was crank down on the adjustment and sent me on my way again. Half way home (10 min) and the rear brakes were smoking and I could smell them. I got home and the drivers side drum was so hot you couldnt touch it. So I took apart the rear brakes and found they did nothing to repair the emergency brake all they did was run out the adjuster to the point that you could barely rotate the wheel with the Jeep jacked up. I fount the e brake cable wedged behind the guide plate and the actual plate that the e brake cable pulls on NOT EVEN ATTACHED TO ANYTHING on the drivers side!!!!!!!!!!! This was after they worked on the brakes TWICE!!!!!!!! So instead of letting the incompetent mechanics touch my jeep again I disassembled the brakes and repaired them myself! Thanks for a horrible experience. This is why I never pay anyone to work on my vehicle.

Dropped off my van and they said it would be done that day. Next morning comes so I call and they tell me it will be done in an hour. 2 hours later I go there and pay $170 for the part but the problem isn’t fixed because they don’t know why. Don’t waste your time.

I just want to say hands down to the Monro in Woodbury... I had a great experience today getting service on my 2011 Nissan Maxima... Kyle and the other staff members had me in and out and the customer service was excellent... I would definitely recommend my family and friends to place for sure....

If I could rate this Monroe location zero stars I would. Terrible customer service from the crew working on 5/8/18. My time was wasted. I went to have a sensor replaced, one of the mechanics, possibly the manager, advised me to take my car to a dealership. He advised this because he said my car had a lot of recalls and there probably was a recall on the sensor. Another one of the mechanics searched online for this recall, but yelled out that there was no recall. Mechanic then looks under the hood of my car for 1 minute and still proceeds to tell me to take my car to a dealership because he does not want to charge me $1000. After asking him in disbelief if the price was $1000 he then said $500 to $600. (I previously looked up the sensor and pricing for it was nowhere near his quoted prices) Mechanics were backing my car out of the shop before I even made a decision on whether I wanted it to stay at this location to be worked on. It seems the mechanic did not know what to do or did not want to be bothered. I will not be back to this location. I was simply trying them out because of my past experience with Monroe in Turnersville and because it is closer to my home. I ended up taking my car to Monroe in Turnersville, the men there were very honest and charged me less than $300 for parts and labor.

If I could give a 0 I would. Went in for an oil change at Woodbury NJ shop. Told me I needed $700 worth of work for brakes, rotors, drums, etc. They wanted to show me a video of what would happen to my car if I didn’t fix them. Got a second opinion and none of that needed to be fixed but my tire rods did. After I got the tire rods fixed (at the second opinions shop) I mentioned I had my rack and pinion fixed at Monro in June. My mechanic said they should have fixed the tire rods then. I called Moro the mechanic said I should have had the tire rods done then. Contacted their customer service they said no that shouldn’t have happened but we will give you a $50 credit towards Monro. I will never go back there again. The people at customer service are rude. Never go here.

Good location for auto repairs such as tires or muffler work. Prices were a little above average for this area

Went in for a conventional oil change and filter. It was supposed to include a free tire rotation, however they never rotated my tires. After finding out they didnt rotate them and calling them to ask about it, they tried telling me that the tires in the front had better tread and thats why they didnt rotate them, but neglected to tell me this until I called and asked why they werent rotated when they put on the receipt that they rotated them. I havent rotated my tires in a long while. Basically they got caught in a lie and came up with some bullshit to make it seem like they didnt lie.

I needed a tire repair, I tried two other shops, they both said, sorry, too busy, come back on Monday. I was leaving for a business trip on Monday and needed the flat fixed, the staff at this Monroe said no problem pull the car in, and they had it fixed in 5 minutes, thanks so much guys!

After I got my truck back the wheel alignment was great. Only one thing to complain about. The technician didnt wear gloves when in my truck and got grease all over my new steering wheel cover. Not too happy about that. But other wise over all good service.

I have visited Monro Muffler in Woodbury on multiple occasions. I have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism and first class customer service. Hats off to Anfernee as well!

Most of the mechanics are good 1 mechanic is extremely and will take 90 min or longer t9 complete an oil change with am appt.

Kyle got me on an oil change and was finished before I was even able to smoke my entire cigarette. A+
